Determined that when the previous transformer had failed that it also caused a failure in the thermostat. Replace the thermostat, tested all system, functions, air conditioner, and heating are working properly upon departure.

Dispatched for annual AC tuneup. At arrival system is operating. During the tuneup, I checked compressor, fan and capacitor. Also, during the inspection we checked pressures, static pressure, and temperature split. All components of the AC are all operating with manufacturer specs. Arrived for 2 ac tune ups today. Both systems have clean blower wheels. All electrical components are running properly on both. There 22 degree temperature split on both systems. I rinsed the coil on both outdoor units. Both systems are running properly upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.

Sold, Aeroseal, CFM fix, blower clean, coil clean, new heat pump thermostat, and air purifier.
Neutral wire was loose on breaker. After tightening, air handler is heating. The breaker that was tripping was the 60 amp. The amp draw was sitting at 44 constantly. Thank you for choosing LBA services!
Came out here for air handler tuneup unit was installed about three months ago. Everything within the unit was working perfectly fine normal mode emergency heat amps on heat strip for looking perfectly fine. Temperature was good static on the unit was passing. Wanted to make sure that after installed unit was still functioning as it should no concerns as of today customer is happy thank you for choosing LBA.
