He did fine he was very quick about getting it fixed and he was in and out and and everything works fine
Weekend evening call, not the best kind of service calls to deal with but Austin was friendly, very helpful and attacked my water heater replacement with no grudges. He worked late into the night and did a great job. He did run into some install issue and this didn't alter his professional demeanor when dealing with me. Could I have gotten the work done cheaper, maybe but as quick and friendly as Austin worked and completed the install, he & LBA will continue to be on my short list of who to call.

What should have taken a day was stretched over 2 months and then when they had all the parts and we paid in full we found out the tech did not connect the unit right. So since we had to wait for the air handler cover anyway we had said to wait to send anyone back out since so many trips were made wasted Weeks had past without hearing from our contact Scott come to find out after i had reached out to the owner scott had completely dropped the ball and forgot about us admitting the cover had come in a week ago!!! (That happens after they get there money) The only thing they were willing to do is offer us to have the dry wall replaced not even a response or apology from the owner... Not holding my breath Scott also knew from the get go we wanted a bathroom project done but never seemed interested in our business. Oh well first and last time we use LBA!!!
Right now I feel like I can trust this company they were honest they didn’t charge me for work that I didn’t need done and told me how I could take care of the small issues that I thought were in Normas until he was here today. I will call them back when needed
Jesse was on time, friendly as always and took good care of our furnace.
Upon arrival customer kitchen drain was backing up into the sink below it. I cabled the line out and ran water with it. The water never backed up and everything tested good. Customer didnâ€™t want other quotes at this time.
P3 Furnace Maintenance Tuneup- Inspected thermostat, Inspected air filter, checked for Co-(0ppm) Checked for Gas leaks-(None). Inspected and tested all motors, all motors are operating within the factory specifications. Tested the voltage enhancement system, tested all safety sensors, all sensors are operating correctly at this time. Inspected heat exchanger- no cracks or holes are visible, heat exchanger appears to be safe at this time. Cleaned inside and outside of the furnace cabinet. Performed combustion analysis, readings came back normal. All heating ops are normal at this time.
Today I completed your annual heating tune up. I performed combustion analysis and tested all safeties. I changed your air filter and cleaned flame safety system. Recommended having I wave installed. . Everything tested as it should at this time
Performed furnace maintenance. Filter does not need replaced. Completed all checks and cleanings. Complete a combustion analysis check for proper/safe operation of a furnace. Recommended replacing humidifier with a steam humidifier to increase humidity levels in the home, as well as keeping the water usage down which customer is worried about then humidifier usage. System is heating and operational at this time.

Performed heating tuneup on furnace. Tuned up humidifier and replaced water panel. Replaced gen 3 filter and bulb and catalysts. Performed combustion check on heat exchanger. System is running within manufacturers specs at this time. Customer did not want to sign up for p3 membership at this time
Upon arrival the the customers only bathroom was backing up in the main line. There is a accessible clean out in the basement but it goes into the wall and the main line was full of water. I had to pull the toilet to get to the clog witch is at the cleanout that goes into the wall out of the house. I ran my cable all the way out and ran water in the tub. Everything tested good
Arrived home Friday, November 20. Customers master bathroom shower valve damaged needed to be replaced. Also customer concerned about hallway bathroom shower valve diverter broken and not allowing just shower to be used. Customer chose to replace shower valve and repair hallway shower valve diverter. Attempted to repair hallway bathroom shower valve diverter but was unable to, Shower valve will need to be replaced to remedy the problem. Open wall in back of master bathroom shower valve and replaced entire shower valve. Tested shower valve to ensure proper function. Master bathroom shower is now functioning properly at this time. Will include estimate to replace shower valve in hallway bathroom with invoice. Shower valve installed today will have 6 month warranty. Thank you for choosing LBA have a wonderful day.
Upon arrival the customers shower drain in the upstairs bathroom was clog with a hair ties. All I had to do is pick them out and tested it by running water. Everything tested good.
Replace customer air filter 16 x 25 by one, clear the condensate drain, took temperature drop across the coil, clean the condenser coil, checked all electrical components, Tightened all electrical connections, checked the systems refrigerant charge. AC system is working properly at this time.
Installed Ruud Plus Series UA1736AJ2CB 2 stage communicating sy with Ruud Ultra Series 80% 2 stage gas furnace U802VA075421M and RCF Series indoor coil RCF3621MTAM.
Apon arrival I found system working as it should. Was unable to find any failure with system at this time. Recommended having tech out when system is malfunctioning
Upon arrival faint gas smell was detected in basement. Did electronic testing of all fittings near water. Did soap detection on fittings. No leaks were found on gas lines. Checked to verify if exhaust was sleeved through fire place. It was not. Made some minor adjustments to flue. Chimney sleeping is required. All other common causes of odor have been eliminated
Go back from June 21 water heater installation customers flu pipe had separation on adjustable elbow going up to 5 inch. Sealed off all elbows and breaking points for flu with high efficiency flu tape then ran water heater to test for any type of gas or combustion leaks. Original smell in basement dissipated and can no longer smell gas in basement used gas sniffing device and could not pick up any levels of gas after using tape also tested all joints on gas lines themselves everything is testing OK at this time. Informed customer that if company has to come back out to reroute flu itself then Company will create a separate bid to run new flu line itself. Thank you for choosing LBA and have a wonderful day.
Customers tenant broke trip lever for upstairs toilet. Gave customer his options and customer chose to just replace trip lever itself. Conducted Band-Aid level repair and replaced trip lever with new brass trip Lever. Customer will have 30 day warranty on installation itself. Thank you for choosing LBA and have a wonderful day.
