LBA in my neighborhood today for our annual HVAC check up. Nick Larkins, the field supervisor for the technicians who came on the original call, came by after their visit to verify the earlier findings and discuss solutions with us. We remember Nick from visits in previous years and enjoyed seeing him again. As is our experience with this company, Nick was very congenial, knowledgeable and explained what he checked and his findings. He then offered some suggestions for our consideration. Have been with this company for several years after and highly recommend them. Top notch company and employees.

Patrick Krisman was the technician today and as been our experience in the past, Patrick was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained what he checked and his findings. He then offered some suggestions for our consideration and all of this while he was training a new employee, Tyler, who was shadowing him today. Top notch company and employees.

Noah was very thorough making sure to run all water sources when finished clearing my drain. He even scrubbed the floor drain when finished.
This is the second time Phil has been the LBA technician to take care of our plumbing needs. He doesn’t disappoint! He is a polite, considerate individual who explains what he sees for a solution but also gives choices if appropriate. When finished he has you look at his work and makes sure you are satisfied. He was mentoring a fellow employee today and overhearing part of their conversation I can assure you he had that same polite, caring attitude with that person. Way to go LBA - your techs rock!!
Phil has been to our house in the past and we were pleased to see he was the technician again today. He is thorough and does a great job all while remaining pleasant and respectful. Phil’s the bomb and a credit to your company!
Nick demonstrated total proficiency and to be very knowledgeable. In as much, I never felt rushed nor put off. He took the time to take care of all questions and requests. We would like to request him for all our service calls, he is very talented!

A Arrived to customers for a furnace tuneup, and during the inspection, receives a high call on static pressure along with discovering a leak in the gas line. Other than that all other components met within factory specs.
Home is 20 years old. Has water softener 2 years. Main concern is chlorine and hardness. Quoted good/better/best option on paper. Looking to do next year with tax return $. Talked membership. Wants me to send 3 options via email.

Inspection in house and LBA instal water heater. Checked on a water leak in main drain line
Arrived to remedy a Mitsubishi mini split that is unable to keep up in the heat. Upon inspection of the unit found it running. Measured a temperature split, and found that the unit was only cooling 15 degrees when we demand 20 from it. Turned off the unit and inspected the power head. Found that the blower wheel (fan) for the unit is heavily coated in debris. Turned the unit back on and tested system functions and made sure it is at least operating properly, if not cooling properly. Unit is working as it should. Went outside and verified the outside unit is operating as designed. Determined that the unit is so dirty it is effecting how the unit operates and will not allow it to operate at max capacity. Called homeowner to go over repair solutions. With homeowners approval reached out to the office to schedule the mini split power head cleaning.
Arrived for ac maintenance today. Started at furnace and checked static pressure, temperature splits, drains, filter, blower wheel, blower motor, and running amps. Static pressure was passing. Blower wheel was starting to pick up dust. All other operations are working properly. At the ac unit I checked refrigerant levels, capacitor, contactor, running amps, fan motor, and coil. All operations are working properly here to. The coil was dirty with debris. Offered options for cleaning and did not want to at his time. Thanks for choosing LBA.
