I liked him and he was realy cool and he was very helpful and talked to me threw the hole set up and got my furnace working if I have any problems I would like him to come back and I will tell people about him for there use

I performed the preventative maintenance today. I replaced filters, washed coils and tested amp draws, capacitors, bearings, belts, and electrical connections. All units tested fine with no issues.

Upon arrival found the hot surface ignitor would glow and when it came time for the gas valve to kick on, the furnace would drop out. After running some voltage tests we found that the IFC board had failed. After replacing the board we also found that the gas valve was bad. After replacing gas valve the furnace is now operating as it should according to manufacturers specifications. Thank you
Upon arrival main line had backed up through floor drain and flooded a portion of the basement. Washer drain would also back up when ran. Work done: Augered mainline Augered washer drain. Washer drain is open but cannot be warrantied due to improper installation. The stand pipe is cemented into floor drain. Water heater was found to be unsafe so gas was shut off to unit. It was not properly vented, the burner chamber door was removed, and safety mechanisms had been by passed. Performed an air handler inspection and a heat pump inspection. Both were running to their specification did not find an error at this time. Upon arrival found a thermostat to be set to regular heat which would engage the heat pump. Today heat pump was operating normal. On cooler days he probably will not operate in if Not set to emergency heating it will not turn on. Thermostat satisfied on all testing Left thermostat to emergency heat customer knows how to turn it back to normal heat pump
Arrived to find system not operating due to being extremely dirty. Cleaned all safety switches and cleaned blower motor. Also cleaned burners and adjusted gas pressure. Cleaned flu system. Unit is now operating properly at this time. Also found water heater has failed leaving quote for new water heater.
Upon arrival found urinal in menâ€™s restroom , far side of building not draining. Removed external trap and cabled line 25â€™, line is open and flowing at this time. Replaced 1 1/2â€ plastic trap and tested for leaks. Customer also needs quote to install customer supplied ice machine.
Upon arrival found at the air movement system had failed after speaking with the customer customer would like us to call back Monday to go over options and financing.
I arrive to find several head units in the office is not working. The Thermostats status on the computer said it was switched off but it shouldâ€™ve been calling for cool. Heat pump three is running without any error codes and appears to be running properly. I was unable to get a hold of tech-support and will have to come back when I have more time and can get ahold of tech support.
Checked the #2 Diakin VRV system for error code E7 "condenser fan failure." Tested the unit after resetting the alarm. Found both slave and master units condenser fans operating normal with no problems found. Alarm may have come from a ice condition on the fan blades from the recent weather. Explained the service to Karyn.
Upon arrival, the customer informed me that their furnace system wasnâ€™t operating. They went on to tell me that the flames would come on and then drop out after 6-10 seconds. After further investigations, I discovered that the furnace system not operating due to the flame rectification safety system. The flame sensor was dirty and upon arrival I recorded microamp readings of .2-.8. I spoke with the customer about my findings and presented repair options. The customer chose the band aid level HM15A flame safety system rejuvenation option. After completing the repair, I recorded microamp readings of 2.6-3.4 and the furnace system was able to complete the sequence of operations without faults. I recorded a temperature rise of 62 degrees and the manufacturers tolerances for the equipment is 30-60. Remove and replace existing damper We finish removing and installing the new zoning damper to the break room tested to make sure the damper weâ€™re close and open when called. Thereâ€™s only system is operating properly at this time.
I quoted the removal and replacement of an electronic air damper. The damper is above a tiled roof that the customer is going to remove to give us work space.

Preformed maintenance inspections on package units, split systems and mini splits in heating mode, as well as boilers. The larger mini split has an issue with the circuit board where the condenser fan motor has to be jumped on all the time. I have to get prices for a 14 inch round damper for the break room, then I will send a quote for both repairs separately.
