Dre was great! He took the time to explain our situation and educate us on her options. Very professional very helpful. Highly recommend.
The crew working at my house was very nice and accommodating, but after they left, I found a slow leak and a P-trap they installed and a separate drain line that they were working on developed a crack and they try to seal it with silicone without telling me. Luckily, I have the DIY skills necessary and was able to cut out and repair the section of damaged pipe, but a less able homeowner would have been left without a usable sink.
Calvin did a great job and explained everything to use so we understood.
The individuals LBA sent were very helpful and knew what to do so my issues were resolved.
Johann was great. Went about his business and made sure the A/C was ready to go for the summer. Explained everything. I’d recommend him again.
Response from LBA Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing:
Many thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re very happy to hear that we met your expectations!
Robby did a great job explaining the issue we had with our furnace.
New pump failed 10 days after installation and having to struggle to get a response.
For this job customer called with concern of water softener leaking. Ran a backwash cycle and determined it was the floor drain backing up instead of any faults with the fixture. Drain clear and flowing to customers satisfaction
-Installed new check valve in tankless water heater
AC wasn’t kicking on due to miss wiring and incomplete programming. AC is now up and running. ACs passed inspection. Refrigerant levels are good. Compressor and fan motor amperage passed as well. Outside units got washed. Inside coils are clean and rust free. Units are up and running after performing the inspection. Thank you for choosing LBA services!
Both systems are up and running with no issues at this time. Went over IAQ options and customer declined options at this time
Arrived to do a multi system performance maintenance. Set each system for cooling. Measured each systems static pressure measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Checked interior of the furnaces for cleanliness. Found that each systems blower wheel is coated in dust debris. Went outside and verified refrigerant levels. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Found that the contactor in the master bedroom system is charred. Found that the capacitor in the main floor system is failing. Rinsed coils free of debris. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Replaced all 3 filters in the systems. Air conditioning systems are operational at this time.
5/1/25 - Completed a full cooling maintenance on four RTU’s. The filters were changed, the coils were cleaned and proper operation was tested. The only issue found was that unit 3 has an A51 belt that is starting to tear, so it will need to be replaced. Other than that, the units were in good condition, they were all running well, and there were no further issues found at this time.
