Kevin was warned by Pat about the quirky buiding we occupy and the surprises he might find in the walls. We had requested a faucet to be put into our garage and with tenacity Kevin was expertly able to work through the issues to get it installed. He also did a great job in returning the drywall back in place. As he also installed a recirculating hot water pump for our master bath area, he noticed that our hot water tank was going on 16 years old. He recommended watching for possible failure as it had already exceeded normal life span and due to the large amount of calcium buildup on several faucets. We will definitely contact LBA when that happens or for any of our other plumbing needs
I contacted LBA for a second opinion quote as I felt the 1st quote from another company I had received was too high. I received appointment for later that afternoon for and then received a returned call indicating that Pat could come right then. Pat was able to identify several of the quirky issues the builder of our 35+ year old condo built into our house and made suggestions for workarounds. He was able to provide an estimate immediately before leaving the premises. To my great surprise, it was quite reasonable AND they could start the work the next day. I was very pleased with the communications from Leslie the receptionist as well.
Great service. I called st 7:20 am on a Friday. Someone was at our house by 8:15, and has the problem fixed and on their way by 10:00am. Thank you so much for great service!!
LBA is always up to date with the latest technology, and their technicians are thoroughly trained and always use the appropriate tools and technology. The cost is higher than most but worth it.
$89 for a trip charge/diagnostic fee is ridiculous. I now find out that an outside drain clean out should have been installed when LBA put in my backflow prevention device last year. Had LBA done this, Reddi Services would not have broken the plastic flapper when they snaked the drain. Thus, I'm having to pay close to $600 when all is said and done for what should have been only a $120 drain clean out job. I hope LBA can reconsider my costs as I believe they are negligent.
Angelina has been a professional that I have had the pleasure to have do work for me. She was friendly, very professional in her work, immaculate in her work, fast and efficient.
Mathew was outstanding when he conducted our furnace service. He took the time to tell us what and how the service was to be preformed. Also explained the results. A great plus was that he liked dogs and we did not have to lock the dog in a room. Will have no problem calling LBA again to service our home heating and cooling.
Install 6 ton trane rtu. Will need to return to run a thermostat wire.

Upon arrival talked to Tod she said hot stem on upstairs bathroom tub and shower was leaking and she had replacement stem and seat. Also leaking waist and over flow and p- trap. Showed customer options. Installed seat stem on hot side. Reconfigured waist piping. Checked operation. Operating good no leaks. Drain to tub still draining slow. Talked to Tod about possibly repiping drain. She would like to wait on-drain for now.
