Went for an out on system. Code was 10 and 11 did a soft rest on system. Cleaned igniter port on board was dirty. Since wasn’t making full contact and board wasn’t registering it. Cycled system 6 times no issues, system is up and running. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann
Called and left voicemail for customer. Emailed estimate on a standard water heater installing with expansion tank. We remove and haul away old water heater.
When I arrived at the furnace was running. After customer explained the situation I deemed that the furnace was going into a lockout. I checked temp splits, and those were within manufacture specifications. I then checked the ignition process components and cleaned flame sensor, and spark igniter. The solenoid valve on the humidifier was clogged. I was able to unclog the solenoid. Furnace and humidifier are operating properly at departure. Talked with customer about activating the club membership. Customer stated that they would call into set that up.
Arrived for furnace check today. All aspects of furnace are within manufacturing specs. Filters are good. System is running at departure. Thanks for choosing LBA. Have a good weekend with your grandson!

This task will be an attempt to clear any debri lodged in the drainage pipe.
Customer called in needing price on sump pump battery replacement. Upon arrival, found alarm to be beeping snd showing bad battery code on panel. Tested battery and battery only reading 2 volts. Battery needs replaced. Customer was wanting pricing on battery only. Does not want system replaced. We would need to start with new battery snd determine if system is still good. Customer has been living in the home for 4 years and the system has been there before he moved in.
Arrived to remedy a humidifier that seems to not be operating to its full potential. Checked the metering orifice to ensure there are no easily removable restrictions. Found that the humidifier is still not flowing enough water to fully utilize the humidifier panel. Spoke with homeowner about repairs. With homeowners approval started replacing the solenoid valve and humidifier panel. After removing the humidifier panel found that there is drain was heavily calcified. Cleaned the drain in the sink. Flushed the water feed line to the solenoid valve to ensure the new one won’t immediately get clogged again. Replaced the metering orifice to the humidifier and plumbed in the solenoid valve. Removed the humidifier panel and cleaned the bracket of what calcium buildup that will come off. Installed a new water panel and assembled the humidifier. Tested operation to ensure it will not leak. System is functioning properly at this time.
Installed new spark igniter under part warranty. I restarted furnace and it turned on as it should. I noticed that the humidifier wasn’t producing water so I cleared the lines however there was still no water flow. I found a bad water valve. After talking with customer I received approval to replace the water valve and install a new air filter. Furnace and humidifier are working properly at departure.
Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set up for combustion analysis temperature split and static pressure tests for each system individually. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components of each furnace. Checked blowers for cleanliness and to see if there is any play in the bearings. Found that the Goodman system is starting to collect dust and the ruud system is heavily coated in dust. Checked systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Both furnaces are operational at this time.
Arrived for furnace check today. Heat exchanger is good. Carbon monoxide was 0ppm. All electrical is in range. I replaced filter with one you had. Humidifier is working properly. System is running at departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.
Customer called in to move forward with replacing cartridge in main floor bathroom. Customer turned water off. Removed old cartridge. Noticed that part of rubber piece was lodge inlet for hot side. Removed lodge rubber piece. Installed new cartridge. Checked for leaks and no leaks detected. 2 year warranty on cartridge replacement.
Customer called in wanting an evaluation of water lines and see if they’re prone to freezing. All water lines are in well insulated areas. Only water lines of concerned is the bathroom closest to the front door in the basement. Per customer request did leave the faucet dripping. Customer has a challenge going up and down the stairs. Recommended MOEN Flo to control water being turn on and off from a phone.
