Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 units. Turn AC on to confirm operation. Filter is 20x25x4 and recommend replacing. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside unit, measured pressures for 410a at 108/330psi with 8 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 77 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 13 degrees. Cleaned evaporator coil and blew out condensate line. System has rusted evaporator coil. Possibly low on refrigerant and possible fault in the metering device. System is running but recommend replacement due to age and condition.
