Quote to replace the heat exchanger in the West Trane package unit serial 154912350L marked as #1. Price includes the factory replacement heat exchanger, shipping and labor. Repairs covered by a one year parts and labor warranty. The existing heat exchanger is rusted through at the seams. The unit has the heat mode disabled for safety until repairs are made.
Today two rooftop units and a split system had maintenance and heating checks performed. The filters were changed and the heating functions were checked. The rooftop unit on the west has a heat exchanger that is breached. The gas was turned off to the unit at the roof for safety. Information was gathered for a heat exchanger replacement estimate. All three units checked today passed all heating tests and inspection. Thank you, Jon

Sold discounted ductwork job due to needing to be upsized in the first place and recent install. Plus we’ve already had a blower motor failure. $2675 installing 7/24 paying with check.
Went for a service call today. Blower motor wasn’t coming on. I noticed it had burn marks on the module. After bypassing the board to turn the motor on it still wasn’t coming on. I replaced the motor and system is up and running. Thank you for choosing LBA services!
For this job we did a tankless water heater flush and replaced a check valve inside navien tankless. Hot water back to normal

Capacitor was replaced and condenser coil was cleaned. Systems charge is within specifications at this time
Went for a tune up, system is failing when testing for static pressure for cool. Capacitor is failing for system. Fan motor is running close to max rating. Refrigerant pressure are within range. Did clean condenser unit. As well replaced filter. Temp split is passing for system. Compressor and blower motor amperage are passing. System is up and running before leaving.
6/13/25 - Completed a full cooling maintenance on all equipment. The filters were changed, the coils were cleaned, and proper operation was tested. Overall, all equipment was in good condition, it was all running as it should be, and there were no issues found at this time.
Completed ac inspection. All components tested to manufacture specifications. Had some issues with the membership but we got that all figured out while I was here
