Andrew was wonderful. I am very thankful for what he did, and believe that my heat pump should be fixed properly.
What should have taken a day was stretched over 2 months and then when they had all the parts and we paid in full we found out the tech did not connect the unit right. So since we had to wait for the air handler cover anyway we had said to wait to send anyone back out since so many trips were made wasted Weeks had past without hearing from our contact Scott come to find out after i had reached out to the owner scott had completely dropped the ball and forgot about us admitting the cover had come in a week ago!!! (That happens after they get there money) The only thing they were willing to do is offer us to have the dry wall replaced not even a response or apology from the owner... Not holding my breath Scott also knew from the get go we wanted a bathroom project done but never seemed interested in our business. Oh well first and last time we use LBA!!!
Right now I feel like I can trust this company they were honest they didn’t charge me for work that I didn’t need done and told me how I could take care of the small issues that I thought were in Normas until he was here today. I will call them back when needed
Jesse was on time, friendly as always and took good care of our furnace.
LBA keeps you well informed about the tech's arrival, When the technician is Jesse, I believe you have the the best. I find him honest, caring about your home and answers all questions. I have had several techs, they are all good, but Jesse is just a step higher.
Kent And Rich were professional and courteous and have great experience of this type of situation. Completed the job quick as possible and kept the area clean as possible. Very good.

Estimate for spot repair. Line has defect about 80’ from clean out in basement. Very shallow line under edge of driveway. LBA is not responsible if line is driven on. If more pipe needs replaced additional charges will apply. Work will be done tomorrow
Go back from February 27 Mainline started backing up again flooding basement. After running cable machine multiple times kept hitting same trouble spot around 85 to 95 feet and getting cable caught multiple times. Was unable to open line and there is no longer warranty on line itself. Going to schedule with office to have manager come out to camera and locate trouble area to the best of his abilities and give estimate for repair on line itself.
Main line was clogged allowing sewage back up through floor drain. Conducted over time charge and over time bandaid repair. Ran sewer multiple times out to 100 ft hit hard obstruction in multiple areas from 75 ft and beyond. Also cable got stuck multiple times was able open line and everything is flowing and testing ok at this time also installed 3and half inch fernco and wax ring to seal pin hole in clean out T. Thank you for choosing lba and have a wonderful day!

Checked all operations in the heating mode. Cleaned out housing of the furnace. Replaced furnace filter. Customer takes care of humidifier. Performed a combustion analysis on furnace. Customer has c o detectors. System is now operating within factory specifications.
Upon arrival, the customer informed me that the AC worked great and the heat pump worked great but the electric heat wasn’t working at all. After further investigations, I discovered that the W signal wasn’t wired correctly and it only allowed 8 volts to the relay coil that once energized, a set of contacts would close allowing electricity to flow to the heating elements. I corrected the wiring and tested the unit in all three modes all of which worked as they should. When I arrived, I had to tear down quite a lot of the Sheetrock just to gain access to the electrical compartment of the unit and the customer opened up a hole in the bathroom to access the low voltage wiring connections. I instructed the customer to make note of the certain panels that need to be accessible for future servicing of the unit when they go to complete the finish work to the ceiling. Thank you
Returned to correct cooling issue. I was able to correct problem and get cooling to come on, also checked heat as well. Customer is satisfied now.
Upon arrival a slow drip was found coming from meter union. Disassembled and greased washers. Reassembled and checked for leaks. If issue reoccurs new meter union washer will be required. (Non stock item)
Arrived to find humidifier operating properly. Did find noise coming from furnace because of a dirty filter, changed filter and left another filter. Also found a water leak right after water meter inside. System is operating properly at this time.
Upon arrival found that the control system had failed. Was unable to get a hold of the manufacture at this time set up for Monday the second call to come out and perform repairs collected in full today. Upon arrival I made control voltage repairs as well as performed a furnace tuneup. Replaced furnace filter. Cleaned out housing a furnace and tested all operations. Equipment is now operating within factory specifications.
Upon arrival the customer informed me that they were trying to install a new nest thermostat. After they weren’t able to get the nest thermostat to work correctly they wired the old thermostat back in but the furnace system still wasn’t operating when commanded to do so. After further investigations I discovered that the control wiring between the furnace and thermostat was landed incorrectly at which time I corrected. Still the furnace wouldn’t operate. I could hear the old thermostat opening and closing contacts just from moving the thermostat around. I explained to the customer that the old thermostat had failed. The customer inquired about me installing the new nest thermostat for them and I quoted the silver level HH5C man comfort control system renovation. I explained to the customer that the nest thermostat required a 24V common to operate and we would have to run new control wiring. The customer didn’t want to make the repair tonight. The only charge was for the after h
