Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Verified temperature split in heat pump mode. Switched over to gas heat. Set up for combustion analysis temperature split and static pressure tests. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components of the furnace. Checked blower for cleanliness and to see if there is any play in the bearings. Found heavy dust buildup on the blower wheel. Checked systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Found dust on the heat exchanger from the blower wheel. Verified operation of the humidifier.

Verified operation of the humidifier. Spoke with homeowner about system set up for a blower cleaning and duct cleaning on February 13th. Furnace and humidifier are operational at this time.

Went for damper repair. The stepper motor was locked out. As well corrected wiring for system. Will replace stepper motor for customer when part is in stock. Warranty for furnace and ac is good for parts until 2030. Labor warranty is expired for furnace and ac.
Went for airflow issue in the basement. Did notice dampers were not closing. When one thermostat was off. Did check volts was getting power. But wiring for it was incorrect. Will come out Monday to have dampers set correctly. Did install smart ac for customer. As well did maintenance for system. All electrical components are passing for system.
