We've always had great service but today the technician did not come until 3 pm when we had been told 9am originally and then 11- to 11:30. In neither case were we notified of the delays.

Came out here for a heating tuneup, check everything with the package unit itself and the blow it was extremely dirty as well as the blower wheel. Capacitor was reading low wasn’t failing as of now, but it was reading extremely low, which I did mention to customer itself besides that everything else running properly replace filter inside of the unit came back on.
