Arrived onsite for leak test on rooftop AC unit. heating maintenance of 1 boiler, 1 heat strip, and 4 rooftop units. Performed leak on unit that previously diagnosed with low refrigerant in an no AC service call. Upon arrival measured 0 psi for refrigerant on circuit one. Pressurized system with nitrogen heard leak from condenser coil. Upon investigation found the condenser fan blades broke off its rivet. Sliced the coil open, broke a fan motor bracket, and the damaged the other condenser fan blade. Recommend replacing coil, motor mount bracket, and condenser fan motors. Will provide estimate for repair.
Perform the maintenance for the hot water boiler, installed the combustion analyzer and confirmedburnersettings. Cycled and confirmed operation of the circulator pumps, cycled the burner and confirmed that the pilot valve is working correctly and that the main burner is properly igniting. Allowed the boiler to run up to the preset temperature on the aquastat of a 170° and confirmed that it shut down. Allowed the wzter temperature to cool down and verified that the burner properly cycled back on. The boiler and burner are operating properly.

Arrived on site for no Cooling on the rooftop unit. Opened up the rooftop unit. Notice that the switch of the rooftop unit was not fully on. Forced it to go down to off and then flip it back on unit started up but then shut down. On the control board reason for shutdown was because compressor number one was on low pressure. Put on field pieces to check pressures on unit. Pressures were zero. Have to schedule a leak test,something blew.
Arrived onsite for warranty repair of fault in the air movement system. Replaced the failed motor and confirmed operation of the system.

Greeted customer upon arrival. No issues with the Units as of late. Checked pressures on RTU, all pressures were good. Condensation drain pipe was broken on one of the machines. Did not have equipment to replace, due for a fix. Customer acknowledged information and signed off

Arrived onsite to repair fault in air movement system. Replaced motor that had lubricant system malfunction. Removed bad motor. Disconnected wiring. Removed pulley and attached to new motor. Adjusted pulley. Installed motor. Install belt and adjusted tension. Wired new motor into the system. Confirmed operation.
