The saleman, Scott, was very professional and quick to respond to any problems/questions. Jim and Mason who installed my Ruud split heat pump system did an exceptional job. The troubleshooter Eric was extremely impressive. LBA is definitely top-shelf in this field.

Always looking forward for rusty's arrival
Performed maintenance inspection on a Lennox furnace. Checked all the electrical components and safeties for proper operation. Filter was clean at this time. Check the combustion in the exhaust. Furnace is currently operating on the manufacture specifications.
Ran camera in sewer from clean out in crawl space. Line is in very good shape
Replaced the blower wheels as quoted. Replaced the pillow block bearing and charged for the labor as a extra to the quote as stated. Started the unit and verified operation.
Today I completed a y’all cooling tune up on both systems. I found that the voltage enhancement on the main level system was testing under factory specifications. I gave customer estimates and he decided to not have work done at this time. Everything else tested as it should at this time. Thanks for having me out today. Eli
Installed Ruud A/C
Upon arrival found defective refrigerant pump emailed estimate to customer will return Monday between 12-4 for replacement.
Checked all operations in the cooling mode. Furnace filter was OK at this time. Washed out the outdoor unit. Checked all electrical and refrigeration components outside. Left customer a quote for a new bypass humidifier. Air conditioner is operating properly at this time.
Checked the North paint booth for no heat. Found the pilot on with no main burner. Found the limit switch open. Reset the switch. Verified operation after repairs.
Upon arrival I preformed a whole home plumbing inspection and found that the psi in the house is at 70. The only issue I found is that the toilet in the hallway bathroom the fill valve was old as well as the flapper. The customer informed me that they would replace the toilet themselves. I explained to the customer that there P3 agreement will expire in August and left them a quote if they wanted to renew.
Quote is for replacing the blower wheels in the Hastings air make up for the South paint booth. Quote is for the factory replacement wheels and shipping only. Price does not include labor due to the unknown amount of time involved in disassembling the unit for repairs. Labor will be billed hourly and added to this parts quote. Estimated labor at $2,000.00 to $3,000.00.
Checked the Midco power burner for the North paint booth for burner failure alarm. Cleaned the pilot assembly, flame rod and burner to increase the flame signal. Verified operation after repairs. Also checked the Hastings direct fired air make up for the South paint booth for vibration after the customer heard a loud noise. Found the drive end side blower wheel with the wheel missing vanes causing the vibration. Researched the parts and quoted the repairs.
Cause of problem was a failed voltage enhancer. Causing the outdoor compressor to not kick on. Customer still had a limited manufacture warranty. Replaced failed voltage enhancer and checked A/C for proper operation.
Checked the Hastings direct fired air make up for the paint booth for no operation. Checked the safeties and found the manual reset high limit tripped. Reset the limit. Started the unit and verified operation. Advised the customer to check the booth filters for proper air flow. They changed them after the unit failed to start.
Performed an a/c tune up and a safety inspection. Air conditioner is performing and running to manufacture specification paperwork. There seems to be a little late coming out of the Schrader valve on the air conditioner. Tried to tighten the shredder valve and wouldn’t tighten anymore. Tighten down the fitting so none will leak. Drains are draining properly. Changed the filter. Performed a safety inspection, all high-voltage Landed at ports properly and properly supplying air conditioner. All low-voltage wiring communicating properly.
The customer is wanting to find out what thermostats actually control the air handler. Currently it is running cooling non-stop I was told they turned all the thermostats off I was still cooling. The control panel is downstairs on the wall I was unsure on how to adjust the controls or what sensors go to the controls panel. I was here 10:45-12:45. 6/10/20--Checked the multizone air handler and condenser for continuous run. Found the control panel in the basement with the cooling discharge temp set to 8 degrees causing continuous run. Set the control above the discharge temp and verified the shut down of the condenser. Set the control to 53 degrees for proper control of the system.
