Returned because customer noticed water leaking on the floor after drain opening. Inspected area and determined that washing machine discharge line was pushed loose when I put dryer back into place. This caused it to pop out whenever it discharged after I left. Corrected problem and performed camera inspection. Field supervisor arrived and helped build a long-term solution option. Tested laundry drain by running two full loads. Water is draining properly.
Came out here to do a leak search previous technician put some UV die/leak seal in the system came out to check the whole system itself check the a coil there was no residue in oil no UV nothing within the lines or the copper went outside and did find a couple of micro leaks Coil itself customers well aware he was going to wait until the Unit gave out to see the replacements
Upon arrival I called customer and let her know that I would be using drain snake to attempt to clear laundry drain. Previous technician was not able to get drain cleared and had issues with machine. Ran cable down drain and met lots of resistance from 10 feet forward. Ran cable full length of 50 feet. Also rand water down the drain at the same time to help break up black sludge. Eventually got drain cleared. Let customer know that drain line is getting towards the end of its life cycle. Cleaned work area and collect payment.
7/17/2024 Attempted to snake the washing machine drain 2 times and failed to get it also tried extending the stand pipe to code but could not get the clog. On this job, I was showing up on request from one of our plumbers, because there was water building up underneath the blower box beneath the furnace. After arriving, it was clear that the coil had become quite dirty, which clogged the pan and the drainage pipe exiting the system. Because of this water was leaking out the sides as well as the inside of the furnace. This was dripping down on the heat exchanger which I checked and is showing signs of rust wear and tear because of this. We need to keep an eye on this heat exchanger, especially during the winter to make sure there’s no cracks or holes that might cause harm. in the meantime, we ended up clearing out all the hoses and pipes leading out of the system and we cleaned the coil. Before I left, I also sprayed the coil with evaporator coil clean so that it continues to clean itself with condensation as the system runs throughout the summer. Went out to a home to perform a comprehensive water quality test, checking for contaminants. Also provided a general plumbing inspection, meticulously examining the home's plumbing system for leaks, corrosion, and proper functionality.
Arrived for an ac maintenance. Static pressure passed. Cfm counts passed. All electronics in ac and furnace within range. Blower wheel getting dirty. Temperature split failing. Refrigerant levels were low. Outside coil clean. Got sub cooling to an acceptable level and charged in uv dye. Will return next Thursday to preform leak search. -Ren
Arrived to customer for ac tune up and during the AC portion of the inspection we noticed that there was a shortage of refrigerant in customers AC unit by reading our sub cool ratings from manifold gauges. In conclusion AC unit was charged to get refrigerant level beach meeting factory specs . Other than that, all other components and refrigerant levels met factory specs
Plumbing service. Upon arrival supply stops under kitchen sink were turned off, disconnected and removed old kitchen faucet and installed new kitchen faucet, reconnecting supply line back to existing supply stops. Tested for leaks by turning water back on at supply stops under kitchen sink and running water through new Kholer kitchen faucet. All good no leaks present. No Warranty on Customer Supplied faucet. 90 Day Labor Warranty.
I inspected the water quality in a home's plumbing system. I tested the water for contaminants and checked for any signs of contamination or damage. Recommended a water filtration system.
Change breaker from a 3220, installed AC and coil.
Upon arrival the tenant explained that when she got home last night she checked downstairs and there was ice on the copper lines. She turned the AC off and turned the fan in the ON position to melt the ice. It was thawed when I arrived. First I checked the filter which I found was extremely dirty. They told me they moved in about a year ago and it hasn’t been changed since they moved in. I replaced it with a new high velocity filter off my truck. The size of filter is 16x20x1 and they need to order those size filter to replace the one I put in today because it will only last for 2 weeks. Because the filter was so dirty it wasn’t allowing air to push through the system which caused the coil to freeze over. Due to not changing the filter, the blower wheel is extremely dirty and must be removed and cleaned as soon as possible. I will attach an estimate for the blower cleaning. I checked all the motors and capacitors and they were all within manufacturer specifications but if the blower is
