Company will come out and cut up concrete at marked location and dig hole down to mainline and replace up to 10 foot section of drain line. Refill hole and repour concrete.
Air Conditioning System Tune-Up: A customer reported reduced cooling efficiency and strange noises. Our diagnosis revealed a refrigerant leak affecting the compressor. We repaired the leak, recharged the refrigerant, and fine-tuned the system for optimal performance. Regular air conditioning tune-ups were advised to detect and address issues proactively.
Arrived at property he was greeted by homeowner, mainline was backed up on arrival and the drain tech was unable to get line open. Drain text cable snapped off inside of mainline. Upon camera inspection I was able to get my cable out to about 40 feet, but I was not able to see anything due to the line being full of water. Marked location where my camera stopped and provided estimate for spot repair. Customer signed off on estimate and is scheduled for Wednesday morning install February 28.
Reached out to customer to discuss water heater and water pressure estimates. Did not get a response.
Customer has noticed water heater leaking for the last two years intermittently. Determined that problem was related to excessive pressure in the home. Based on age and condition of water heater, recommend adding a pressure regulating valve, thermal, expansion, tank, and new water heater.
Customer had high static we will be having a supervisor come out and evaluate this situation in march. Checked the ports checked the burners. The heat exchanger everything checked out today
Arrived at property and was greeted by homeowner. He explained to me that he had the gas company come out because his girlfriend smelled gas in the home gas company found a crack in his slab on the back porch with the gas smell coming out of there. Gas company pressure, tested and determined that there’s no leaks inside the home that is underneath the slab. I located the gas line underneath the slab at about 3 feet deep. Gave customer option for replacing gas line from meter to where it enters the home.
Arrived to find system heating. Found that the drain was unplugged. Upon further investigation and after calling tech support, found that the drain line needed a t fitting instead of a 90. Replaced 90 with a t and performed testing. Cleaned all water in the system and reattached drain. The plumbing issue is now resolved and the system is working at this time. Informed the customer that if it stops again, to let us know.

Arrived to remedy an inoperable furnace. Upon inspection of the system found that the control board was displaying the same fault code as the 10th. Performed diagnostic and found that the low heat pressure switch had failed and was no longer relying the signal. Ordered the part and had it brought out. Installed a new pressure switch in place of the old one. Applied power to the unit and it started up as designed. Cycled power a couple times to ensure that the pressure switch will continue to operate properly. Furnace is functioning properly at this time.
Arrived to remedy an inoperable system. Upon inspection of the system found a fault code related to the systems exhaust venting system. Checked the termination outside and made sure there was not any restrictions. Checked the airflow for combustion air at the furnace and found the system venting properly. Removed the pressure switch hoses and blew through them. Felt a blockage or restriction shoot out the end of the hose. Assembled the furnace and tested operations in high and low stage heat. Cycled power multiple times to ensure the system will continue to operate. Furnace is operational at this time.
Laundry, drain backs up whenever washer discharges. Customer with like 89 drain opening promotion. Performed drain opening service and tested. Normal operation restored.
Arrived to do performance maintenance. Set up for combustion analysis and static pressure tests. Found that the system was operating beyond the maximum rated static pressure. With homeowners approval set up a time for a supervisor to finish the diagnosis on the systems high static pressure. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components in the furnace. Cleaned the flame sensor and tested its performance. Checked blower for cleanliness and to see if there is any play in the bearings. Checked systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Performed an electronic gas leak search. Furnace is operational at this time.
Did customers maintenance didn’t see anything that was in need of attention today passed all things it needed too checked the ports the burners made sure all was well passed the static test and the cam count
