Patrick is amazing. I always request him when I make an appointment. Patrick always takes the time to listen and answers all questions.
Very thankful for the time and help Chase gave us. He was great to talk to and efficient in getting the service done on his own without interference.
Steve is always a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and makes sure the job is done correctly.
Robert and the guys were good and honest and helped me determine the issue with my plumbing and helped guide me in the best direction. I appreciate their expertise!
Patrick was able to find out the issue and why my new furnace was not heating. They did it quickly and efficiently as always.
Installed a new HVAC system and explained everything when it was done. Went over the new thermostat they installed. Ask if I had any questions about the new system. I just wanted to make sure I was comfortable with it all.
Scott came out, reviewed my options on my furnace with the service tech. Once this was done came up and gave me my options and explained the difference in the options.
Patrick is always very professional. Explains things in terminologies that you can understand. Patrick will answer as many questions as you have, even if you’ve already ask him before.
Patrick came to to help us out with our AC and diagnosed the issue. Very friendly and honest. Glad he said as there.
Gave estimates for jetting and garbage disposal
Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set system for cooling. Called office for uv bulb replacement. Measured the systems static pressure and measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Checked interior of the furnace for cleanliness. Found that the fan for heating and cooling is collecting dust. Went outside and verified refrigerant levels. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Rinsed coil free of debris. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Determined the debris in the ductwork is spreading to the newer furnace and air conditioner. Air conditioning system is operational at this time.
Went for an AC call today. Changed the filter. Temperature split between the supply and return duct passed. Evaporator coil is clean and rust free. Drain is working properly. Outside system coil is clean. Refrigerant pressures are running at factory specifications. Compressor and fan motor amperage passed. Capacitor is weak and out of code. Going to bring this up next spring. Thank you for choosing LBA services!
Completed site survey and checklist with photos. 3 units are not working out of the 8 due to being stripped of all of it copper
Today I arrived and met with Allen. The packaged unit that serves the laboratory was off when I arrived. The condenser coil as blanketed with cottonwood and was washed before starting the unit. In addition to this the economized prefilters were also washed. I visually checked the blower compartment, air filter compartment and the controls compartment. The system was started in A/C mode and the temperatures were monitored while the coil was drying. The unit was not cooling well with a temp drop of 7deg. I checked the amp draw on the compressors and compressor #1 and #2 had low amp draws, high dome temperatures and the suction lines were not cold or even cool. The discharge lines were hot due to the hot compressors. The system was shut down quickly. I checked the low side pressures on both of these circuits and both circuits were just a and a little below 50psi. I know that this unit has already been measured for replacement however I did take photos of the data plate a
Arrived to remedy an in operable system. Upon inspection of the system found that the inside portion would turn on but the outside portion would not. Went outside and started diagnosing the condenser. Found that the capacitor is fully failed and is not relay in power to the condenser fan and the compressor. replaced the capacitor to continue diagnostic on the system. Found that the condenser fan motor is failed and will only spin when given a push start. Went inside and inspected the furnace portion of things. Found that the furnace filter was dirty, and the blower wheel is heavily coded in dust debris. Recommend having the furnace fan cleaned in order to ensure proper operation of the system. In order to allow cooling the condenser fan motor needs replaced as well as the 50/5 condenser capacitor. The condenser coil is also in need of cleaning.
Went for a maintenance call today. Tested for static pressure, system is passing when in cool. All electrical components are passing for system. Refrigerant levels are passing. Did clean condenser unit for customer. System is up and running before leaving, thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann
Est on duct clean plus bower motor clean
6/18/25 - Completed a light cooling maintenance on all equipment. The filters were changed and proper operation was tested. Overall, all equipment was in good condition, it was all running well, and there were no issues found at this time.
