Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 system. Turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside unit, measured pressures for R22 at 56/150psi with 10 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 73 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 16 degrees. Blew out condensate line. Found filter door ajar and broken. Taped door back on. Need to replace 213 media filter. System needs System running as it should.
