What should have taken a day was stretched over 2 months and then when they had all the parts and we paid in full we found out the tech did not connect the unit right. So since we had to wait for the air handler cover anyway we had said to wait to send anyone back out since so many trips were made wasted Weeks had past without hearing from our contact Scott come to find out after i had reached out to the owner scott had completely dropped the ball and forgot about us admitting the cover had come in a week ago!!! (That happens after they get there money) The only thing they were willing to do is offer us to have the dry wall replaced not even a response or apology from the owner... Not holding my breath Scott also knew from the get go we wanted a bathroom project done but never seemed interested in our business. Oh well first and last time we use LBA!!!
Right now I feel like I can trust this company they were honest they didn’t charge me for work that I didn’t need done and told me how I could take care of the small issues that I thought were in Normas until he was here today. I will call them back when needed

Returned to correct cooling issue. I was able to correct problem and get cooling to come on, also checked heat as well. Customer is satisfied now.
Upon arrival a slow drip was found coming from meter union. Disassembled and greased washers. Reassembled and checked for leaks. If issue reoccurs new meter union washer will be required. (Non stock item)
Arrived to find humidifier operating properly. Did find noise coming from furnace because of a dirty filter, changed filter and left another filter. Also found a water leak right after water meter inside. System is operating properly at this time.
Upon arrival found that the control system had failed. Was unable to get a hold of the manufacture at this time set up for Monday the second call to come out and perform repairs collected in full today. Upon arrival I made control voltage repairs as well as performed a furnace tuneup. Replaced furnace filter. Cleaned out housing a furnace and tested all operations. Equipment is now operating within factory specifications.
Upon arrival the customer informed me that they were trying to install a new nest thermostat. After they werenâ€™t able to get the nest thermostat to work correctly they wired the old thermostat back in but the furnace system still wasnâ€™t operating when commanded to do so. After further investigations I discovered that the control wiring between the furnace and thermostat was landed incorrectly at which time I corrected. Still the furnace wouldnâ€™t operate. I could hear the old thermostat opening and closing contacts just from moving the thermostat around. I explained to the customer that the old thermostat had failed. The customer inquired about me installing the new nest thermostat for them and I quoted the silver level HH5C man comfort control system renovation. I explained to the customer that the nest thermostat required a 24V common to operate and we would have to run new control wiring. The customer didnâ€™t want to make the repair tonight. Inducer motor is over amping out of electrical tolerance. Would recommend to replace to prevent unit failures. 10/21-19--replaced the inducer assembly as quoted. Verified operation after repairs.
Checked all operations in the heating mode. Performed a combustion analysis on furnace. Cleaned out housing of furnace and housing of humidifier. Found a fault in the voltage enhancement system for the furnaceâ€™s air movement system. customer chose platinum repair allowing me to rebuild the voltage enhancement system and restore the air movement system to clean condition. Replaced furnace filter with customer supplied filter and replaced humidifier pad. Set humidifier to proper specifications. Tested all operations after repair system is now operating within factory specifications.
Conducted preventative maintenance on (10) RTU systems. Inspected all electrical and mechanical heating operations. Inspected all motors and capacitors electrical tolerance. Inspected condition of the blower wheel, belts, and heat exchanger. Checked for correct heat temperatures within tolerance. All filters have been changed. All deficiencies have been quoted for repairs.

Floor drain backing up in back room behind big washers when they drain , I opened line with big machine , and camera inspected line , found extreme amount of foreign objects in drain , and excessive sludge buildup , line will need to be jetted by either jet truck or trailer jetter . Explained this to customer and gave him a few companies that perform that work . Line will continue to backup and crest at floor drain until line is cleaned , would also recommend having machines dump into a separate trough drain to avoid this issue from reoccurring .
Came out for a water leak and couldnâ€™t find the source of the problem. Customer decided to get a dehumidifier and try that in the basement. Collecting trip charge and renewing there P3 agreement.
Found unit #2 with connection to motor common having melted off replaced motor and capacitor now operating well at 2.6/3.1 amps.
Upon arrival customer was concerned about a discolored spot overtop a downstairs sink, directly under washer. Ran all fixtures at same time multiple times, found no failures at this time. Rather than charge customer s/f for coming out sold her service agreement for $189.00.
No attendant onsite at arrival or departure, I called owner on # listed he said floor drain backs up when washers are ran , i cabled floor drain thru cleanout out 40â€™ and made several passes pulling out lint , tested drain with 5 gallOn buckets , all seems to be ok but cannot test machines without attendant onsite .
