Great

Today LBA representative Kadon Timmons carefully looked over the recurring plumbing problem that floods now & then in my downstairs walkout. I very much appreciated the information he shared. The house main floor drain that has been a ticking time bomb thanks to a terribly installed mid-1980's bar sink downstairs in the "upgraded" walkout lower level. I've been living with this Sword of Damacles far too long. Kadon represented a breath of fresh air. I would appreciate a bid to permanently fix the issue. Kadon has all the info. He was very helpful & a winner today! He rid the slippery floor of water (that alone was a gift due to the slick tile & my 72 year old back)

Annual furnace check

LBA has been looking after our HVAC systems for quite a while. Our experience with the technicians have greatly overall been very positive. Polite, efficient and responsive in the one or two emergency situations that have occurred over the years. I appreciate that I see the same faces over time. Provides a level of comfort in that continuity.

HVAC Tune-up

Was pleased with the timeliness of Andrew's arrival. He did a great job of explaining the benefits of the service agreement plan. He also took the time to thoroughly explain what he had done, and assisted with the set-back thermostat. Hope to have him do the AC tune-up in late Spring

LBA service

We have been having LBA service our h/vac and plumbing needs for over 10 years now. They are response, efficient, and timely in their work. Plus, I think they’ve actually practiced customer service with their people. Polite, appropriately friendly, clean up during and after their work. We have had them do larger and smaller jobs, as well as the yearly maintenance. We will continue to use their service.

Seasonal service

I've been using LBA for several years. The interaction with the technicians has always been informative, pleasant and respectful. They explain things, answer my questions, clean up after themselves. I get the same technician for my service, but get a notification with a picture ID for security. Appreciate that. Have also used LBA for plumbing problems. They stand behind their service.

Company arrived Wednesday, September 21 of 2022. The customer was having issues with standing water in the floor drain. Upon arrival company observed the location of the floor drain. After purch Of the perfect service family membership company attempted a branch line cabling on the customers floor drain using one of the free drain openings. The water dropped at this time and company ran water from a garden hose to test for functionality. Company verified with the customer and can conclude a properly flowing drain at this time. Arrived to remedy an air conditioning system that is not keeping up. Upon inspection of the system found that it was only cooling 10 degrees. Performed diagnostic and found that the system is low on refrigerant. Performed a leak search and found that the evaporator coil has multiple points where the electronic leak detector is signaling to. Spoke with homeowner about repair and replacement solutions. Homeowner would like to have the evaporator coil replaced. Called and ordered the evaporator coil. Coil is available. Will reach out to the office to schedule a time to have the evaporator coil replaced and the system charged to factory specifications. Option to replace failed expansion tank and both T&P valves 09/09/2022 company arrived at customers house to install 2 new T&P valves along with a new expansion tank as the old ones had failed. Installed new Gerber Avalanche ADA height elongated bowl toilets in basement bedroom bath and main level hallway bath near kitchen. Installed new emergency shut offs and supply lines in both bathrooms. Flushed toilets several times to check for leaks. Caulked base of toilets.

Turn off the water to the house and drain down the waterlines then remove your old hose spigot from the 1/2 per and replace it with a new frost free outside hydrant. 08/25/22 company arrived at customers house to perform a plumbing inspection while here the customer had a hose spigot that did not work and wanted it replaced so I wrote up a estimate to replace it with a frost free hydrant, customer accepted and I performed the work then tested for operation and everything works as should and no leaks are present at this time as well. 2 year warranty on the hydrant itself but there is no warranty on the existing water line. Today I completed your annual air conditioning maintenance. I tested your indoor unit. Checked temperature split, made sure drain line was flowing properly, replaced air filter. Tested all outdoor unit operation, checked capacitor tested refrigerant, checked contactor and cleaned outdoor coil. Found that capacitor was testing weak and gave customer an estimate and replaced. Today I completed your anuall cooling maintenance. I tested all 3 of your systems in the cooling mode. I replaced all air filters, tested refrigerant and all electrical operations and cleaned systems. Bottom level system we’re both testing as they should at this time. I found that the capacitor on the top level system was testing under factory specifications and the system is low on r22 refrigerant which is no longer made. I recommended having system replaced. Company arrived to home August Monday, August 1, 2022. Customer had a floor drain backing up in basement. Company ran small auger through floor drain and P-trap and cleared out debris and P-trap. Drain is now open and flowing. 30 day warranty. Thanks for choosing LBA.

Customer has electric hook up but wanted bid to hook up gas dryer. Gas range was shut off from shut off above water heater. Gas range is leaking from appliance shut off. Turned gas to range off once leak was diagnosed. Provided bid to rough in gas line and connect gas dryer. Customer will buy electric dryer instead since gas dryer was only $300.
