When we returned from my wife's chemo session on Wednesday we found our central air was not working. Mrs. had dealt with LBA on the commercial side prior to her retirement and called to see if they also handled residential customers. Checked air filter, took heat rise, Performed combustion analysis for oxygen levels in the flu, CO levels in the flu, fluegas temperature, check the humidifier water panel, checked the humidifiers functionality, pulled and clean the burners, clean the flame sensor, clean the blower motor, inspected heat exchangerâ€™s. Both Furnace and humidifier Are working properly at this time.
Apon arrival I found that the thermostat had failed. I gave customer estimates and he decided to have both thermostat replaced. After I replaced thermostat everything tested as it should at this time
Today I completed your annual cooling tuneup, Checked air filter and all indoor operations. Everything tested as it should. I checked refridgerant and all electrical operations on outdoor system and they tested as they should as well. Chemical Cleaned system. Thanks for having me out today, Eli
Checked all operations in the cooling mode. Spoke with customer about replacement of their air purification bulb in catalyst. Customer is going to order it and do it themselves. Customer takes care of furnace filter. Checked all electrical and refrigeration components outdoors. Performed an extensive coil cleaning provided by the customer. Customer setback or thermostat to their specifications upon completing tuneup. System is cooling properly at this time.
Upon arrival customer took me to half bath on main floor weâ€™re toilet has been running on. And to master bath where they thought lavatory had been leaking. No leaks found suspect water was from spill on countertop. Customer chose not to have worked on today.
Upon arrival the water softener isnâ€™t working properly and when you try to use the control panel you canâ€™t get nothing to pop up. Itâ€™s a kenmore and itâ€™s also 10 years old. Quoted the customer on a new water softener and customer declined at this time. Collecting trip charge
Upon arrival the customer informed me that the Lennox SLP98 furnace system wasnâ€™t operating. Additionally, the customer informed me that the system was displaying fault code 200 which is for a hard lockout from an open rollout switch. I discovered that the rollout switch on the right hand side of the furnace looking from the front, inside the combustion chamber was in fact open. I reset the rollout switch and the system operated as it should. I cleared the fresh air intake inside the combustion chamber because there was a dry leaf that potentially could get inside the combustion chamber and be a cause of the rollout switch opening. I also checked the flue pipe and fresh air pipe on the outside of the residence and found no obstructions. After operating the furnace for 20 minutes the furnace had no troubles or faults and was operating within the manufacturers tolerances. I spoke to the customer about replacing the rollout switch. Completed furnace tuneup, completed a humidifier tuneup.Checked high-voltage wiring and low-voltage wiring, all wiring is stable and firm.Checked all drains and uncloged drains. All drains are draining properly. Changed out filters to humidifier And is working properly. Cleaned and re-calibrated safety switches. Performed combustion check on furnace, furnace combustion running properly. This system is working to manufacturer specifications.
Warranty call . I pulled toilet in basement and ran to septic pit no restriction. Reset toilet. Septic pit full.
Upon arrival I found septic tank on left side of home full and causing back up on lowest level of basement, no a warranty issue as thought. Made customer aware he would have to get system pumped and if any further issues would be chargeable. No trip charge made at this time.
