Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 2 units. Turn AC on to confirm operation. Basement system never turned on. Removed top of both condensers, cleaned out all debris. Chemically Cleaned condenser coils.

Water Heater Maintenance Service: Performed a comprehensive inspection and maintenance service on a homeowner’s water heater. Flushed the tank to remove sediment buildup, tested the pressure relief valve, and inspected the anode rod to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Heat Pump Repair: A homeowner noticed their heat pump was struggling to maintain heat, especially during frost. Upon inspection, we pinpointed a defective defrost sensor. After a swift replacement and recalibration, the heat pump was restored to efficient performance. We also shared maintenance tips to help prevent similar issues in the future.
Arrived onsite for leaking humidifier. Took cover off and observed drain reservoir overflowing with water. Vacuumed out all water and disassembled panel assembly. Found blockage in the drainage are. Cleared out the drain and washed the entire assembly. To minimize water flow, attempted to turn supply valve. Found the supply valve not affecting the flow of water. Removed handle and found it cracked. Used wrench to reduce valve flow. Supply flow is slightly more than a drip. Clocked the condensate pump activation at once every seven minutes.
AC Repair Service: We addressed a client’s cooling system concern and discovered a damaged fan blade compromising airflow. After replacing the blade, the system’s performance improved significantly, delivering efficient cooling and consistent airflow throughout the residence.
Arrived onsite for maintenance for one gas fired boiler and Humidifier issues Requested the customer turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of the boiler and each zone valve. Turned the boiler off and removed and cleaned all burners and wiped cleaner the burner compartment. Performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump. System working as it should. Humidifier: suggested running air handler in Fan Circulation Mode. If that doesn’t satisfy humidity needs, run air handler in fan on mode. Turned humidifier control to 45 but may be able to adjust down once home reaches desired humidity levels.
