Office phone reception, Angel, didn’t listen to me. I told her I wanted to speak to a tech to run me through a few verbal obvious checks before I scheduled an expensive in-house visit only if necessary. She didn’t t listen, she scheduled a trip out. The service techs were fine. He flipped one switch; furnace came on - for that I was charged $59. Switch was accidentally hit when I replaced my filter this morning. I had NOT turned it off myself to do filter; due to warmer weather recently, furnace had been off for a few days. LBA should be more customer-friendly, allow a minute phone conversation to check obvious points. I’d think you’d like to avoid sending multiple techs and trucks out when it could have been avoided!!!!

Technician was good. But only took about an hour to clean the burner. $700.00 I can almost buy a new furnace.

Remove tankless and install tank type 50 gal. Tankless was leaking from heat exchanger. I called customer service. They wanted pictures of the heat exchanger. After discussing this with the customer they decided not to go back with tankless and want a tank type instead . We talked about volume of water . They understand another water heater could be installed to increase volume.
Customer had issues with hot water on installation company did approximately a year ago located ball valve causing cross connection turned valve off and water is staying hot and testing ok at this time. Customer does like water hot and has tank set at 150 do recommend if customer runs into hot water issues again removing mixing valve located behind hot water tank. Customer also had company out to look at wall-mounted lavatory faucet located on mirror in guest bathroom next kitchen. Customer is going to have to remove mirror and have company come back to install new faucet itself.

This is the repair option the customer chose. Please accept this estimate as a customer approval for work to be completed. Thank you Upon arrival the customer said that his heat would kick on but then shut off. After observing the furnace on start up we found that the flame rectification sensor was faulty. We performed an electrical test on the flame sensor to verify our findings and presented the issue to the customer. Customer chose the Silver HM15C Main Flame Safety System Renovation option. After making the repair the system is now operating within manufacturer specifications. We did have one other concern with the system and itâ€™s that the inducer motor is quite noisy and tested right at FLA. Beings that the customerâ€™s system is 22 yrs old we recommended getting new equipment. Customer agreed to meet with Scott and discuss options and pricing. Upon arrival found that the electrical distribution switch was off at this time. Spoke with customer about relocating switch to this issue does not occur again. Customer was not interested in doing this at this time.
Returned to job to correct pvc exhaust flue, moved water lines that were installed in wrong location. Talked to homeowners and contractor after corrections were made, and they were very pleased with the work that we did.

Performed a humidifier tuneup and a furnace tuneup. performed a safety inspection, All safety switches are corresponding to their specification. Completely cleaned all safety switches and recalibrated. Performed electrical test, High voltage supply furnace properly. Low-voltage wiring communicating properly between thermostat and Board. All voltage is stable and secure. Made sure all drains are draining properly. Performed an indoor blower test, indoor blower motor is operating within guidelines. Performed combustion analysis, combustion motor is operating within specifications and properly pushing carbon monoxide out of the house. Furnace is running to manufacture specification.

Performed a furnace tuneup and a safety inspection, all safety switches are corresponding to their specification. Completely cleaned all safety switches and recalibrated. Performed an electrical test, high-voltage properly supplying furnace. Low-voltage wiring communicating properly between thermostat and board. All voltage is stable and secure at ports. Performed combustion analysis, combustion motor is operating within guidelines and properly pushing carbon monoxide out of the house. Performed indoor blower test, indoor blower motor is operating within guidelines. Furnace is running to manufacture specification.

Upon arrival humidifier was off, customer told me that it was overflowing on the panel. Cleaned out panel and changed humidifier filter. Checked humidifier and was draining properly. Humidifier working to specification.
