Phil, with LBA Plumbing, was very knowledgeable and informative. He acted quickly and resolved a leak that was found. Phil gave a lot of great advice on how to keep the issue from happening in the future. Any plumbing required issues I’m calling for Phil & LBA Plumbing.

Company arrived to home Thursday September 22nd, 2022. Mainline backup. Pulled toilet, ran auger to sewer, reset toilet. Line open and flowing. Pulled back a lot of roots on cable. Thanks for choosing LBA.

Arrived to do performance maintenance. Turned on air conditioning system at the thermostat. Started inspection at the furnace. Measured power consumption and measured the temperature split. Flushed condensation drain line. Checked blower to see if there is any play in the bearings. Checked system air filter and installed a new one. Moved inspection outside and checked the coil for cleanliness and excessive vibration. Measured power consumption of the compressor and condenser fan motors. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components. Found that the capacitor was performing outside factory specifications. Verified system refrigerant charge. With homeowners approval installed a new capacitor. Rinsed coil free of debris. Air conditioning system is functioning properly at this time. Company arrived Wednesday, July 27, 2022. Customer was having issues with their drain pipe leaking underneath their kitchen sink. Upon arrival company discovered a loose P-trap compression nut where the leak occurred. Company tighten the compression nut and tested for functionality. Arrived to remedy an inoperable air conditioning system. Inspected the furnace and verified voltage for a call for cooling. Checked outside and found a dead animal on the capacitor. Checked for voltage on the condenser and found that the breaker had been tripped. With homeowners approval replaced the failing capacitor and flipped the breaker to the unit. Installed the disconnect and the unit started right up. Measured power consumption of the compressor and condenser fan and found them within factory specifications. Measured a perfect 20 degree temperature split. Air conditioning system is functioning properly at this time.

Performed furnace maintenance. Filter does not need replaced. Completed all checks and cleanings. Complete a combustion analysis check for proper/safe operation of a furnace. Customer does not currently have a humidifier installed on their system. Gave customer options to add humidifier to the system. System is heating and operational at this time.

12-14-21 Tue HVAC ductwork damper for the east office area, is rattling. This damper is has its own thermostat which is a slave to the main area thermostat. It only feeds the east office wall of windows. Did find the Belemo damper was vibrating some when damper would open and close. This is an open ceiling. I did find the damper shaft bracket how come loose. Tighten the shaft u-clamp nuts, did use some Loctite. Allen and I also put a metal strap on the controller itself to secure a better. Cycled the damper multiple times not making any unusual noise working at this time.

Company came out to locate and verify ongoing issue with sewer line that was installed by company previously. Company determin line itself that was quoted is in good shape but going down to tie on that street we’re company tied on at Company determined existing line has back fall causing belly/dip where connection was made that is causing soft clogs for customer Company is going to bring this to managements attention and come up with a solution for customers. Warranty work. Company arrived on November 26th 2021. Camera tech was out early today and stated that main line was holding water. Company ran water for over 30 minutes when company arrived, no water backed up from main. Company ran cable through mainline, company also ran cable through floor drain per customers request. Once cables were ran, company had customer run water for an additional 20 minutes and no backup occurred. Nothing was brought back on cable as well. Ran sewer camera from outside cleanout at about 35 feet pipe holding fluid add about 41 feet pipe cleaners fluid in pipe is clear all the way to sewer main. Appears to be a droop of 6 to 10 feet. I located where the water clears is directly below concrete curb.

Company arrived on November 23, 2021 for 73 special. Customer had clogged kitchen line causing back up in floor drain in basement. Company ran cable through secondary stack located in basement. Company was able to clear obstruction and then company ran water for approximately 15 minutes to ensure proper drainage was occurring. Everything is draining properly at this time. Company arrived on November 19, 2021. Customer called in stating that new sewer that was recently put in was backing up. Upon arrival and inspection company found that sewer was backing up. Company ran cable through outside clean out located in front yard and company was able to clear obstruction around 50 feet. Company did not charge to clear line today.
