I asked for my French drain to be jetted of roots to help clear out the clog they are causing. The technician didn’t do it and not helped clear some water backed up. This is now the 4th service in a row LBA has done for me where the team did a poor job.
I’m surprised he didn’t do anything to see why the sump pump isn’t working. But he was friendly and professional

This is not a reflection on Johann but the LBA sales team. This is now the second system I have bought from LBA (who has been servicing my home the entire 8 yrs I’ve owned it) that wasn’t properly scoped for my house (1st was a water softener that I had no out drain to, so they had to set up a severely undersized hose and said deal with it). This time it’s my furnace that I purchased from them in 2020. Apparently my pressure readings were high and this was due to my out pipes only allotting half the pressure to release. This has been the same for 4yrs, if my house wasn’t configured correctly for the system you’re about to sell me, SAY SOMETHING. Cannot trust the LBA sales team which means I gotta find a new HVAC provider.
Came out to diagnose the system to see why it was freezing. Notified the customer that his system was having a bad day that day because when I was looking over everything it all was checking out the way it should. Told the customer that if it happened again to take notes of everything and call us immediately.
Frozen coil, pressure were drowning. Did turn system off and turned the fan on to let it thaw out. We will revisit situation on Monday.
Floor drain line compromised, as well as main sewer line. We were able to establish flow. No guarantee due to damage of lines
Arrived for ac check today. Started at furnace and checked static pressure, it’s failing. Blower wheel is clean. Temp split is 20. Motor amps are good. At the condensing unit pressure and pressures and charge we’re off. I’ve added refrigerant to make it correct. All electrical components are running properly. System is running and cooling properly. Today you also renewed membership. Thanks for choosing LBA.

AC System Tune-Up: Inspected refrigerant lines, tightened electrical terminals, cleaned or replaced filters, and calibrated the thermostat to improve seasonal efficiency.
Air Conditioning System Repairs: Repaired a noisy and partially non-operational fan motor by replacing worn bearings and aligning the fan blades, restoring quiet and efficient air movement.
3 ton air handler and 2.5 condensing unit to be installed tommorow .
Customer called for poor cooling performance. Central system was very low on refrigerant, added refrigerant to get system operational. Mini split is operational but very dirty. There is a leak in evaporator coil for central system. Provided options for repair or replacement.
Customer called for system not cooling. Found refrigerant was low, customer has sever medical issues and requires a controlled climate, we added refrigerant today to bring the system back up to operating status. Added 2.5lbs of R410A to bring system up to specs.
