LBA in my neighborhood today for our annual HVAC check up. Nick Larkins, the field supervisor for the technicians who came on the original call, came by after their visit to verify the earlier findings and discuss solutions with us. We remember Nick from visits in previous years and enjoyed seeing him again. As is our experience with this company, Nick was very congenial, knowledgeable and explained what he checked and his findings. He then offered some suggestions for our consideration. Have been with this company for several years after and highly recommend them. Top notch company and employees.

Patrick Krisman was the technician today and as been our experience in the past, Patrick was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained what he checked and his findings. This is the second time Phil has been the LBA technician to take care of our plumbing needs. He doesn’t disappoint! He is a polite, considerate individual who explains what he sees for a solution but also gives choices if appropriate. When finished he has you look at his work and makes sure you are satisfied. He was mentoring a fellow employee today and overhearing part of their conversation I can assure you he had that same polite, caring attitude with that person. Way to go LBA - your techs rock!!

For this job I cut her drain line open to auger out the clog to success then repiped a clean out
Went for an AC inspection today. Filter is clean. Static pressure test passed. Temperature split between the supply and return duct passed. Evaporator coil is clean and rust free. Blower motor amperage passed. Outside unit is clean. Refrigerant pressures met factory specifications. Compressor and fan motor amperage passed. Capacitor passed as well. AC is up and running upon completion. Thank you for choosing LBA services!
Customer had burner assembly apart from water heater and tools scattered. He asked me if we had a burner assembly. I told him that we have to order it from the manufacturer. Customer has a burner assembly coming sometime today.
For this job, I was performing routine maintenance on the AC and furnace. All electrical components and pressure switches refrigerant levels and safety switches were operating well within manufactured specifications. However, the static pressure was very high at almost double what it should be. After checking the ductwork, it was clear that we were missing quite a bit of CFMon the supply side. I really wanted to do an arrow seal. on the supply side. I really wanted to do an arrow seal to increase airflow, lower energy costs and get air moving to the four bedrooms however we need to at least address this ductwork first before that’s possible. Because of this I called out a supervisor to look at the system further.
Arrived to customers for a furnace tuneup in during the inspection. We received a high called on static pressure. All other components to make it to factory specs.
