In the hallway bathroom next to the garage the toilet was leaking down into the basement. We pulled the toilet and put is a new wax ring. We tested it by flushing gallons of water and there were no leaks everything tested good.

Checked all operations for all four systems. Found a fault in the second-floor system. Which is the unit closest to the pool. Made platinum repair to this system and re-leveled the outdoor unit and bronze refrigerant repair. Performed an extensive cleaning on all four systems upon customers request. Replaced furnace filter with customer supplied furnace filters. Cleaned all four mini split filters that are reusable.Systems are now operating within factory specifications.
The pvc pip coming out of the wall of the side of the house is the irrigation water line that was leaking. I went inside the house to the basement and turned the shut off to it off. Told the customer that we donâ€™t work on irrigation lines and he needs to call a irrigation company out.
Arrive to find service call reminder on thermostat blinking. Reset service call reminder inform customer that was a reminder for maintenance on the units. Tested outdoor unit to insure there was no problems at this time. Units are operating within factory specifications at this time.

Arrived to find unit not cooling due to having the heat media transfer coil in the compressor frozen. There was a large leak in the system. Recommend replacement options. Customer wanted our design specialist to come out tonight. Left when the design specialist Showed up.
Changed out the studor vent in the downstairs basement sink. Also gave customer a quote on a new Romeo tub valve.
Customer called us about a window unit we do not service window units.
Arrived to find unit operating properly. Checked all wires and safety switches and the performance of the systems. System is working properly. Found water on the duct work. Found the issue of water forming on the duct work because of the humidity in the house. Showed customer options for a whole home dehumidifier. Customer declined whole home dehumidifier. Unit is operating within factory specifications at this time.
