LBA has been looking after our HVAC systems for quite a while. Our experience with the technicians have greatly overall been very positive. Polite, efficient and responsive in the one or two emergency situations that have occurred over the years. I appreciate that I see the same faces over time. Provides a level of comfort in that continuity.
Was pleased with the timeliness of Andrew's arrival. He did a great job of explaining the benefits of the service agreement plan. He also took the time to thoroughly explain what he had done, and assisted with the set-back thermostat. Hope to have him do the AC tune-up in late Spring

We have been having LBA service our h/vac and plumbing needs for over 10 years now. They are response, efficient, and timely in their work. Plus, I think they’ve actually practiced customer service with their people. Polite, appropriately friendly, clean up during and after their work. We have had them do larger and smaller jobs, as well as the yearly maintenance. We will continue to use their service.
I've been using LBA for several years. The interaction with the technicians has always been informative, pleasant and respectful. They explain things, answer my questions, clean up after themselves. I get the same technician for my service, but get a notification with a picture ID for security. Appreciate that. Have also used LBA for plumbing problems. They stand behind their service.
Our thermostat was dead, so LBA service was perfectly scheduled. Jessie did a great job.

Today I completed your annual heating tune up, I checked all safety and electrical devices to ensure your system is running safely and efficiently, I cleaned system and performed humidifier tune up, performed combustion analysis, checked for proper heating transfer, changed humidifier panel, I found that the system had microbial growth in it and I recommended customer had air scrubber installed but he declined at this time. everything else tested as it should at this time, thanks for choosing Lba, Eli
Arrive to home Saturday, September 12, 2020. Customers water heater in basement utility room was busted and dripping from tank. Customers other concerns were hose bib in rear of home always dripping and stops under kitchen sink very high and not accessible due to sink being in the way and needed to be lowered. Presented estimates for repairs to customer. Customer does not want any repairs at this time. Informed customer to drain water heater to minimize damage to flooring in basement. Today I completed your annual cooling tune up. I tested all indoor operations. Tested temperature split and checked filter. I tested all outdoor operations. Checked refrigerant and cleaned outdoor system. Everything tested as it should at this time on both systems. I recommend having a whole home dehumidifier installed. Customers outside hydrant located next to basement door was consistently leaking. Customer tried to have friend fix issue itself by doing minor rebuild on Faucet itself but was unsuccessful. Company went ahead and conducted a gold level hose bib replacement. Company at first accessed closet wall next to door inside basement but was unsuccessful in reaching hose bib line due to the fact customer has hidden drain stack for main sewer. Company then accessed hole in Garage and successfully replaced outside faucet with new pro press fittings and 10 inch frost free hydrant. Notified customer the customer is responsible with replacing drywall itself. After turning water back on tested faucet multiple times and everything is testing OK at this time thank you for choosing LBA and have a wonderful day.
Upon arrival customer informed me that there was a loud rattling noises coming out of the units in basement more than likely the blower motor. After performing a couple tests I could not hear any rattling that was major or annoying. Customer informed me that he had change the filters a couple days ago maybe a week and thatâ€™s when he could hear the rattling louder. System did seem to be a little loose and if there is a restriction I can see the supply lines being loud. At this time we cannot find any issues
Perform maintenance inspection on a Lennox air conditioner. Checked all the electrical components and refrigerant for proper pressures and temperatures. Replace dirty air filter with customer provided filter. Performed an extensive coil cleaning on the outdoor coil. Air conditioner is operating under manufacture specs.
I performed a safety and maintenance inspection on the Trane AC system. I found the system to be operating within the manufacturers tolerances at this time. As a courtesy to the customer, I cleaned their dehumidifier air filter and I also spoke with them about how to operate the dehumidifier and how it works. I also left the customer some information about the air scrubber as well as an estimate for one to be installed. Thank you
Customer had company to come out to flush water heater itâ€™s self and conduct plumbing inspection The customer is wanting to hold off on plumbing inspection itself until pandemic is over. After inspecting water heater customer has 17 year old heater explained to customer draining heater is not recommended based on age and condition of heater. Customer requested estimates for heater replacement.
Performed a full cooling inspection. Checked all wires and safety switches. Cleaned outdoor unit. Unit is operating within factory specifications at this time.

Performed two full cooling inspections. Checked all wires and safety switches. Cleaned outdoor units. Found the main floor unit to be low on Refrigerant refrigerant showed customer options. Customer chose the bronze option. Brought system back up to factory specifications. Also installed a internal leak sealer. Also found a fault on the furnace with the ignition control system. Will need to get a hold of Lennox tomorrow to see if parts are available. Will inform customer when parts are available. Both units are operating within factory specifications at this time.
