Arrived for ac tune up today. Started at furnace and checked static pressure, motor amps, blower wheel, filter, drains, temp splits. Found the static pressure was high, did it want a filed supervisor out at this time. I found the blower wheel was very dirty and needs to be cleaned. I also changed the filter. Moved to outside unit and checked refrigerant levels, capacitor, contactor, running amps, and fan motor. All operations are working properly here. I cleaned the debris from inside the coil and rinsed the coil. System running upon leaving. Thanks for choosing LBA.

Static failing .77 on. .5 system. System is choking from not being able to piling enough air and not able to push out enough. This is causing the system to run more than it should and affecting comfort upstairs. Talked with customer about the airflow and pressure on the system. We didn’t review any options today.

For this job, I was performing routine maintenance on an AC unit. After checking the unit, it is clear that the static pressure is extremely high. I checked the blower to make sure it was programmed correctly and it is. If this is not fixed at some point it will just cause more harm to the system. Other than that everything in the furnace looked good. After checking outdoor unit everything seems to be operating well within manufacture specifications. However, the fan is over amping and the refrigerant is a bit low, but this is because the coil is dirty. I performed an ECC and once I was complete, the levels were in the green. Put in a brand new filter and make sure everything was running correctly before I left. Thank you for choosing LBA! -Walker

Upon arrival we started the Ac tune up. Checked static pressure and it was failing on first test because the blower speed was set too high. We turned the blower down and the static rating came down as well. We checked the running amps on the blower motor and it was within specifications. The blower wheel is starting to have dust build up on it but she opted not to have it cleaned at this time. We tested the refrigerant charge on the outdoor unit and it was spot on where it should be running. The compressor and fan motors tested within limits. The dual capacitor was at 100% on both sides. We cleaned the condenser off with water. System is running properly at this time. Homeowner signed up for our SmartAC Family Club Membership and paid in full for 1 year in the amount of $228.00. If you have any questions or concerns please call us! I did not install the SmartAC sensors at the homeowners request. Have a great weekend!

Arrived at the customers home for a furnace and AC maintenance. Upon arrival I put the system into heating mode and began by checking static pressure. I found static pressure to be failing. I changed the furnace filter, verified all dampers were open and opened the vents throughout the home. I retested the system and found static to still be failing. I performed a combustion analysis test, checked the electrical levels on the inducer motor and blower wheel. Checked the inducer motor capacitor and found it to be failing. I inspected the blower wheel assembly and found the blower wheel to be dirty. I checked the heat exchanger, evaporator coil and flame sensor. I performed a temperature split between the supply and return air which was 35 degrees. I switched the system into cooling mode and performed a temperature split which was 23 degrees. I moved to the outdoor unit and checked all electrical and refrigerant levels which were good today. I spoke with the customer about the issues foun

Completed blower wheel cleaning and verified ac system in good running shape as part of follow up visit. During blower cleaning it was noted there was a gas leak. Completed gas line repair for customer and verified repair with micro bubbles showing no leak. System operating normally upon departure.

Company will come out and dig holes and marked locations and then will burst a new pipe through the existing line from hole to hole ensuring the pipe has seam connections and is flowing properly

Arrived at property and was greeted by homeowner, she explained that her main line was backed up. She has had this issue a couple of times in the past. Our drain tech was able to restore flow to the line however, upon Cameron inspection, I revealed multiple route intrusions in the clay tile. I provided options for clay tile replacement.

Arrived. Customer explained that their main line had been backing up over the past couple days. Found outside clean out and ran line 100 feet clearing the blockage at about 70 and pushing through about three or four pretty heavy spots. Water started going down past 70 feet. Line is open and flowing. Adrian ran his camera and wrote estimates of his own. Collected 89. Also went over water quality and water pressure with supervisor

Arrived at property and was greeted by homeowner, he explained to me that he was having a mainline back up and so we arrived with their drain technician and myself. Drain tech was able to restore flow to the line and upon camera inspection. I revealed a couple small route intrusions throughout the line. Customer also needed to have a pool reset performed as it was leaking underneath his toilet due to the wax ring being blown out. Customer also signed up for the club membership and will be returning Monday to install Smart AC system.
