I was impressed by LBA techs willing to undergo less than good conditions to fix my sewer problem. Not a usual plumbing problem. Stinky!

Always best

Austin is very knowledgeable and thorough. Never pushy but informative about services that would give the "most bang for the buck" for my plumbing. He finds small adjustments I would not know to ask about.

Good service but very overpriced would look elsewhere

Ended up being $250 for a very very minor repair that was less than an hour and no parts involved will look elsewhere next time

Six month old system covered under 100% warranty. Power switch was installed upside down, so switch looked like it was in the on position but power was actually off. Pulled switch and put it in the box right side up. Furnace is working as it should be. Set up on annual renewal of P3.

Checked all operations in the heating mode. Found that system is extremely dirty and filter was extremely dirty. Found a loose wire at combustion blower capacitor. Performed a furnace maintenance and a humidifier maintenance cleaning entire system and replacing both filters. Customer was not interested in purchasing a box of filters did recommend replacement of filter every month. Customer was also not interested in duct cleaning. Furnace is heating at this time.

Arrive to customers home Friday, January 8. Customer still having issues with leak coming from first floor hallway bathtub. Previous visit technician replaced copper piping to tub spout along with tub spout itself. During previous visit overflow was tightened as well due to small leak. Filled up tub and found leak still coming from overflow gasket. Adjusted tubular waste and overflow to properly seal gasket on bathtub. Tightened overflow cap as well as other joints on tubular waste and overflow assembly to insure no other joints were leaking. Filled up tub once again and let water drain to ensure no leaks were left on any water piping or drainage piping for bathtub. Customer was not charged for any labor today as it was covered under 30 day warranty from previous invoice. Thank you for choosing LBA Have a wonderful day.

Upon arrival I found that the system was not running due to dirty safeties. I gave customer estimates and recommended he replace system due to thermal stress on heat exchanger. I also quoted a price to have a low level carbon monoxide detectors installed but he declined at this time only wanting furnace cleaned to get him throw the year. I cleaned system and system operations were as they should be for a 17 year old system. Thanks for having me out today, Eli

Arrive to customers home Saturday, December 19. Customers kitchen sink drain line clogged. Customer had already tracked drain line blockage down to clean out in basement. Ran cable and clean out and cleared blockage. Had customer run water while I snacked a little more to insure drain line was completely open. Then had customer fill sink basin and let water go to make sure drain was flowing properly. Drain is now flowing properly with no issues. Drain opening will have 30 day warranty on kitchen drain line itself. Thank you for choosing LBA have a wonderful day.

Hydro-scrubbed approximately 120’ of horizontal sewer in basement to city sewer in alley, very heavy roots at 30-40’. Line is open and flowing at this time and will have a two year flowable warranty for roots, not structural. Also washed down floor in and around washer and floor drain.

Arrive to customers home Tuesday, December 15. Customer recently purchased home and was concerned about main sewer drain having roots and drain. As well as a leak found on home inspection coming from and wall behind tub spout on hallway bathroom. Customer also wanted to have sump pump replaced with new sump pump with battery back up combo. Customer chose to have main line snaked to remove roots, repair leak in wall behind tub spout and to have new sump pump with battery back up installed. First remove tub spout from hallway bathroom tub, Cut water pipe leading to tub spout and replaced with new copper and stubbed out of wall with copper. Old tub spout was unusable, made trip to Home Depot and picked up new tub spout with diverter. Caulked around new tub spout and informed customer to let caulk set for 24 hours before use. Snaked mainline in basement 100 feet, hit route blockage roughly 55 feet into drain and worked cable back-and-forth to clear as many roots as possible. Removed old
