Arrived onsite for heating maintenance and dryer vent cleaning and basement zone wiring issue. Basement Furnace System. Turn heat on and confirmed operation. Basement zone not working. Changed filter provided by homeowner. Brushed and Wiped down furnance blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. Blew out condensate line for the condensing furnace. No visual impingement detected. Checked electrical. System working as it should. Basement zone had issue from the installation of a Nest Thermostat. Found broken wires and an adapter unit that was not needed. Required the system at the zone control and the Nest thermostat. Confirmed operation of the Nest and the system. Performed Dryer Vent cleaning.
