Right now I feel like I can trust this company they were honest they didn’t charge me for work that I didn’t need done and told me how I could take care of the small issues that I thought were in Normas until he was here today. I will call them back when needed

Checked all operations in the heating mode. Performed a combustion analysis on furnace. Cleaned out housing of furnace and housing of humidifier. Found a fault in the voltage enhancement system for the furnaceâ€™s air movement system. customer chose platinum repair allowing me to rebuild the voltage enhancement system and restore the air movement system to clean condition. Replaced furnace filter with customer supplied filter and replaced humidifier pad. Set humidifier to proper specifications. Tested all operations after repair system is now operating within factory specifications.
Conducted preventative maintenance on (10) RTU systems. Inspected all electrical and mechanical heating operations. Inspected all motors and capacitors electrical tolerance. Inspected condition of the blower wheel, belts, and heat exchanger. Checked for correct heat temperatures within tolerance. All filters have been changed. All deficiencies have been quoted for repairs.

Cleaned out housing of furnace and tested all safety systems equipment is now operating within factory specifications. Found water heater to have leaking fittings proposed options to customer customer did not want to do repairs at this time emailed options to customer
Floor drain backing up in back room behind big washers when they drain , I opened line with big machine , and camera inspected line , found extreme amount of foreign objects in drain , and excessive sludge buildup , line will need to be jetted by either jet truck or trailer jetter . Explained this to customer and gave him a few companies that perform that work . Line will continue to backup and crest at floor drain until line is cleaned , would also recommend having machines dump into a separate trough drain to avoid this issue from reoccurring .
Came out for a water leak and couldnâ€™t find the source of the problem. Customer decided to get a dehumidifier and try that in the basement. Collecting trip charge and renewing there P3 agreement.
Found unit #2 with connection to motor common having melted off replaced motor and capacitor now operating well at 2.6/3.1 amps.
Upon arrival customer was concerned about a discolored spot overtop a downstairs sink, directly under washer. Ran all fixtures at same time multiple times, found no failures at this time. Rather than charge customer s/f for coming out sold her service agreement for $189.00.
No attendant onsite at arrival or departure, I called owner on # listed he said floor drain backs up when washers are ran , i cabled floor drain thru cleanout out 40â€™ and made several passes pulling out lint , tested drain with 5 gallOn buckets , all seems to be ok but cannot test machines without attendant onsite .
Just had to clean the air raider to the kitchen faucet and the water started working good. Collecting trip charge
Air conditioning found not cooling. Found the thermostat to be in the off setting. Set the thermostat to cooling, and fan on auto. Inspected the RTU system to ensure correct ommunication from the thermostat. All wiring and voltage is correct. Temperature readings for the supply and return show the system to be cooling properly with a twenty degree split. Instructed customer on the thermostat settings and functions. Unit is operating properly at this time.
Customer had sewer smell In the main level master bathroom. The customer went upstairs and ran water in the fixture above which filled the traps. During the process the customer ended up having the shower start dripping but the customer also had some concerns about the gas grill. Also the customer accidentally shut he gas off to the water heater but I was able to relite the water heater. The customer is about to get married so he is holding off on any work at this time.
Customers had kitchen line clogged. They tried augering and plundering it but it did not work. I was able to auger the kitchen line and hit several spots during the augering, once I cleared the clog I removed my cable replaced the accordion drain with a hard plastic specialty seal style. And tested for leaks everything is good. Also did a drain treatment to help get any excess build up out of the drain line. I did pull back Reminence of leafy green leaks, the warranty for the drain is good unless it is caused by food again.
Performed a full cooling inspection. Checked all wiring and safety switches. Cleaned and washed outdoor unit. Checked refrigerant charge. Unit is operating a factory specifications at this time.
Removed leaking 3/4 x 1/2 tee behind washers in wall , installed new propress fittings , tested work , all ok.
Replaced old hydrant with new one and shut off. Everything tested good.
