Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Started inspection inside and measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Measured power consumption of the blower motor and checked system for cleanliness. Found that the blower wheel is collecting dust and the evaporator coil is as well. Performed a static pressure test and found that the system is operating well outside manufacturers specifications. Reached out to a field supervisor to complete the diagnosis on static pressure. Went outside and verified system refrigerant charge. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components of the condenser. Rinsed coil free of debris. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Installed smart ac system and signed homeowner up for the maintenance plan. Air conditioning system is operational at this time.
Completed AC inspection for customer. All aspects of system tested within manufacturer specifications. No recommendations at this time. System operating normally upon departure.
Arrive to customers for an AC tuneup in during inspection. I came across a failed CFM count on both supply and return from furnace ductwork And a failing capacitor. Other than that all other components and refrigerant levels meant to factory specs

Arrived for ac maintenance. Previous Ideal Temp customer. Static pressure failed. Checked vents, dampers, and changed filters. Static still failed so called out supervisor. Blower wheel clean. Arrived for ac maintenance today. 2022 system installed by IDEAL. Started at furnace checked static pressure, temperature splits, drains, filter, blower motor, and blower wheel. Static pressure is failing and a field supervisor is out to diagnose. All other operations are working properly here. At the ac unit I checked refrigerant levels, capacitor, contactor, running amps, and coil. All operations are working properly here too. System is running upon leaving. Thanks for choosing LBA.
Robby was here for a maintenance visit and discovered excessively high air pressure in the system. The ductwork is inadequate to supply the airflow needed for the system. Renovation is required to ensure the system is not operating in its current, harsh, conditions. Indoor fan speed has been decreased to relieve the pressure until permanent renovations are made. Phil and Kay recently experienced a breakdown due in large part to the operational environment of the system. Follow-up appointment scheduled for Monday morning, 7/29.

Went for a maintenance call today upon arrival customer stated house was cooling properly. When checking furnace blower wheel was clean. Blower amperage was good. Drain line was clean and did replace filter. Static pressure wasn’t passing. Did note to have a supervisor to come for Thursday to check out. Other than that temp split was good as well. When checking outdoor unit. Did give it a clean. Helps the unit breathe and work more efficiently. The refrigerant levels were good. Compressor and fan amperage were good. And last but not least the capacitor was good was well. Both systems up and running thank you for choosing LBA services.
Went for a repair call today upon arrival. Customer stated house wasn’t cooling properly. Furnace wasn’t on as well as the condenser unit. Upon checking the furnace did jumper it. To kick on the unit, furnace was operating ano outdoor unit was operating as well. Suction line and liquid line on the condenser unit wasn’t operating. which led me to the compressor wasn’t on check the capacitor. The wire from the compressor to the capacitor was fried did replace capacitor, as well as rewired it system is up and running. Thank you for choosing LBA services.
