Appt was scheduled for 9am to not interfere with getting my kids off to school. The technician called me at 6:55 am to inform me he was going to he there at 8. The technician seemed to be very green. Took over 2 hours for a simple furnace service and filter change. Bounced back and forth from the thermostat to the furnace to the ac unit multiple times. I had to provide him with a screwdriver. He tore my panel off my furnace to sit on my floor and read it for about 30 minutes and forgot to put the panel back on before he left. When wrapping up he tried to upsell me some products but didn't have any knowledge about it. Considering the issues I had with Ideal Temp before this transition and the fact that I paid way too much money for a brand new system only two years ago I need to be able to trust that a professional is going to be here from now on.

Johann the tech and Rebecca the agent who took my initial call were AMAZING! I had my AC go out at 5pm on a Friday. Called Saturday morning at 9:20am, explaining the situation and my mother being on Oxygen and my AC was cooling my house by 11:20am. Went for a service call today. I noticed the gas valve was opening, but the igniter wasn’t coming on. After further inspection, I noticed there was a loose connection. Furnace is up and running. Thank you for choosing LBA services!
Arrived for two system maintenance today. For the downstairs system is did carbon monoxide test and it was 0ppm. Heat exchanger looks good. The blower wheel is clean. All electrical components are running properly. I changed the furnace filter and the humidifier pad. System is running good. For the upstairs system all electrical components are running properly. The blower wheel is clean. System is running properly. Both systems are running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.

Went for a furnace inspection today. Did a static pressure test, it failed. Did a carbon monoxide leak test, there is a leak. After checking the heat exchanger, I noticed a crack. The furnace is red tagged and gas is shut off to it. Thank you for choosing LBA services!
Completed furnace inspection for customer. Furnace is original to home installed in 2006. Furnace is in overall decent condition. Components for heat sequence all test within manufacturer specifications. System tested at 5ppm for carbon monoxide. Visual inspection of furnace shows minor signs of surface rust and heat stress. Burner tubes have signs of water marking showing that there is a leak somewhere allowing moisture to collect in heat exchanger cells. CO is low level and is not fatal but advised customer that furnace needs to be monitored and inspected regularly. System operating normally at time of departure.
Went for a maintenance call today. Static is passing for system. Did a co test no co was detected when testing. Heat exchanger has no wear and tear. Temp split is passing for system. Arrived to customers for the furnace tuneup in during the inspection received a high called on static pressure along with discovering dirty, blower wheel and dirty filter. All other components met within factory specs.
