Arrived onsite for heating maintenance on gas fired furnace in front the basement. Basement Furnace System: Turn heat on and confirmed operation. Changed 16x25x1 filter provided by customer. Brushed and Wiped down furnance blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. Slight visual impingement detected. Checked electrical. Cleaned and Measured 5 micro amps on the flame sensor. Measured 1.5 amps on the igniter. Measure temperature rise over 100 degrees. Up to 180 degrees on the supply. System designed for 55 degree maximum heat rise. Measured static pressure at .33 which is low. System overheating but safety is not tripping at 165 degrees as designed. Observed water in the floor under the furnace. Appears to be AC coil not properly draining and needs to be replaced.

Arrived on site for a leaking condenser. Customer explain that condenser was leaking water by the valves, no moisture was detected. Refrigerant caps were on the valves. And no leaking from the valves was happening. Unit has not presented any issues with customer stated. Unit is operating fine. Replaced the suction line insulation outside to the condenser. We went to the air handler to inspect the bacterial growth inside the unit. Went to the basement to check if the furnace had any filter, it doesn't. It is an oil furnace in the basement.

Arrived onsite for no cooling call. Started by confirming call for cooling from the thermostat. Did not hear the blower inside running. Went the the furnace and coil and found no power to the system. Checked the fuse and transformer. Went to the circuit breaker box and found the furnace breaker in the off position. Turn the breaker on and system turned on. Confirmed nothing was over amping and system was cooling.

Arrived onsite for no AC Service Call. Confirmed the thermostat is calling for cooling. Inside blower fan is operational. Outside condenser unit is not on. Immediately observed fault in the outdoor heat transfer media. The fins are deteriorated so bad that the refrigerant is not able to properly cool.
