3/19/24 Sent out today to Connie’s for their annual membership plumbing inspection. Upon arrival I was greeted by Connie who I went over the purpose of today’s visit with and answered any questions they had to help set expectations. Vitals: -Total Dissolved Solids: 278 ppm -Water Pressure Static: 110 psi -Water Pressure Faucet Open: 57 psi (w/o prv) -Water Temp Setting: -Water Temp Output: 135F -Water Hardness: 10 grains of calcium per gallon -Water Quality: filter -Water Heater: 1- AO Smith, gas 2019, expansion tank, 50 gallon 1- State, electric 2015, 50 gallon -Water Lines: copper, pex -Drain Lines: pvc, abs Wear and Tear: -no pressure regulator, extremely high pressure After reviewing the entire house I went over everything with Connie covering options for: -install pressure regulator and set pressure to 75psi I made sure to go over everything and answer any questions to ensure they understood what was going on in the house and what we could do fo
Upon arrival customer was concerned because one of her vents was whistling pretty loud high pitch. I was able to open that register and the sound stopped. Checked static pressure which was failing at a .9 when rated for .8. We have already made improvements twice for the static and she doesn’t want to spend anymore money on it.
Heating System Noise Resolution: Investigating a heating system emitting strange noises, we identified a malfunctioning blower motor. Replacing the motor ensured proper airflow and resolved the noise issue. Post-repair, we discussed maintenance plans for ongoing efficiency and noise prevention, emphasizing the importance of regular checks.
Arrived to install a condensate pump up, installed new condensate pump, brand new waterline and installed a new drain, dumped 3 gallons of water through the condensate pump ensure no leaks at this time. Ran furnace for 15 to 20 minutes without it shutting down when it did shut down, it did satisfy the thermostat. Also put a 45 at the end of the pipe outside to ensure easy flow for the water to get out. System is heating like it should at this time.

Spoke with Mike on this call. Customer found out that the condensate line is freezing Nothing we can do about it until Thursday. When we put a condensate pump in to force the water out. Spoke with customer let her know.
