Cesar showed up on time and was very professional for our plumbing maintenance. Overall, I think he did a great job - answered all my questions. The next day though, we had cold showers in the morning. Somehow, the pilot light on water heater did not get turned back on after appointment.

Arrived for furnace maintenance today. Checked static pressure and found it is running right at the max. Carbon monoxide test was 0ppm. Heat exchanger has no rust or cracks at this time. Had a good temp split between return and supply air. All electrical components are running properly at this time. Blower wheel is collecting dust and will need to be cleaned soon. Upon arrival I began the furnace tune up. This is a 2017 Lennox Furnace. I started out by doing a static pressure test. Your system is rated for a maximum of .5 and when I tested your system it was testing at .99. Next, I checked the running amps on the inducer motor and blower motor and both were testing within manufacturer specifications. I cleaned the flame sensor. The blower motor wheel still looks pretty clean to me. The wheel is very secured to the furnace cabinet. I looked at the heat exchanger and it didn’t have an6 cracks at this time and has very minimal rust. The evaporator coil that sits on top of the furnace looks very clean and isn't obstructing any airflow which is what we want. The static pressure is the only thing I found to be out of range. Upon arrival I began the furnace tune up on the main floor system only today. They have a secondary unit but don’t need it worked on today. First, I did a static pressure test. Your system is rated for a maximum of .5 and your system is testing at .9 which is over the max specification. Homeowner is aware of this and doesn’t need any supervisors out to explain it to him. I checked the running amps on the inducer and blower motor and both were within the manufacturer specifications. I cleaned the flame sensor. I checked the blower wheel which looked pretty clean to me. The blower wheel is secured to the cabinet very well. The Heat Exchanger looks pretty good for the age of the furnace. I found no cracks and very minimal rust. The evaporator coil was very clean and looks good. The temperature rise should be between 40 & 70 degrees and your was reading at 65 degrees which is within specs. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call us. Went for a furnace maintenance today. Static pressure passed. Did a carbon monoxide leak test, no leaks. Heat exchanger was in good condition. Temp split between the supply and return duct passed. Gas pressure met factory specifications. Pressure switch passed. I noticed rust In the furnace from the coil pan being cracked. Blower wheel was clean, blower motor amperage passed. Went for a furnace maintenance call today. Did a static pressure test, it failed. After checking for carbon monoxide with my meter, it detected a leak. I shut the gas off to the unit and red tagged it. Thank you for choosing LBA services!
Arrived for furnace maintenance today. Made adjustments to blower speeds in heating mode, checked static and it is below the max. Checked all electrical components and they are working properly. Did a combustion analysis to make sure it’s burning properly. Carbon monoxide test was zero. Blower wheel is clean. System is running properly at this time. Thanks for choosing LBA.
