Arrived onsite for an AC service call. Homeowner says the fan keeps blowing air. Performed diagnostic. Confirmed a call for fan at the air handler. Went back to the thermostat and found the “fan on” switch halfway but enough to turn the fan on. Continued diagnostic on system as homeowner stated the system had trouble keeping up.
