You guys are always expensive but the service was great. We especially appreciated Justin protecting his shoes and wiping down work area. We will pass that on to our friends. Good job
Doug was awesome!
I had had some sewer problems, and just didn't understand the options available to me. Pat was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things in a way that I could understand. He described several options for me, and I was able to decide on the option that I think is best for me.
I was so glad Phil was available to take care of my problem on the day before Thanksgiving. He worked very hard and got the job done. Not sure what I would have done it LBA didn't have someone available to fix my sewer!
Eli arrived as planned, did a good job with the furnace, and asked me if I wanted to service the humidifier also. I asked him to do that, and the whole process was finished completely in less than an hour. All clean-up was accomplished and the area was left as it was before he arrived.
Nick and all the LBA professionals that have ever serviced our furnace and air conditioner have been top notched! Today, Nick was polite, professional and was proactive in solving a potential “critter chewing wires” issue. Great job as always!
Good job clean up good
Really enjoy having Nick check my heating system...we talk houses, hockey and dogs & cats. He is very personable. Thanks, Nick!
I performed the full preventative maintenance today. I replaced the replaced the filters and washed the condenser, and checked amp draws, bearings, temp splits, capacitors, contactors, and wiring connections. All units are operating properly at this time.
Upon arrival commode was loose and leaking at base. Work done: Reset commode with new wax ring Screwed down existing repair flange Caulked base Replaced commode seat.
Upon arrival the customer basement toilet needed a new wax ring and bolts. When I got there the customer had took apart the whole toilet and wanted me to rebuild the toilet using the parts the customer supplied. After showing many options on repairs the customer didn’t want to processed with pricing and didn’t want to pay the trip charge. After talking to my manager we decided not to collect the trip charge.
Call for no hot water after repair. Gas company had shut valve to water heater. I opened valve and relit water heater.. No charge.
Found gas leak. Customer decided to go with bronze repair. Fixed leaks and everything tested as it should at this time
Checked all operations in the cooling mode. Washed out the outdoor unit which was extremely dirty. Replaced furnace filter. Found system to be leaking at the heat media transfer coil and to have a bad metering device. Added refrigerant at this time. Customer is going to give us a call back upon replacement of the heat media transfer coil Which will also include replacement of the metering device.
Returned to fix line hide issue as well as run high voltage wire in liquid tight.
Customer did not want us to perform work in the home.
Upon arrival, the customer informed me that their Lennox ML180UH furnace system wasn’t operating. They went on to tell me that we were out on 3-7-20 for a repair to the pressure sensing system. I found the unit to be displaying 3 flashes which indicates the pressure switch is open while inducer is energized. I then found the inducer port to be clogged. I cleaned the port and removed a section of flue piping so I could vacuum out the inducer motor assembly. After completing the repair I found the furnace to be operating within the manufacturers tolerances at this time. I recorded a -1.29†of WC upon startup and -0.94†while operating in heat mode. The switch requires -0.68â€. There was no charge for today’s service as it is covered under the 30 day warranty from job#35777872. Thank you
Performed an air conditioner tuneup, capacitor was slightly lower than the manufacture Recommendation. Informed customer what my recommendation was. Customer says he’ll wait intill it no longer operates. Completely cleaned our cabinet space of air conditioner and air conditioner coil. High-voltage and low-voltage wiring stable and secure. All wines are still good. Check drains drains are draining properly. Based on the readings air conditioner is running to manufacture specification.
Upon arrival the customers only toilet in the house was backing up. Customers informed me the she put chicken noodle soup down the drain and it started backing up. I had to use the toilet augure to get the clog out. No warranty on work that was done today. Everything tested good.
Turned on furnace power switch and system functioned as it should
Checked all operations in the cooling mode for both systems. Changed out UV bulb and filters for both systems. Found master bedroom system to be low on refrigerant at this time. Completed a refrigerant leak search and found a leak in the indoor heat media transfer coil. After speaking with customer, they just wanted to just add refrigerant instead of replacing the coil at this time due to the age of the equipment. Added refrigerant to master bedroom system and washed out both outdoor units. Systems are now operating within factory specifications.
Today I performed your annual cooling tuneup, I tested all operations of your air-conditioning system, a clean system and replaced air filter. Found that systems voltage enhancement system was testing under factory specifications And recommended replacement. I also found that the systems voltage distribution system had pitting and was not making good contact I also recommended replacement on this part and gave customer estimate on getting this fixed, customer did not want to make any repairs at this time. Thanks for having me out today, Eli
