Static came back clean and system was checking out good. Went over a few improvement options and sold annual membership.
Arrived for furnace maintenance today. Checked static pressure and found it is passing at this time. Heat exchanger looks good. Carbon monoxide test was 0 ppm. All electrical components are running within manufacturing specs. Blower wheel is collecting dust and needs to be cleaned. I changed furnace filter. It only lasts one month. Today you signed up for membership. System is running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.

Checked all operations of the system and evaluated the noise levels. Today I found the capacitor was close to failing and the compressor may have been the cause of some of the noise the customer had noticed. Upon customer approval we replaced the capacitor.
