Cooling Only System Maintenance - Seasonal Plan Seasonal maintenance for (1) split system up to 5 ton cooling capacity, either roof or ground mounted Includes replacing of standard fiberglass air filter (pleated higher performance filters can be added at an additional cost) , includes replacing blower belt (if applicable), grease or oil bearings, chemically clean the condensing unit, clean the condensate drain line, check operation of all safety devices, check operation of operating controls, check all motors, compressor and refrigerant charge, visual inspection of the duct system.
