Extremely diligent!

Andrew was very diligent with a repair service. He called the manufacturer to make sure everything was working properly since dehumidifier was making a noise. I really appreciated him doing that, and now we know the unit is running perfectly.

Did the job I asked your company to do with a fair price for the service provided.

Please don't misinterpret. Your company has worked on our home for years. Many times neither my wife or I could be there for the work done. From out of town to conference calls, we had set up an arrangement to be billed. This was never to be an inconvenience, but an accommodation for us and we have excellent credit. We use your company exclusively and recommend you to many others. Thank you for being the company you are....A. Kent Best

Arrived to remedy an inoperable system. Found that the tip of the condensation line had frozen. Cleared this blockage and the system started up as designed. Spoke with homeowner and started a performance maintenance. Set up for combustion analysis temperature split and static pressure tests for each system. Found that the main system is operating with failing static pressure. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components of each furnace. Found that the inducer in each furnace is leaking. Cleaned the flame sensors and retested their performance. Checked blowers for cleanliness and to see if there is any play in the bearings. Checked each systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Found that the main floor system is corroded and has holes present where it is leaking condensation from the flue. If the heat exchanger can leak condensation then it is able to leak carbon monoxide. Performed an electronic gas leak search. Spoke with homeowner about the syste

Upon arrival I began the furnace tune up. This house has 2 systems total. One controls the left side of the home and the other, the right side of the home. I am starting with the left hand side unit. I did a static pressure test on this unit. It has a max rating of .8 and the unit is testing at .85 which is above the max. Customer is aware and doesn’t wish to make any further changes with the static pressure on either unit. We have made airflow improvements to both systems. The right hand side unit has a static rating of .8 also but it is testing at .78 which is high but not failing. I checked the running amps on the inducer and blower motor on both units. The inducer motors were both within specs. The blower motor on both units were overamping the rating of 6.6amps. They were both amping around 7.5amps and this is due to the high static pressure. Everything else checked out with both units. They are both safe to operate at this time. If you have any questions or concerns please feel

Arrived for ac tuneup today for two systems. There was a concern about the humidity in the home, a field supervisor was routed out to discuss this issue. Checked all electrical and running operations on both systems. All operations are within specs at this time. Rinsed coils clean of debris. Systems running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.

Arrived for an tune up on two systems. Tested static on both systems and found them failing. Jill has already done work to help the static and did not want anyone out today. Both inside units tested within specs and are in good shape. The outside units are testing within specs to. The coils were dirty on both and I recommended an Ecc on both. I also recommended a hard start kit on the 2016 Lennox unit to,help the compressor. Both were declined at this time. Systems running upon leaving.

Arrived at the customers home for no cool over the weekend. Customer told me after switching from heating to cooling her thermostat set point would not go below 90 degrees. She called Honeywell and they got the thermostat reset and the set point for cooling lowered. Over the weekend the system would not cool below 81 degrees. I put the system into cooling mode and began by checking static pressure. I found static pressure to be failing at this time with the system having a max static of .8 and I got a reading of .76. I changed the furnace filters, and verified all vents and dampers were open and retested the system. Static pressure was still failing. I performed a temperature split between the supply and return air which was 20 degrees. I moved to the outdoor unit and checked all electrical and refrigerant levels which were all within manufacture specifications today. System is operating and cooling properly at this time. I spoke with the customer about monitoring the system for now a

Upon arrival customer was concerned because one of her vents was whistling pretty loud high pitch. I was able to open that register and the sound stopped. Checked static pressure which was failing at a .9 when rated for .8. We have already made improvements twice for the static and she doesn’t want to spend anymore money on it.
