The job was scheduled on time and completed when it was scheduled. The entire work area was also cleaned out
1-4 pm Arrival; Cozee Club 1C- Maintenance. Customer changes own filters and is aware of cost of service
We will diagnose the system to determine what type of additional work or repairs is necessary to restore the system back to proper working conditions.
Seasonal maintenance for (1) water cooled self contained heat pump up to 5 ton cooling capacity, Includes replacing of standard fiberglass air filter (pleated higher performance filters can be added at an additional cost) , includes replacing blower belt (if applicable), grease or oil bearings, clean the condensate drain line, confirm operation of water flow through the condenser, check operation of all safety devices, check operation of operating controls, check all motors, compressor and refrigerant charge, visual inspection of the duct system.
Great customers upon arrival. Customer let me to a dryer. Driver is on the roof, pretty Steep and slippery, rainy day. Clean dryer from the inside with portable compressor all the wind. Noticed that the dryer connection to the event was pretty flimsy, didn't have anything to make it better. Made sure dryer was connected to the vent Place dryer back to how it was dryer cleaning successful.
Upon arrivals found boiler not heating. Found flu was an attached reattached flu screwed it in. Also found hot surf signator cracked on boiler replaced hot surface igniter. Everything is operational at this time.
Arrived onsite for no ac service call. Upon arrival found significant amount of high voltage burnt wiring and fittings. Voltage distribution system burnt along with the voltage enhancement system and voltage assist system. Performed silver repair on the condenser electrical faults. Provided warranty for Turbo capacity. Waived diagnostic fee as customer chose repair. Confirmed operation of the system however informed customer that there is a good chance the system will burn up again.
Arrived onsite for no cooling service call. Upon arrival confirmed onside air handler is blowing air. Not recommending leak test due to age and lack of refrigerant. Recommend upgrading ac system. Will provide pricing.
Arrived on site to provide a second opinion on the status of the HVAC system, I went into the attic and opened an examined the air handler. I confirmed that the motor is running and operating properly, I did note some microbial growth build up in the drain pan which is normal for a 20-year-old system. I informed the homeowner that we could spray the pan and clean up as much as possible to eliminate that in the future. Confirmed that the condenser was running, noted that it is cooling and the temperature in the house was at 73°. It appears as if the condenser coil was not cleaned when they had their maintenance performed by a different company a few weeks back, we will send a maintenance tech back to clean the coil for her at no charge. Overall the system is operating and cooling properly, it is older but appears to be in good condition at this time. I do not believe that they are in need of a new system at this time.

Arrived onsite for no ac service call. Homeowner has a 3.5 ton split system heat pump ac systems with heat strip auxiliary. Confirmed operation of the system. Found the system low on R22 refrigerant which is phased out. System may also have an issue with the metering device. Currently not measuring any temperature drop, Recommend updating the system. Will provide an estimate for when she is ready.
Arrived onsite for 2 AC systems being down. Both system failed performance inspection during the maintenance.
Creative customer upon arrival customer let me upstairs to the thermostat. Let me prove the air handler that is in the Attic which you access from their laundry room pull down. Turned on the thermostat to Cooling to see the condenser turn on so turn on. Condenser pretty clean from the inside thanks to the cover. Watch the condenser from the outside with chemical and water. Check the pressures on the condenser with the field pieces, pressure seem to be fine. Check the different temperature inside the house, reached 18 degrees, was stuck at 16° for a while. The filter was changed by the customer. Customer said something about the condensation pan, I checked it out everything seems good
My customer upon arrival. Customer led me to the unit that's in the basement which is the new unit. Notice that the polarized filter was not plugged in and also replace correctly. Removed old filter put a new filter correctly and put it in and make sure it was plugged in. Turned on the first floor thermostat to see the condenser running it did. Unplug disconnect to wash down the condenser. Plug the disconnect back in. Check pressures on the condenser the pressure and the temperature split were good. Went upstairs turned on a second floor unit also pulled out that disconnect to work on it cleaned it inside out wash it down with chemical and water put it back together and play disconnect back in. Change the filter in the Attic as well.
Arrived onsite for condenser electrical rejuvenation. Observed burnt out and melted wires. Corroded and non functioning parts. Confirmed operation of the system. Which is measuring a bit low on Phased out r22. Also homeowner mentioned water is condensing at the base of the furnace and ac system.
