Company originally came out for a leaking kitchen faucet but after further diagnostic company believed customer was having pressure issue after going downstairs to verify customer had PRV company discovered customers right side water heater on tandem set was leaking from base after company checked pressure on house which read out to 100 psi. Company determined pressure to be main issue for leaks. Company went over multiple options with customer and customer chose option 2 where company is going to return the following day to replace both water heaters and PRV with new 6 year manufacture warranty heaters and expansion tank. Upon arrival I preformed a whole home plumbing inspection for the customer. The customer also had a list of this that they wanted to be addressed during the inspection. After looking at the issues in the house I presented pricing for each. First in the guest bathroom the toilet was leaking from the fill valve and supply line. I replaced the fill valve and supply line. In the master bathroom the first sink to the door the faucet had a slow drip. I replaced the seats and springs in that faucet only. In the kitchen there was a leaking connection on the cold side that went to the faucet and the osmosis system underneath the sink. Customer just want me to uninstall the osmosis system and add the faucet line straight to the cold side shut off. Last the basket strainer in the wet bar in the basement had a leak. I had to take out the old strainer and installed a new one in its place. I tested for leaks and everything tested.
Call back on me. Pulled everything apart when I replaced solenoid and didn’t get oriface back in feeder tube on humidifier. Place oriface in feeder tube and tested. Things are working as they should be now.

Thank you for allowing me to service your HVAC equipment today. Performed maintenance and safety inspection on the furnace. I found the inside cabinet very rusted. Most of the safety devices have water damage on them which hinders their performance. I recommended having the combustion safety devices replaced to ensure furnace will be safe. Inspected all electrical connections to ensure they are secure and not rubbing. I found the blower bearings starting to fail and the voltage enhancement system is out of tolerance. I recommended replacing the blower motor and the enhancement system. Performed a combustion analysis on the heat exchanger. Found the temperature difference to be very close to the furnaces maximum output. Air filter is clean and the dampers on open. Replacing the air movement system will rectify this issue allowing air to move more efficiently. Humidifier is on and draining properly. Pad for the humidifier is (990-13). System is operating at this time. Cust

At time of arrival found furnace in the off position because the customer turned off the power to the system after he discovered it wasn’t warming up the home. After further investigation found the hot surface ignition system wasn’t not coming on, I went on to verify if it was receiving 120volts from the control board and it was. I went ahead and reconnected the hot surface ignition back together to see if it will continue to receive power and it did, furnace started to heat up the home, I went ahead and cycled the furnace multiple times and it continued to turn back on and heat up the home. Furnace is 23 years old and customer would like for us to schedule Scott to come out and give estimate to replace the furnace and possibly the air conditioner. Collected trip charge
