Rob did a great job! He was extremely personable, friendly, polite and very thorough. He showed me evidence of my plumbing issue and walked me through it all explaining very thoroughly step by step-which I appreciate since I prefer to be educated about services that are required. He is a great asset to have to be the “face” of the company to homeowners.

Went for a tune up. Tested for carbon monoxide. System had a reading of 1500+ ppm. Did red tag system and turned off the gas valve. System is unsafe to run at this time.

11-4-25 Beverage-air three door, reaching cooler. Has condensation dripping from the evaporator case. Found the evaporator coil has ice buildup all around it. The casing itself does have has rust stains on it so something has been happening for a while. I’m going to let the unit fall out overnight. Be back tomorrow after afternoon early. I spoke to Stan. He mentioned that the company that installed it. Come out couple years ago had some issues with it. Stan mentioned that they had an issue with the door. This is probably the same problem. I have a call into Bever if there’s a way to adjust the door cartridge or I need to replace it I’ll find it out tonight or tomorrow
Went for a maintenance call today for heat. Tested for static pressure system is passing when in heat. All electrical components are passing for manufacture specifications. Did a combustion test is within range. Inspected heat exchanger no cracks/leaks were detected. Checked temp split and is passing. Did replace filter for customer. Cleaned flame sensor and pressure switch hose. System is up and running before departure. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann

Did a combustion test and is within range. Inspected heat exchanger no cracks or leaks were detected. Did clean sensor and pressure switch hose. As well replaced filter for customer. Temp split is passing for system. Inspected blower wheel is balanced but did notice dust and debris on wheel will recommend a cleaning. System is up and running before departure. 10/8/25 - Completed a full heating maintenance on two RTU’s. The filters were changed, the heat exchangers were checked, and proper operation was tested. Overall, both units were in good condition, they were running well, and there were no issues found at this time.
