Prompt, polite and great explanation and provided good options to resolve the issue.
Our tech arrived and went to work after a quick run down of the events leading up to the equipment failure. It wasn’t long before a possible solution was presented. Our old unit needs some parts but I’m skeptical they will be available. We’ll know more Monday morning. If not a plan was discussed about replacement units and cost. Fingers crossed parts are found and repairs can be made. 🤞
The techs that came out to our home were very knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely concerned that our A/C needed repair regarding the current temps. Quickly a solution was talked over and a parts search begins for our old system. Im skeptical parts are still available and replacement units were talked about for n the event they are needed. I felt good about my decision to call LBA and have my fingers crossed parts can be found and our old furnace can be repaired. 🤞
Amazing all around, quick and clear and felt like I was important .
Unfortunately, I get to replace a system. But that being said, they did a great job of explaining the issues and what needed to happen next.
If ya all don’t give him and JJ a heavy raise or promotion….him and JJ amazing. Thoughtful took time explaining the issues and what options are for us. Those two alone secured life long customers…
Very professional technicians. Gave good information and advice.
I liked Westin the tech.

Came to look at the system s/n 0336. Found that this system is in bad shape due to lack of maintenance. It needs a condenser fan motor, capacitor, blower motor belt, filters, and a deep cleaning on the system. Sent info to rick and sent a estimate for repairs and replacement do to the age of this unit.
For this job I swapped out defective panel with a new panel straight from navien. Put it in its correct settings for use and changed to the temp to 130 per customer request. Thank you for choosing LBA
Arrived to remedy an inoperable air conditioning system. Upon inspection of the system found that the evaporator coil was cased in ice. Ran the furnace to thaw the ice from the system. Once coil was completely thawed, pulled the disconnect from the outside unit. Created a call for cooling. Made sure the furnace is doing its part for a cooling call. Went outside and connected gages. Fired the system up and found that the system is very low on refrigerant. Started getting ready for a leak search and found oil coating the condenser. Sprayed soap bubbles on the liquid line coming out of the compressor, and found a pinhole leak. Spoke with homeowner about repair solutions. With homeowners approval removed all refrigerant from the system. Purged with nitrogen while brazing. Pressure tested with nitrogen after brazing. Pumped system into a vacuum. Charged system to factory refrigerant levels.
