LBA is Awesome

The tech from LBA (Izzy) was great. He was friendly, polite, and kept me informed while he worked on my issue. I sincerely appreciate the focus LBA puts on customer service, from my first phone call requesting help all the way to the time when Izzy left, everyone was friendly helpful and professional. I came away feeling like they understood that this issue was a big deal to my family (we are COLD!) and they did everything they could to help fix it as quickly as possible.

I had another company come out when my plumbing problem started and they wanted to rip out my floor and replace the pipe without truly diagnosing the problem. Nathaniel came by and cleared the pipe within 30 minutes! Very pleased.

Draft induced motor not working , heater isn’t drafting properly up flue , I was able to light heater , but draft issue will need to be fixed by hvac tech .

Checked the air makeup for the pool deck for blower motor failure. Found the motor with the windings burnt up and the starter/overload with the starter contacts welded closed. Motor failed due to the starter single phasing the motor. Replaced the motor with a customer provided motor. Left the unit disabled till the motor starter/overload can be replaced. Quoted replacing the starter/overload per the customers request. Warranty as we replaced the motor at a earlier date.

I came back to finish the RTU maintenance, changes all filters and checked all mechanical and electrical components. All systems are operating within factory specifications.

***SLP98 collector box seal has failed actively leaking combustion condensate*** Lennox part warranty credit $210.50 I performed a safety and maintenance inspection on both the furnace systems. The customer purchased a P3 humidifier tuneup as well as new MERV 16 filters for both systems. The 2nd level system I found to be operating within the manufacturers tolerances at this time. During my inspection of the main level system, I discovered a fault within the combustion exhaust system. The seal that separates the collector box from the heat exchanger assembly has failed and there is an active leak inside the furnace cabinet. I have included pictures as well. The necessary part is covered under the manufacturers limited parts warranty and has a part credit of $210.50 towards the appropriate repair. I spoke to the customer about my concerns and then presented repair options. The customer chose the silver level HM9C main combustion exhaust system renovation option. The repair will require
