I conducted a comprehensive performance maintenance check. I performed combustion analysis, temperature split, and static pressure tests. All mechanical and electronic components of the furnace were verified for proper operation. The blower was inspected for cleanliness and bearing play. Dust accumulation on the heating and cooling fan was noted. The heat exchanger was checked for proper flue gas venting. The humidifier was also verified to be operational. Both the furnace and humidifier are currently functioning correctly.
I meticulously disassembled the existing toilet components, ensuring careful handling of each part. The old fill tower, flush valve, flapper, chain, and supply line were removed and replaced with high-quality new parts. Precision was key in installing the new fill tower to ensure optimal water flow and pressure. The flush valve was installed to guarantee a powerful and efficient flush. The flapper was carefully fitted to prevent any leaks, and the chain was adjusted for the perfect length to ensure smooth operation. The supply line was reconnected securely, and the toilet was tested to confirm there were no leaks. The unit is now fully operational, providing reliable performance.
I conducted a performance maintenance check, setting up for combustion analysis, temperature split, and static pressure tests. The furnace exhibited excessive static pressure due to undersized ductwork. All mechanical and electronic components were verified for proper operation. The blower was inspected for cleanliness and bearing play, revealing dust and debris coating. The heat exchanger was checked for proper flue gas venting, and significant debris was found in the evaporator coil. The furnace remains operational.
I conducted a comprehensive performance maintenance check. I began by setting up for combustion analysis, temperature split, and static pressure tests. I verified the operation of all mechanical and electronic components of the furnace, ensuring everything was functioning correctly. The blower was inspected for cleanliness and any play in the bearings, revealing a significant accumulation of dust debris on the fan for heating and cooling. I also checked the system's heat exchanger to confirm proper venting of flue gas. Additionally, I found bacterial growth on the bottom of the evaporator coil. Given the furnace's age and the debris found inside, I inspected the ductwork, discovering excessive amounts of debris. Although the furnace is dirty, it remains operational at this time.
Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set up for combustion analysis temperature split and static pressure tests. While performing the combustion analysis found that the furnace is receiving double the gas pressure than the system is rated to handle. Tuned the furnace to keep it closer to manufacturers specifications. The pressure to the home needs rectified or a pressure regulator will need to be installed to protect the furnace. Either way, the furnace will need tuned again to allow proper operation. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components of the furnace. Checked blower for cleanliness and to see if there is any play in the bearings. Checked systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Replaced furnace filter media and left behind the 3 remaining filter media changeouts. Furnace is operational at this time.
Completed furnace, maintenance and inspection. I cleaned flame sensor and wiped down furnace. I checked amp draws and tested components. I tested air pressure and temp splits. I allowed system to go through multiple speeds. Filter needs to be changed out soon. Furnace is operating within manufacturer specifications at departure.
Completed a comprehensive furnace tune-up to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation for the home. Work performed included: System Inspection & Safety Checks • Inspected heat exchanger for cracks, corrosion, and proper flame pattern. • Verified operation of all safety controls, including high-limit switch, rollout switch, pressure switch, and Completed a comprehensive furnace tune-up to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation for the home. Arrived to remedy an inoperable system. Upon inspection of the furnace found fault code 223 present. This indicates the pressure switch is not sensing the draft in the exhaust. Performed diagnostic and found that there is port to the pressure switch on the inducer is clogged. This is a sign of age with this furnace, as this port accumulates debris while the system runs. With homeowners approval signed them up for the maintenance plan and cleared the blockage in the pressure switch port. Tested system operations to ensure the system will continue to function properly. Furnace is operating properly upon departure. Realized at the last minute that I neglected to dispose of the old furnace filter. I apologize for leaving that sitting out. Thanks for your time today.
customer has a cracked fill tower in upstairs toilet. ordering replacement parts and returning later in the week to install
Customer called in about needing both lav faucets replaced. Quoted customer pricing and customer opted to move forward with work. Removed and disposed both old lav faucets and installed two new customer supplied delta lav faucets. Also installed new pop up assemblies for both. Made customer aware we can’t warranty faucets due to them be in customer provided. But can warranty labor of installing. 2 year labor warranty on install of both faucets.
Returned to look at fill valve we installed. Fill valve was faulty. Installed new one. Fill valve no longer leaking.
