Horizon site for fan blade condenser replacement and motor replacement. Went to the condenser and unplugged the disconnect to operate on the condenser safely. Unwired the fan and motor from the condenser and remove the motor and fan completely. Install the new motor and fan, tucked out capacitor and replace with a new one. Make sure the wiring of the fan and motor where secure and out of the way of the fan blades. Wash down condenser with evaporator coil cleaner, there was no access to water so you don't pump with water to clean it down. Plugged disconnect back in power on the unit went inside and called for cooling on a thermostat and cooling was achieved. Inside the duct work reading was 40 to 49° and the return was receiving 73° air. Went outside to check on the condensers fan and the fan was spinning. Checked pressures to see everything running smoothly and everything was running smoothly.

Arrived onsite for water leaking from inside unit of the AC system. Upon arrival customer explain corporate maintenance department cleared the condensate line from the evaporator coil. However the system is still leaking. Also observed the furnace heat exchanger and blower motor is getting wet and may not last long.

Arrived on site to check out the system for no cooling, upon arrival I confirm that the furnace fan motor was running and that the condenser is running. Went around the back and installed my gauges and ran a measure quick scan on the system. The unit is running with a ridiculously high head pressure, the condenser will need to be cleaned. There is no water access so we will need to fill up several pump sprayers from the office and we will need to use evaporator cleaner on the condenser. Allow the system to run and noticed that after roughly 15 minutes of runtime that the sound of the condenser changed and slowly the condenser fan motor stop turning. The bearings for the fan motor are bad and are overheating after an extended runtime and causing the motor to shut down. We will need to replace the condenser fan motor and blade, we can perform the condenser coil cleaning at the same time.

Arrived on site at Oak Ridge Presbyterian Church to install a new Coleman furnace. Prior to equipment removal, all necessary safety precautions were taken, including disconnecting electrical power to ensure a safe working environment. New Romex and BX wiring were installed to supply power to the furnace. All electrical connections were properly secured using approved connectors to prevent wire fatigue or breakage. Electrical testing confirmed that all circuits were wired successfully and operating as intended. Sheet metal transitions were fabricated and installed to ensure proper airflow and a secure fit between the new furnace and existing ductwork.

We arrived on site to install a new Coleman 96% natural gas furnace and perform a conversion with a gas gun on existing regal equipment. We remove the old system We drain down the oil isolated the lines. We began by setting and leveling off new Coleman unit and installing new gas gun burner. We adapted the duct work and sealed all transitions installing a new return drop that takes a 16x25x1 filter. We ran hooked up natural gas lines to both units we purge the lines and we tested for gas leaks. We wired in high and low voltage to both units. We ran exhaust and intake 2-in PVC through the back wall installing a concentric termination kit. We ran drain and installed a new condensate pump for the Coleman furnace. We ran and tested both units The Coleman unit everything is operational and running at this time.
