Doug was very kind and helped with our garbage disposal issues. He was knowledgeable and the problem was solved quickly!
Upon arrival found that there was an intermittent safety system failure after speaking with the customer customer was morning interested in the replacement of the whole furnace itself due to its age. Temporarily repaired the safety system on the furnace and cleaned all safety sensors. Tested all operations the system is operating at this time. We scheduled appointment with the system design specialist to go over replacement options.
Arrived to replace electronics circuit system. replaced electronic control circuit system. Performed safety testing. Found a crack in the secondary heat exchanger. Shut system off. Collecting check information over he phone waiting for approval.
Arrived to find system not operating. Due to a fault in electronic control system. Could not get a hold of manufacture. Will get a hold of customer Monday when part is available.
Today I completed your annual heating tune up, I checked all safety and electrical devices to ensure your system is running safely and efficiently, I cleaned system and performed combustion analysis, checked for proper heating transfer, everything tested as it should at this time, thanks for choosing Lba, Eli
Estimate for shut offs and running an ice maker line
Customer went out and got a new kitchen faucet for us to install. I took out the old one and put the new one in. I also tested for leaks and everything tested good. Also there was no charge and if we are called back we can charge for he work.
Pedestal sink leaking from behind, recommended it be removed and correctly installed, drainage system is incorrect and is always going to cause issues. Recommend a vanity in place of pedestal, then drain line can be corrected under cabinet. Customer going with diagnostic for now till after first of year.
Gas cock behind stove
Checked all operations in the heating mode. Performed a combustion analysis on furnace. Cleaned out housing of furnace. Tested all safety systems. Replaced one year furnace filter. Fan on was not wired at this time wired and tested all operations fan and system operated it as it was supposed to.Equipment is now operating within factory specifications.
Estimate for gas valve behind stove Will do tomorrow afternoon
Basket strainer on left side of sink needs replaced and tested out. Installed new strainer and tested out. Found small leak on faucet, recommended customer reach out to manufacturer.
Cleared main line stoppage from outside c/o in rear of property, line opened approximately 45â€™ out. Line is open and flowing at this time. $88.00 special.
Checked the Northwest first floor area above the holding tank for noise from a sidewall vent termination. Found a exhaust fan above the ceiling grid over the holding tank booking desk causing the complaint. Found the blower wheel loose on the fan motor shaft. Replaced the clamp and secured the wheel. Verified operation after repairs. Explained the findings to John Jacobson.
Arrived to perform bronze combustion pressure sensing repair. Performed all work under the bronze option. Also cleaned safety switches. Unit is heating properly at this time.
Arrived to find system not operating due to a failed combustion pressure sensing system. Will need to come back this week to perform work when parts are available. Will call when parts become available. System is not operating at this time. Customer does have heat at this time.
