Arrived. Customer explained that he was having issues with his stand pipe in the laundry room draining. Upon inspection draining the washing machine which caused the standpipe to overflow. Ran line into standpipe I couldn’t make it past trap. Had customer fill up kitchen sink and drain it to see if it would come up to Sandpiper telling me that the two lines are tied together. Drain in the kitchen sink overflowed standpipe. Ran line into kitchen clean out into Maine and was able to clean blockage. Drain kitchen sink once again and filled up washing machine and drain both at the same time with no back ups. Line is open and flowing

Upon arrival, checked all Tualatin heating mode for all three units I checked static on all three units, the pool house unit and the downstairs unit itself were high on static. I checked all other electrical components on the pool house unit I found out that the capacitor and the blower wheel itself is extremely dirty the downstairs unit, the inducer box, and the collector box itself were leaking. I also took a look at the upstairs unit. The only thing wrong with the upstairs unit with the flow wheel itself was extremely dirty, and let the customer know that we would love to have someone come out and take a look at that so we can assess all the problems and damages. She said her whole week was pretty busy and she like for us to give her a call so we could have someone scheduled out.
