Problem Not Fixed

The clogged sink was unclogged but the drain it went to was backed up. He told me it was fixed and left but it overflows when I use the dishwasher or washing machine. He left a bunch of dirt in the sink he unclogged and he dumped the sludge water that came out into my basement toilet. When I asked him about it he said it’s fine the opening in the toilet is bigger than the sink pipe. Common sense would tell you to dump the water outside and not in a place it could cause another issue. I will not use you guys again, sorry.

Upon arrival I began by cleaning the outdoor unit. Once cleaned I connected by refrigerant gauges up to the unit to check the charge. The refrigerant charge looks good today. My subcooling target was spot on. I also checked the running amps on the compressor and fan motor outside and both are testing within manufacturer specifications. I also checked the dual run capacitor which is size 40/10mfd and both sides were within specs. I then moved inside to checked the running amps in the blower motor which was within specs as well. The unit is draining properly. Next, I checked the static pressure which is rated for a max of .8 and it testing within specs at .35 which is passing. Went for a maintenance call today. Tested for static pressure, system is at max rating. All electrical components are passing for manufacture specifications. Dispatched to add refrigerant that another company installed. At arrival I tested the AC system and my pressures indicated that it was super low refrigerant. After performing a recovery and a leak test, I discovered the leak at the bolt for the orifice. Tightened the orifices bolt down and confirmed there was no leak. After the leak test, I pulled a vacuum and charge the system with 5.1lbs. Tested the system and is performing at manufacture specs. Thank you for choosing LBA services.

Arrived to install smart ac sensors and set up the app on the homeowners phone. Set up the hub and connected it to the house Wi-Fi. Connected each sensor to the hub and set them in their assorted locations throughout the system. Set up the app on homeowners phone and ran through the various functions of the app. System is functioning properly at this time.
