Dre was very helpful in explaining the repair costs vs replacing 18 year old system with a new unit. He also pointed out limitations of current duct work to improve airflow. Provided 3 options for replacing the current unit, which we are currently reviewing. Nice young man and want to thank him again for the information he provided, which will help us in our decision.
Extremely polite and thoughtful! Very thorough!
David did a wonderful job for us. Very detailed, and quality work.
Donovan was great with listening to concerns and explanation of what might be happening and steps moving forward. He was on time and respectful in communication prior and during the maintenance visit. We continue to work with LBA because of great people and service as we received with Donovan!
While the representatives that came were friendly they were extremely untrained and uneducated on the company practices, pricing, or results from water “tests”. Pricing for repairs came in 6x what I finally paid to have repairs done. Was quoted $2000 for a 6’ pipe replacement and got the work done through a reputable local competitor for $375. DO NOT USE LBA. The business practice is 100% to take advantage of an uneducated public and upsell overpriced filtration and water “treatment” systems at astronomical prices.

Service good as always but new tech took 3 hours to complete!!! He was, however, very polite.

Completed AC inspection for customer. System tested good for the majority with the exception of run capacitor failing and low refrigerant charge. Customer opted to do repairs, completed repairs on site and system is running normally. No other recommendations at this time.
Gave a quote on water purity. Homeowner decided to go with the halo H20. Installation will be Monday.
Verify system readings, research problem, get back to Cx
Arrived to customer for an AC inspection and during the inspection when you see the high called a static pressure other than that all other components And refrigerant levels met factory specs
Checked unit number 7.5a. The first stage compressor has open windings. It also failed the megohmeter. The compressor leads for the first stage were removed from both the contactor and the compressor. Compressor #2 was locked out on a high limit. The high limit was reset and the outdoor fan amps and bearings were checked and both were ok. Thank you, Jon Tech notes: Lennox, 22yrs old, GCS16-090, s/n 5602A03879, Odt 78, Odf amps 1.5 (1.6), Odf relay good, comp#1 bad (windings), comp#1 and #2 contactors worn, DT 6 (78-72), condenser airflow poor
Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Started inspection inside and measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Measured power consumption of the blower motor and checked system for cleanliness. Found that the fan for both heating and cooling is coated in dust debris. Found that the evaporator coil is coated in bacterial growth. Performed a static pressure test and found that the system is operating within manufacturers specifications. Went outside and verified system refrigerant charge. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components of the condenser. Found that the capacitor for the condenser is failing. Rinsed coil free of debris. Spoke with homeowner about the system. With homeowners approval performed a blower cleaning and replaced the capacitor. With the coil completely open performed a cleaning on the evaporator. Air conditioning system is operational at this time.
