Responsive teamwork

This is not the first time we’ve used LBA. They have taken care of our hvac/air systems for some time. Installed a garbage disposal, new faucets, furnace, hot water heater and some plumbing repairs over the years. No complaints here with the service we’ve received.

Today LBA representative Kadon Timmons carefully looked over the recurring plumbing problem that floods now & then in my downstairs walkout. I very much appreciated the information he shared. The house main floor drain that has been a ticking time bomb thanks to a terribly installed mid-1980's bar sink downstairs in the "upgraded" walkout lower level. I've been living with this Sword of Damacles far too long. Kadon represented a breath of fresh air. I would appreciate a bid to permanently fix the issue. Kadon has all the info. He was very helpful & a winner today! He rid the slippery floor of water (that alone was a gift due to the slick tile & my 72 year old back)

Annual furnace check

LBA has been looking after our HVAC systems for quite a while. Our experience with the technicians have greatly overall been very positive. Polite, efficient and responsive in the one or two emergency situations that have occurred over the years. I appreciate that I see the same faces over time. Provides a level of comfort in that continuity.

HVAC Tune-up

Was pleased with the timeliness of Andrew's arrival. He did a great job of explaining the benefits of the service agreement plan. He also took the time to thoroughly explain what he had done, and assisted with the set-back thermostat. Hope to have him do the AC tune-up in late Spring

LBA service

We have been having LBA service our h/vac and plumbing needs for over 10 years now. They are response, efficient, and timely in their work. Plus, I think they’ve actually practiced customer service with their people. Polite, appropriately friendly, clean up during and after their work. We have had them do larger and smaller jobs, as well as the yearly maintenance. We will continue to use their service.

We did a inspection of the home. We flushed the water heater and did water quality check. Water quality was 1 grains hard. They do have a water softener system installed. Gave options for a fill valve replacement for the toilet in lower lever was filling up slow, anode rod replacement and a option to replace supply line shutoff valves with 1/4 turn valves. Replaced the inducer and blower wheel motor and module after doing that noticed that there was still an issue what had happened was the module shot the board and had to be replaced once replace and set right furnace was up and running perfectly

Upon arrival checked all components in the heating mode. Checked static on one unit it was a bit high other unit wasn’t working. Blower wheel on both systems were dirty. On the unit that wasn’t working came to the conclusion that the blower motor itself was bad and aswell as the inducer leaking and having a strong clinking noise .informed the customer that the unit did need a lot of repairs to have it up and running correctly. Proposed my options to the customer customer said he has to take a look and see because he already spent all of money with an ac unit.

Arrived perform 3 heating inspections. Checked all wire connections and safety switches. Found that the basement system failed the static test. Mainfloor and upstairs unit is heating within factory specifications, the basement unit is heating but not within factory specifications. Customer will go through the house and open the vents and a supervisor will be scheduled for after the first of the year to come back and retest if still fails, will be able to have options to fix the issues.

Returned to replace the uv bulb for the system we installed roughly a year ago. After replacing the bulb system is operating properly.

For this job finished two maintenance is yeah, checked all operations on both systems are placed all first filters. Both units had very high static pressure. Explain to customer was not interested in fixing at this time. The older system’s blower was very dirty and the inducer motor was drawing very high amps. Will return Monday the 11th first call to replace UV bulb.

Company arrived Monday, October 16. performed ten-year water heater installation per supervisor. Turned off water to the home and drained water heater. Turned off gas supply and disconnected vent. Once drained, I removed old water heater. Installed new water heater. Replaced shut off valves and expansion tank. Connected gas piping and vent piping. Turned on and tested. Normal operation restored.
