LBA is always up to date with the latest technology, and their technicians are thoroughly trained and always use the appropriate tools and technology. The cost is higher than most but worth it.
$89 for a trip charge/diagnostic fee is ridiculous. I now find out that an outside drain clean out should have been installed when LBA put in my backflow prevention device last year. Had LBA done this, Reddi Services would not have broken the plastic flapper when they snaked the drain. Thus, I'm having to pay close to $600 when all is said and done for what should have been only a $120 drain clean out job. I hope LBA can reconsider my costs as I believe they are negligent.
Angelina has been a professional that I have had the pleasure to have do work for me. She was friendly, very professional in her work, immaculate in her work, fast and efficient.
Mathew was outstanding when he conducted our furnace service. He took the time to tell us what and how the service was to be preformed. Also explained the results. A great plus was that he liked dogs and we did not have to lock the dog in a room. Will have no problem calling LBA again to service our home heating and cooling.
Jerry did a great job on my furnace, and he found a problem with my humidifier and was able to fix it on the spot. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.
Angelena is a real asset to LBA. She was thorough, thoughtful, friendly and very careful of the work she performed. She kept after our problem drain until she was sure it was open. We couldn't ask for a better technician.
Our service technician,Angelina gave us good advice on how to turn off the water in an emergency. She found the problem leak right away and fixed it quickly.I would give her a great recommendations!

Arrived onsite to look at mini split that provides for the server room flashing filter needs changed. Upon investigation of unit I pulled the filters out an found them fairly dirty. I then removed them and took them to my truck and cleaned them out with compressed air. I the returned them into the unit and found that it was cooling with a 20 plus degree cooling split. This unit is still under the one year install warranty and will not be billed any labor today.
I arrived for a fallow up for Aaron, he found the system low on 410A early this spring. The out door temperature was too low yo make any repairs at that time. While preforming a leak search I found a leak in the coil. I went over options with Mary for replacing the coil and for adding refrigerant and a leak sealer. She decided it was worth a shot to try the leak sealer. I told her that when we come back for her spring tuneup or before and find the system low again that we would be able to credit some portion of today’s repair to the cost of a new coil. wet bulb temperature 61 Outdoor temperature 66 Suction gauge temp 37 Suction line temp 56 Super heat 19 Suction pressure 110 psig Liquid line gauge temp 91 Liquid line, line temp 63 Subcooling 28 Liquid line pressure 279

I conducted a performance and safety inspection for the air-conditioner. During my inspection, I found that the low side pressure was lower than normal. I search for a refrigerant leak and I cannot find anything at this time. With the outdoor ambient temperature is low at the time of service, I explain to the customer that we need to return on a warmer day to further diagnose the refrigerant issue. The customer scheduled for 5-18-19 12-2pm

I presented repair options to the customer and the customer chose the platinum repair. I performed all task under that option. The system is now running at peak performance and efficiency.
Customer did not want to make repairs today. Customer chose an option last time that didn’t not allow me to clean the entire system and we’re having problems bc the system was not fully cleaned.
