He did fine he was very quick about getting it fixed and he was in and out and and everything works fine
Weekend evening call, not the best kind of service calls to deal with but Austin was friendly, very helpful and attacked my water heater replacement with no grudges. He worked late into the night and did a great job. He did run into some install issue and this didn't alter his professional demeanor when dealing with me. Could I have gotten the work done cheaper, maybe but as quick and friendly as Austin worked and completed the install, he & LBA will continue to be on my short list of who to call.

What should have taken a day was stretched over 2 months and then when they had all the parts and we paid in full we found out the tech did not connect the unit right. So since we had to wait for the air handler cover anyway we had said to wait to send anyone back out since so many trips were made wasted Weeks had past without hearing from our contact Scott come to find out after i had reached out to the owner scott had completely dropped the ball and forgot about us admitting the cover had come in a week ago!!! (That happens after they get there money) The only thing they were willing to do is offer us to have the dry wall replaced not even a response or apology from the owner... Not holding my breath Scott also knew from the get go we wanted a bathroom project done but never seemed interested in our business. Oh well first and last time we use LBA!!!
Right now I feel like I can trust this company they were honest they didn’t charge me for work that I didn’t need done and told me how I could take care of the small issues that I thought were in Normas until he was here today. I will call them back when needed

Replace customer air filter 16 x 25 by one, clear the condensate drain, took temperature drop across the coil, clean the condenser coil, checked all electrical components, Tightened all electrical connections, checked the systems refrigerant charge. AC system is working properly at this time.
Installed Ruud Plus Series UA1736AJ2CB 2 stage communicating sy with Ruud Ultra Series 80% 2 stage gas furnace U802VA075421M and RCF Series indoor coil RCF3621MTAM.
Apon arrival I found system working as it should. Was unable to find any failure with system at this time. Recommended having tech out when system is malfunctioning
Upon arrival faint gas smell was detected in basement. Did electronic testing of all fittings near water. Did soap detection on fittings. No leaks were found on gas lines. Checked to verify if exhaust was sleeved through fire place. It was not. Made some minor adjustments to flue. Chimney sleeping is required. All other common causes of odor have been eliminated
Go back from June 21 water heater installation customers flu pipe had separation on adjustable elbow going up to 5 inch. Sealed off all elbows and breaking points for flu with high efficiency flu tape then ran water heater to test for any type of gas or combustion leaks. Original smell in basement dissipated and can no longer smell gas in basement used gas sniffing device and could not pick up any levels of gas after using tape also tested all joints on gas lines themselves everything is testing OK at this time. Informed customer that if company has to come back out to reroute flu itself then Company will create a separate bid to run new flu line itself. Thank you for choosing LBA and have a wonderful day.
Customers tenant broke trip lever for upstairs toilet. Gave customer his options and customer chose to just replace trip lever itself. Customers water heater was leaking from base. Conducted after hours bronze level water heater installation. Installed new 40 gallon ruud water heater, Pressure regulator valve, thermal expansion tank, and new shut offs for incoming main line and cold side inlet for heater. Gathered information needed for a replacement quote on (3) Lennox RTU systems. All information has been recorded, a quote will be submitted once figured.
We preformed an electro leak search on three RTU systems, all three systems were leaking at the evaporator coils. All three systems have leaks in their evaporator coilâ€™s. I sent over a quote to replace all three evaporator coilâ€˜s including filter dryers and refrigerant. After reviewing the quote if you would prefer for us to come out and give you an estimate on replacing the equipment we can do that also.

Arrived to find system low on refrigerant. Showed customer options. Customer chose the bronze option. Performed all work under the bronze option. Brought system back up to factory specifications. Unit is now cooling properly at this time.
I performed a safety and maintenance inspection on the cooling system. The work I performed included, checking the air filter, cleaning the condensate drain, checking temperature readings, checking amp readings, and cleaning the outdoor coil. During my inspection I found the voltage enhancement component tested below tolerance. Customer chose band aid option. Customers tried doing yearly flush on tankless Navien. Customer could not find O ring that went on dirt trap located on bottom of tankless itself which caused a leak. Upon arrival got down and located O ring that was jammed in top of dirt trap. After fishing out O ring and reapplying O ring to seal. Tested by turning water back on and everything is testing OK at this time. Informed customer that they Can have service yearly on tank flush itself. Upon arrival customer took me to the public bathroom where the pressure assisted toilet was malfunctioning.After adjusting cartridge and allowing for clearance below rod toilet was functioning properly. In this case just an adjustment was needed. Checked operation toilet functioning normally.
