Dispatched for error code. Error code was for furnace lost communication on Dec 22 @ approximately 5am-6am intermittently and then reestablished signal. At arrival the system was operating and no current codes. Checked the history of past errors and it confirmed that it lost communication during the stated time frame. After a thorough inspection of the system. It was determined to have 2 loose wires. The wires that were loose were for communication. After tightening the terminal the wires are tight a secured. Dispatched for humidifier leaking. After a thorough inspection of the humidifier. The source of the leak was identified. The drain inside the humidifier was plugged up. To resolve the fault. The drain was cleared of the blockage and checked for a flow to the drain on the floor. At this time the humidifier has been installed for easier removal of the panel and the humidifier is draining properly. Completed two system maintenance and inspection. I cleaned flame sensors and wiped down furnaces. I checked components and amp drawers. I tested air pressure and temp splits. Main floor furnace is running a little hot. I recommended using a Merv a filter to allow the system to breathe a little better till the airflow gets fixed. Upstairs system was sending an alert to customer’s phone stating that it was waiting on the equipment. The system was going into a lockout due to number of tries where it could not start. I found that the dual pressure switches were not operating correctly. One of the wires was bent pretty far and I blew out the air tubes. After this, the upstairs furnace kicked on and ran twice and satisfied the thermostat. Both furnaces are operational at departure.
Arrived for furnace flue issue. Found flue needed to be wrapped in insulation in attic. Also found multiple issues with furnace. My supervisor came out to discuss best solutions. Thanks for choosing LBA. Merry Christmas!
Installed new York 96% furnace 80k btu 2 stage. Installed new humidifier, whole home duct cleaning 10 year parts, 10 years labor. 2 years of maintenance of free of charge. Monthly payment of 276.53 for 36 months.
Went for a service call today. Did a soft reset on system. Did update the board on furnace. System is up and running did cycle before leaving. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann
Customer called in having few issues. Customer needs new filters for reverse osmosis filtration system. Also needs both showers looked at. One shower not having much shower head pressure and tub spout in the other bathroom hard to pull. First shower had a shut off handle on shower arm and it was also on the closed position. Turn it to on position and customer has full pressure. Gave customer estimates for tub spout replacement and filter replacement. Customer approved pricing for both. Will need to order filters and when they get here we I’ll come back and install them. Installed new tub spout. Checked for leaks and no leaks detected. 1 year warranty on tub spout replacement.
Arrived to remedy an inoperable system. Upon inspection of the system, found it heating the home. Homeowner mentioned that the system was displaying a fault code 10 and fault code 11. Checked the manual for the furnace to verify the cause of these fault codes. Fault codes are related to ignition and ignition proving system. Cycled power on the furnace and tested the ignition system. Found that the burners would not all consistently light. Also found that when the burners light the flame sensor is not sensing that there is flame present spoke with homeowner about the system and with homeowner‘s approval, reached out to have new burners, brought out and set up to replace the flame sensor and spark igniter. Once burner assembly arrived, replaced the burners and installed the new igniter and flame sensor. Tested system operations. System is functioning properly at this time.

Water line connected to the humidifier was off. Pouring water onto the floor. Did add connect back and tightened screw. No noises water leaks coming from humidifier.
