I called LBA because they advertise quality and trustworthiness. That was not my experience. The 2 service people were very courteous yet seemed determined to politely scam me out of as much money as they could. I had very minor repairs but several of them. Not only did they give me an exorbitant price, they tried to sell me a $6k water filter. I felt they were more interested in upselling and scamming than helping. I got a second opinion, had the repairs done within a few hours and paid less for than a third of the price.
Both Cameron and Tory were knowledgeable. Tory was exceptional! Much appreciation

Dispatched for annual AC tuneup. At arrival system is operating. During the tuneup, I checked compressor, fan and capacitor. Also, during the inspection we checked pressures, static pressure, and temperature split. All components of the AC are all operating with manufacturer specs. For this job I replaced shut off valve under warranty. Checked around and seen calcium build up. Recommended a filtration system. She’s considering just needs to run her finances before deciding

3/18/25 - Completed a full cooling maintenance on six RTU’s. The filters were changed, the coils were cleaned, and proper operation was tested. Overall, all units were in good condition, they were all running well, and there were no issues found at this time.
