Technician was good. But only took about an hour to clean the burner. $700.00 I can almost buy a new furnace.
Micheal has done our check up in the past, so he knew his way around. He was , as last time, on time, friendly and efficient.

Installed new Grunfos recirculating pump on newly installed system and tested for operations. No charge visit.
Arrived to find system extremely dirty. Showed customer options. Customer chose silver option. Performed all work under the silver option. Cleaned all safety switches. Cleaned all burners all burners are operating properly at this time. Unit is heating properly at this time.
Upon arrival the customers disposal was leaking from the bottom of it and not work. I replaced the old disposal with w new pro 750 disposal. I tested it by running water and everything tested good.
Performed a full heat inspection. Checked all wires and safety switches. Cleaned indoor unit. System is operating within factory specifications at this time.
Upon arrival the customers tankless water heater was not working. Couldnâ€™t get the tankless to work after going through the check points. We will have to come back out when tech support is open. Collecting trip charge.
Installed new A.O Smith 50 gallon storage tank with a Watts 3/4â€ tempering valve above unit to adjust temperature down to 125 degree setting threw out home, also add a 5 gallon thermal expansion tank onto existing Vertex high efficiency system that we installed approximately 9 years ago. Also had to order a 3/4â€ recirculating pump from vendor and had shipped to shop and will return some time next week to install, this system is designed only to work most efficiently with pump, right now is by passed. Collecting full amount and return visit is a no charge.

Checked all operations in the heating mode. Cleaned out housing of furnace and housing of humidifier. Furnace filter was ok at this time. Performed a combustion analysis on the furnace. Replaced humidifier pad. Checked all electrical components and cleaned all safety sensors. Equipment is operating properly at this time. Installed 3 co detectors upon customers request.

Replace booster pump warranty. No charge.
Checked all operations in the heating mode, found system to be operating within factory specifications. Customer explained that it will sometime produce a limit switch code ran the unit for 20 min and this issue did not occur. Replaced furnace filter with customer supplied filter. Performed a humidifier tune up system is heating within factory specifications at this time. Temperatures were operating properly the whole time if system is going out on a limit then there is definitely a weaker limit switch problem. Gave customer several options upon repairing issue and customer is going to think about the options.
Called for leaking pump. Believe seals leaking on pump. Order new pump and set up time to install
Arrived to find humidifier moisture control system has failed. Showed customer options. Customer chose bronze option. Performed all work under the bronze option. Also replaced both moisture control systems. Tested for leaks. No leaks at this time. Humidifier is operating within factory specifications at this time.
Call back I forgot to open stop for dishwasher. No charge.
I performed a safety and maintenance inspection on the furnace system. I found the furnace system to be operating within the manufacturers tolerances at this time. I also performed a courtesy gas leak search and I found all accessible piping to have no existing leaks. The customer had a postcard mailer for $24 off a furnace tuneup and I offered to allow them to apply that savings towards a standard P3 membership but the customer was not interested at this time and just anted to pay for todayâ€™s service.
