Weekend evening call, not the best kind of service calls to deal with but Austin was friendly, very helpful and attacked my water heater replacement with no grudges. He worked late into the night and did a great job. He did run into some install issue and this didn't alter his professional demeanor when dealing with me. Could I have gotten the work done cheaper, maybe but as quick and friendly as Austin worked and completed the install, he & LBA will continue to be on my short list of who to call.

What should have taken a day was stretched over 2 months and then when they had all the parts and we paid in full we found out the tech did not connect the unit right. So since we had to wait for the air handler cover anyway we had said to wait to send anyone back out since so many trips were made wasted Weeks had past without hearing from our contact Scott come to find out after i had reached out to the owner scott had completely dropped the ball and forgot about us admitting the cover had come in a week ago!!! (That happens after they get there money) The only thing they were willing to do is offer us to have the dry wall replaced not even a response or apology from the owner... Not holding my breath Scott also knew from the get go we wanted a bathroom project done but never seemed interested in our business. Oh well first and last time we use LBA!!!
Right now I feel like I can trust this company they were honest they didn’t charge me for work that I didn’t need done and told me how I could take care of the small issues that I thought were in Normas until he was here today. I will call them back when needed
Option one Hydro jetting This is to get the line cleared so that we can do a second camera inspection and figure out where the problem actually is.
Replace 6 water shut offs two of which are for toilets, along with the supply lines. A perfect service agreement plan also. 09/01/2022 company arrived at customers house to remove and replace 6 shut offs for water under sinks and for two toilets. Also replaced the main entrance valve and ball valve. Company tested for operation and everything is working as should at this time thanks for choosing LBA have a great day.
At arrival customer stated that the air conditioner was not running he ran for about 20 minutes last night after investigating everything found out the breaker was tripped reset the breaker tried it again it tripped tested the first stage compressor it is shorted to ground
Company came out for clogged drain line kitchen sink. Company removed p-trap and ran cable through secondary drain line 50ft out unable to clear line. Company then attempted through hidden clean out in basement wall back left corner behind hidden wall. Removed clog in line through this access tested drain several times with full sink no back ups. Customer also signed up for P3 maintenance yearly plan.
Upon arrival found the system is only receiving a 15° temperature split. Upon further inspection found that the air conditioning system was not charged up to factory specifications performed a extensive leak search and did not find any leaks at this time deeming that the unit was just not charged correctly from factory. Customer had us charge the unit back up to factory specifications and now air conditioning system is properly charged. Washed out the outdoor unit and documented a before and after picture of the charge.
Company arrived Tuesday July 12 of 2022. Customer was having issues with a faulty sump pump. Company arrived and gave estimate for a sump pump replacement and the customer would like to get the water evacuated before moving forward with the replacement. Upon arrival I found that the system was incorrectly wired. Gave customer estimate so I have system wired correctly and he agreed to have work done at this time. Replace thermostat wiring and fuse and found that the thermostat had failed causing it to kick the fan on and pop the fuse bleeding 14 V to the fan terminal. Recommended replacing thermostat customer wanted to do it on his ownthanks for having me out today, Eli
Company came out to diagnose leaking drain for master bathroom toilet. After diagnosing situation and listening to customer about previous company that was in following day. Customer wants bid on removing main supply vent to replace 90 with flange and up to 10 feet of pipe removing old miscellaneous pipe and installing new PVC this installation will come with camera inspection of mainline itself to ensure no blockages are in system, Company also is going to remove old saddle valve thatâ€™s leaking on cold side of water heater at no additional charge. Today I completed your annual heating maintenance. I tested all operations and performed a combustion analysis, cleaned and tested flame sensor, checked all electrical devices and motors, performed gas leak search, replaced filter, tested temperature split and performed humidifier tune up. Found that pressure expansion tank on water heater was failing. Everything else tested as it should at this time. Thanks for having me out today, Eli
Installed bypass humidifier, installed polarized media air cleaner, whole house duct cleaning and sanitization, pulled and cleaned blower assembly.
Arrived to customers home Thursday, December 23. Customers three handle bathtub valve dripping and leaking from the handle. Rebuilt tub valve with new stems and seeds and new handles and trim. Tested to ensure no leaks. Customer is tile is in very poor condition and will cause leak behind tub wall. Company will honor no warranty for repairs to old three handle shower valve.
Arrived to do performance maintenance. Inspected system air filter and found it is still clean. Measured amp draws for the blower and exhaust fan motors. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components. Checked system heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Analyzed the combustion gas to ensure safe and efficient flame. Upon inspection of the humidifier found that it was installed without a transformer and was not operating. Installed the transformer and tested the system to verify operation. Talked with homeowner about indoor air quality and the importance of keeping the system clean. See estimates for pricing. Furnace and humidifier are operating properly at this time.
Upon arrival customers main line is backed up. Jack was out on a 73 or free and was only able to get in about 15 feet of cable he was unsuccessful in Clearing drain.I ran camera anyway immediately was submerged in fluid. I ran camera out to 75 feet and hit what felt like a tree root. I located in the front yard depth was approximately 11 feet and centered on a tree. I was unable to give an estimate on a replacement or repair due to line was not clear and I could not tell the extent or length of problem.
Bid is for a company to cut off standpipe and Line to install new kitchen drain stack with laundry drain. New drain Will come with clean out, 2 inch trap, and two new P-trapâ€˜s tying onto existing sink/garbage disposal. Company returned on December 7, 2021 to conduct quoted work company rerouted line to 4 inch stack company has already done work on and ended up hanging pipe for laundry and kitchen and bracketing pipe to wall itself for support While capping original kitchen drain and original laundry stand pipe in ground. Company also had to put in new basket strainer due to the fact the old one was broken. After tying back onto original garbage disposal and going through all fittings before running water company then begin to test line with water itself For approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Company can conclude everything is staying dry and testing properly at this time customer will have one-year warranty on the drains themselves that company installed thank you for choosing LBA and
Performed furnace maintenance. Completed all checks and cleanings. Complete a combustion analysis check for proper/safe operation of a furnace. The furnace is operating at this time but is not in great condition and is 17 years old, customer should start to think about replacing the system before issues arise. System is heating and operational at this time.
