LBA had to have experienced plumber come back and redo work. Spent $5700 and you didn't solve problem. Was told on Mon. I'd get a call on Friday, it's now the following Wed and still no call back. LBA was a good vendor a couple years ago.
Justin was really good.

Chris did a wonderful job with Doug fixing the mess the first guys did
Office phone reception, Angel, didn’t listen to me. I told her I wanted to speak to a tech to run me through a few verbal obvious checks before I scheduled an expensive in-house visit only if necessary. She didn’t t listen, she scheduled a trip out. The service techs were fine. He flipped one switch; furnace came on - for that I was charged $59. Switch was accidentally hit when I replaced my filter this morning. I had NOT turned it off myself to do filter; due to warmer weather recently, furnace had been off for a few days. LBA should be more customer-friendly, allow a minute phone conversation to check obvious points. I’d think you’d like to avoid sending multiple techs and trucks out when it could have been avoided!!!!
He seems very professional

Drain was kinked and unlinked drain line. Unfortunately it has been running like that for a couple weeks and due to the amount of water damage done inside the furnace I would recommend an estimate on a new equipment. Informed customer of what was going on. Customer would also like a quote from Scott. Left an estimate to replace drain lines
Airflow issue due to how far apar the vent are from the unit and two sliding door in front of vents. Could close basement vents to push and redirect air flow else where. Customers will give us a call if they need a quote on supply lines
