Jonathan has been so helpful with our frozen pipe situation and helping troubleshoot. Have always had a great experience with LBA!
Everyone was super friendly from initiating to completing service. I 1000% recommend!
Corbin didn't make it within the time frame I was told when he would arrive but he was courteous, cleaned up after himself and said I may need a furnace part replaced but he was not pushy about it.
robert was very polite and answered all are quetions, he did an excellent job in replacing control panel. nice to have heat back on thanks for coming out so quick
This is the last major purchase our family will be making with LBA. We have used you since I purchased the home. I have now had multiple issues ranging from improper communication around what the work would resolve (my basement drain for example), communication on arrival (for example I have waited around for 5 hours today waiting for a tech that never showed) or just work not done completely (multiple times the garbage disposal hasn’t been hooked up right to the dishwasher resulting in a follow up trip including the one the tech hasn’t shown up for today, the water softener was sold to me even though my basement drain is a French drain and cannot support the forced monthly drain. So I was told I needed to do another $6K+ job before they finally came up with a free fix yet that also still hasn’t been done nor was I communicated to that anyone would even show up). On top of that your equipment pricing is very out of scale. For example the garbage disposal you sold me for $1300 included $250 install charge yet I can buy this same disposal for $400 multiple online avenues. 125% margin is way too high on a product you’re reselling. These are the litany of reasons I will no longer be using LBA. After the disposal and softener work is completed that should wrap up outstanding projects we have outside of LBA honoring any warranties existing on my purchases.
After speaking with daughter, I received proper authorization and payment information to move forward with repairs. Turned off water. Cut out faulty water softener. Re-piped copper waterline. Turned on water and tested. Normal operation restored.
Arrived at property and was greeted by homeowner, we came out today to perform kitchen Jetter that was sold by drain tech on day prior. Ran Jetter until line opened up tested for backups line is now open inflowing
Arrived. Customer explained that his kitchen sink was backing up into his bathtub. Customer was adamant that this was a mainline issue so I ran the 300° outside clean out and pulled back a lot of roots. Also ran backpack into floor drain which was pretty much useless. Unhook trap under kitchen sink and try to get line through the drain pipe but couldn’t make it past the first turn. Recommended having a Jetter come out to solve this issue once and for all. Sold Jetter and collected 89

Customer decided to take on repair himself. Rescheduled other system maintenance for march 18th,

Talked with customer and showed pictures of the current condition of the system. Showed how the system is 17yrs old as well. I explained how airflow has really affected the systems health over the years and the repairs that could be in near future. I went over airflow and furnace with airflow options. Offered financing and taking off cost of repair visit with furnace replacement. Customers would like to talk things over tonight and I will follow up with them tomorrow.

Customer noticed a leak in her basement. We found the leak coming from an old water softener unit. We gave her a few options for repair. She was leaning more towards the option of just bypassing the softener completely. Customer said she will have to talk to her brother before making a decision on having us do the work.
Customers system was short cycling it was more then a maintenance I let customer know I would have to diagnose what the issue was customer got irate and Eli informed her I would pack up and leave
Furnace Repair: A homeowner reported their furnace failing to ignite. Diagnosing the issue, I identified a faulty ignition probe and swiftly replaced it. The furnace now reliably ignites, ensuring consistent warmth for the resident.
Arrived today to turn the water back on. After it was back on inspected to verify there were no leaks.
