LBA has been looking after our HVAC systems for quite a while. Our experience with the technicians have greatly overall been very positive. Polite, efficient and responsive in the one or two emergency situations that have occurred over the years. I appreciate that I see the same faces over time. Provides a level of comfort in that continuity.
Was pleased with the timeliness of Andrew's arrival. He did a great job of explaining the benefits of the service agreement plan. He also took the time to thoroughly explain what he had done, and assisted with the set-back thermostat. Hope to have him do the AC tune-up in late Spring

We have been having LBA service our h/vac and plumbing needs for over 10 years now. They are response, efficient, and timely in their work. Plus, I think they’ve actually practiced customer service with their people. Polite, appropriately friendly, clean up during and after their work. We have had them do larger and smaller jobs, as well as the yearly maintenance. We will continue to use their service.
I've been using LBA for several years. The interaction with the technicians has always been informative, pleasant and respectful. They explain things, answer my questions, clean up after themselves. I get the same technician for my service, but get a notification with a picture ID for security. Appreciate that. Have also used LBA for plumbing problems. They stand behind their service.
Our thermostat was dead, so LBA service was perfectly scheduled. Jessie did a great job.
Water leak. Upon arrival customer took me to the basement where the kitchen sink is and has water in cabinets. After inspection I found a saddle valve leaking. Suggested that we remove saddle valve if they donâ€™t use ice maker and customer agrees. And suggested we replace gate style stops with 1/4 turn. After showing options customer chose the bronze repair with a 6 month warranty. I cut out saddle valve and replaced hot and cold stops turned water back on and checked for leaks and operation.

Performed a full heating inspection. Cleaned indoor unit. Performed heat exchanger inspection. Heat exchanger passed all test. Checked all wires and safety switches. Also found humidifier not operating at this time. Showed customer options. Customer did not want to do repairs at this time. Unit is operating within factory specifications at this time.
Upon arrival customer has stated she has a home warranty that she tryâ€™s to use for everything she possibly can, I recommended due to age of heater that it not be flushed due to age and needing replaced. Installed a Honeywell moisture detector to alert her of any failures.
Checked all operations in the heating mode. Cleaned out housing a furnace. Checked and cleaned all safety sensors. Performed combustion analysis on the furnace. System is getting up there in age but is operating within factory specifications at this time.
Performed two full heating inspections. Cleaned both indoor units. Checked all wires and safety switches. Performed heat exchanger inspections. Both heat exchanger passed all test. Units are operating within factory specifications at this time.

Arrived to find systems heating properly. Test both units in the heating mode. Went through 3 full cycles in the heating mode. Tested boards and thermostats. Units are operating properly at this time.
I performed a safety and maintenance inspection on the furnace. I found the system to be operating within the manufacturers tolerances at this time. The customer also purchased a humidifier tuneup and signed up for the annual recurring P3 membership using the furnace tuneup portion of the member benefits today. As a courtesy to the customer I also disconnected a nuisance motion detector that had an audible alarm. I just disconnected the control line voltage to the sensor as I was unable to access the main box. Thank you
Installed customer supplied faucet in master bath, tested for operations. Also performed home inspection for plumbing, found a couple issues that need addressed will give quote
Annual furnace maintenance. Checked all operations in the heating mode. Cleaned out housing of furnace and performed a safety inspection on the furnace. Performed a gas leak search and did not find any gas leaks at this time. Humidifier is operational and customer takes care of it. Replaced furnace filter at this time. Furnace is operating within factory specifications.
Returned to fix condensate leak in attic. Leak at hose clamp that was stripped. Tested operation to ensure proper drainage.
Completed cooling tune up, performed chemical coil clean, everything else tested as it should at this time, customer had issues getting main bedroom cooled, scheduled for a design specialist to come give estimate later this week
Performed a full cooling inspection. Washed and cleaned outdoor unit. Checked all wires and safety switches. Unit is operating within factory specifications at this time.
