The clogged sink was unclogged but the drain it went to was backed up. He told me it was fixed and left but it overflows when I use the dishwasher or washing machine. He left a bunch of dirt in the sink he unclogged and he dumped the sludge water that came out into my basement toilet. When I asked him about it he said it’s fine the opening in the toilet is bigger than the sink pipe. Common sense would tell you to dump the water outside and not in a place it could cause another issue. I will not use you guys again, sorry.

We count ourselves lucky for customers like you and look forward to working with you again in the future!
Arrived at customers for a furnace tuneup, and during the process of the inspection, receive the high call on static pressure. All other components met within factory specs.
Went for a maintenance call today. Tested for co no co was detected when testing. Inspected heat exchanger no wear and tear. Temp split passed for system. Static pressure is at max rating. All electrical components pass for manufacture specifications. Did notice the flue was leaking water. Tighten the screws and sealed up the fitting. No further wear and tear for system. Told customer to keep any eye if water leaks again. System is up and running before leaving. As well as vacuumed the water that was previously in there. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann.
Arrived for furnace maintenance today. Checked static pressure which passed. Checked furnace filter and it’s still good. Ran combustion analysis to make sure fuel is burning properly. Carbon monoxide test was 0 ppm. Heat exchanger has no rust or cracks. Blower wheel is clean. All electrical components are running properly at this time. The flue had rusted through in a couple spots. With approval I replaced the pieces. The parts have a two year warranty on them.
Went for a maintenance call today. When going furnace tested for static pressure. Static pressure was passing for system. Did a co test for furnace. No co was detected when testing. Inspected heat exchanger no wears tear. All electrical components are passing for manufacture specifications. Temp split was passing for system. Did notice the blower wheel has a lot of dust. Did inspect the duct work. There is a lot of up dust in the return. Will recommend a duct cleaning, and UV light for customer. Cleaned out drain line, flame sensor, and pressure switch hose. System is up and running before leaving. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann.
Upon arrival I began the furnace tune up. I started with a static pressure test. This system is rated for a maximum of .5 and the system is testing at .7 in 2nd stage. Customer is aware of this and Nick is talking with her about that and possibly having the ducts cleaned. I continued with my tune up. I checked the running amps in the inducer and blower motor and both tested within the manufacturer specifications. I replaced the filter today. Cleaned the flame sensor. I did a CO test to make sure the furnace is safe and it is safe at Zero PPM(parts per million). There are no leaks in your system at this time. The control board looks good, the blower wheel looks pretty clean still. The temperature rise was at 62 degrees which is within specs at well. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call us. Your LBA Technician, Tyler Rickard P.S. No payment was due for todays visit, it was covered with your membership today. Upon arrival we were shown to the kitchen sink that is draining slowly and when speaking to the customer she mention she’d just gotten a new garbage disposal. The rubber insert so things don’t fall through the garbage disposal is so new it is not allowing all the water to flow through and creating a seal and causing it to drain slow. I mentioned to the customer that the seal will wear down over time and use and allow the water to flow through better.
Went for a service call today. Diagnosed a bad pressure switch and bad inducer.
Out today to complete work as bid per Alex. Performed work successfully tested no leaks. Cleaned up work area and collected paid with a card.
Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set up for combustion analysis and static pressure tests. Found system is operating with high static pressure. Replaced filter media and cleaned filter cage. Performed retest on the system. Replaced humidifier panel and tested its operation. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components in the furnace. Cleaned the flame sensor and tested its performance. Checked blower for cleanliness and to see if there is any play in the bearings. Found that the fan for both heating and cooling is coated in dust debris. Performed visual inspection of the inside of the system. Found bacterial growth on the evaporator pan and debris stuck in the evaporator coil. Checked systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Found that the vent for the water heater has a low spot and is deteriorating. Checked for carbon monoxide in the air stream. Performed an electronic gas leak search. Found that the gas line into the gas valve of the wat
Performed maintenance inspection and found a couple things to be concerning. Water pressure, sump pump not working, and water quality. Home looks good besides those three things. No water leaks detected. Sold for Monday Tuesday or Wednesday to install and remove old sump pump and install new PRV.
