With performed a nitrogen pressure test for circuit number 1 for the unit that serves the back right side of the store. The unit was flat out of refrigerant, we pumped it up to 360 psi of nitrogen. The machine lost 20 psi of pressure in just under 10 minutes, we sprayed all the U-Benz on the evaporator coil and the condenser and could not find any leaks. We repressurized the machine to 400 PSI, remove the top from the unit and climb inside and checked all of the connections. Sheen has lost another 50 psi in pressure however we cannot locate the leak. My suggestion would be to recover the refrigerant from circuit number 2, cut and isolate the evaporator coil and the condenser coil and pressurized each one separately. The leak must be embedded in the coil which is why we cannot find it, we can then determine which coil has failed based off of what is losing pressure.

Received a call that the store is not properly cooling, upon arrival I found that the temperature in the store was 77° on all four thermostats and they are all set for 69°. I went up on the roof and checked out the units.

Arrived onsite for gas smell and carbon monoxide monitors going off. Checked all the units to confirm operation. Performed diagnostic on front units as those CO monitors went off. Only found issue in front left unit. It is firing up intermittently. May have a gas valve issue or a clogged gas oriface.

Direct Drive Blower Motor up to 3/4hp – Does not include bracket The air that moves through your home is generated by the blower motor inside the furnace / air handler. This motor runs whenever the heat or air conditioning is on and in some cases 24 hrs. per day, so they do wear out. This is for an OEM motor replacement with a new fan blade, the parts need to be ordered and we have been informed that there is only one blade available at the factory at this time.

Arrived on site to check out two problems inside of the store, the first problem is with a gas smell inside. While on site I also look at the hanging unit heater in the warehouse that is not operating, I cycled the unit and found that the burner's light however the fan motor does not operate. When the motor starts it makes a loud humming noise, I attempted to replace the capacitor to see if I could get the motor to operate temporarily but it does not work. I will place a request for pricing and availability on a replacement motor assembly for the unit.

Arrived onsite to address water leaking from the front right of the Roof Top Unit. Opened the unit and confirmed water buildup due to condensation. Found the condensate trap had broken off. Repaired the trap, cleared the condensate line using a CO2 cartridge, and confirmed proper drainage.

Afternoon or Evening arrival; 3/4 units are down. Artie would like to explore surge protectors for these units. They are saying that they attempted to reset the units and that didn't work

Air conditioning repair for a residential customer. The unit was inspected for cooling. The filters were clean, but the system was not cooling due to low refrigerant pressures. The freon was recharged to resolve the problem. The system is now operating as it should for the customer.
