I asked for my French drain to be jetted of roots to help clear out the clog they are causing. The technician didn’t do it and not helped clear some water backed up. This is now the 4th service in a row LBA has done for me where the team did a poor job.
I’m surprised he didn’t do anything to see why the sump pump isn’t working. But he was friendly and professional

This is not a reflection on Johann but the LBA sales team. This is now the second system I have bought from LBA (who has been servicing my home the entire 8 yrs I’ve owned it) that wasn’t properly scoped for my house (1st was a water softener that I had no out drain to, so they had to set up a severely undersized hose and said deal with it). This time it’s my furnace that I purchased from them in 2020. Apparently my pressure readings were high and this was due to my out pipes only allotting half the pressure to release. This has been the same for 4yrs, if my house wasn’t configured correctly for the system you’re about to sell me, SAY SOMETHING. Cannot trust the LBA sales team which means I gotta find a new HVAC provider.
Went for a service call today. Good airflow and clean filter inside. Outside compressor was running weak. Checked the capacitor it had failed on the compressor side. Replaced the capacitor and the system is up and cooling. Thank you for choosing LBA services!
Arrived to remedy an inoperable system. Upon arrival homeowner walked me around to the outside unit. Started testing components of the system. Found that the capacitor is failing. This would cause the compressor to not operate. Without refrigerant flow the system can’t cool. Replaced the capacitor to test system operation. System is operating with a new capacitor installed. Spoke with homeowner about repair solutions. Sold the already done capacitor replacement and signed the homeowner up for the maintenance membership. This way we can come out and perform maintenances and make sure there are not any uncomfortable days in the home. System is operational upon departure.

Arrived for ac check. Upon arrival the main system was not working and one of the mini spots was froze up. My supervisor came out to help start diagnosis on systems. He discussed best solutions.
Arrived to remedy a leaking minisplit system. Upon inspection of the system found water dripping from all points of the frame of the unit, despite it having a condensate pump. Inspected the condensate pump and verified it is working and draining water properly. Determined there is a restriction or blockage in the drain to the condensate pump. Spoke with homeowner about what the minisplit is doing and how the other 3 units are likely not far behind this one. With homeowners approval cleared the blockage and flushed the condensate pan. Installed a gel tab in the condensate pan. Reassembled the minisplit and verified operation. Disassembled the other 3 heads no installed gel tabs to help ensure they will continue to operate without issue. All systems are operational upon departure.
Went for a tune up. Temp split passing for system. Did clean filter and condenser unit. Refrigerant levels are passing for system. House is cooling, and system are up and running before leaving, thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann
Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set system for cooling. Measured the systems static pressure measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Checked interior of the furnace for cleanliness. Made adjustments to the filter slot to make it easier to change and so air will not be bypassing the filter. Went outside and verified refrigerant levels. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Found a mouse nest in the electrical cabinet. Checked all wires for damage and sealed the protrusion to keep critters out. Rinsed coil free of debris. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Air conditioning system is operational at this time.
Came out to diagnose the system to see why it was freezing. Notified the customer that his system was having a bad day that day because when I was looking over everything it all was checking out the way it should. Told the customer that if it happened again to take notes of everything and call us immediately.
Frozen coil, pressure were drowning. Did turn system off and turned the fan on to let it thaw out. We will revisit situation on Monday.
Floor drain line compromised, as well as main sewer line. We were able to establish flow. No guarantee due to damage of lines
Arrived for ac check today. Started at furnace and checked static pressure, it’s failing. Blower wheel is clean. Temp split is 20. Motor amps are good. At the condensing unit pressure and pressures and charge we’re off. I’ve added refrigerant to make it correct. All electrical components are running properly. System is running and cooling properly.
