I had had some sewer problems, and just didn't understand the options available to me. Pat was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things in a way that I could understand. He described several options for me, and I was able to decide on the option that I think is best for me.
I was so glad Phil was available to take care of my problem on the day before Thanksgiving. He worked very hard and got the job done. Not sure what I would have done it LBA didn't have someone available to fix my sewer!
Eli arrived as planned, did a good job with the furnace, and asked me if I wanted to service the humidifier also. I asked him to do that, and the whole process was finished completely in less than an hour. All clean-up was accomplished and the area was left as it was before he arrived.
Nick and all the LBA professionals that have ever serviced our furnace and air conditioner have been top notched! Today, Nick was polite, professional and was proactive in solving a potential “critter chewing wires” issue. Great job as always!

The technicians were thorough and followed a set plan for checking and components and systems. They knew what they were doing, and I'm sure if there had been anything wrong they would have fixed it.
The technician Doug Anderson was very personable and fully explained how he was going to handle the repairs I requested. The price was very reasonable. Doug also pointed out some possible problem areas in the old plumbing in my house.
It felt like these guys that came over to check out my gas leaks were old friends, other than the fact that i had to pay them a little. The price is very reasonable too.
Found a fault at the safety limit, Customer several options as far as a repair for cleaning and recalibrating safety switches. Customer declined repairs, said it was too expensive at this time for her.

Performed the preventive maintenance for the heating season. I checked the amp draw of the blower motor and inducer motor, I made sure that the blower wheel was in good working condition, I took readings of the capacitor to make sure that it was within the manufacturer's recommended tolerance, I looked over the heat exchanger to make sure there were no cracks or holes, I took a temperature split reading and I changed the filters.

Completed furnace tuneup, humidifier tuneup declined at this time. All drains are draining properly on furnace side. Completed a furnace safety inspection, safety switches are working and corresponding correctly. Completely cleaned all safety switches and recalibrated. Performed a combustion check, Combustion motor is rated for 2.5 and running at 1.0. Performed an indoor blower test, indoor blower is running specification. Performed an electrical test, 120 V going to furnace stable and secure at furnace. Low-voltage wiring between thermostat and board stable and firm at board. Low-voltage wiring is communicating properly. Based on all my readings the system is performing to manufacture specification.
Upon arrival gurgling noise was coming from kitchen drain while draining. Customer also noted that hall bath toilet clogged regularly and was concerned wax was obstructing horn. Checked outside clean out and ran water through all fixtures to determine if mainline issues would present, they did not. Determined kitchen vent was blocked in wall. Abandoned kitchen vent And installed studor vent. Issue did not persist after install. Augured hall bath toilet. Light obstruction was hit and pushed through. Tested commode and did not find issue after augering.
Performed cpma on all units. Checked all electrical and mechanical functions and changed filters. No issues at this time
Checked all operations in the heating mode. Cleaned out housing of furnace. Found water distribution system to not be operating properly on the humidifier. After speaking with customer customer decided to repair the water distribution system and restore the humidifier back to factory cleanliness. Set humidifier to proper specifications. Found the voltage enhancement system to be operating just out of factory specifications that operates the combustion blower. After speaking with the customer customer decided to repair system to allow it to operate Within factory specifications. Also left an extra furnace filter for the customer. Equipment is now operating within factory specifications.
