On arrival found that the capacitor for the unit had blown up. Internal issue with electronica enhancer. After informing customer of issue gave customer several options. Customer chose the Band-Aid option. Completed Band-Aid repair, after completing repair the air conditioner started off properly and was working to manufacture specification. After Checking running Amps on compressor motor and fan motor I found out the fan motor is operating higher than the manufacture recommendation at this time it is working.
Checked 3 ton Lennox split system for no cooling. Found unit low on refrigerant and also noticed oil on the right side of the condenser coil. Located leak with soap bubbles at condenser u-bend connected to discharge line of compressor. At this time the customer wanted us to repair leak instead of replacing coil or system. I recovered the remaining 8oz of refrigerant charge in the system. Solder hole close and pressure test system with nitrogen. The system held pressure for 20minutes, and no leaks were detected at solder joint. Evacuated system and recharged to manufacturer specs. The unit is cooling fine now
Customer had an open truck supply line in garage.I just did the debris as a plaza garage and set it to close customer did not want repair at this time. Adjusted garage damper. Supplies garage and two rooms
A/C is currently operating. Discovered that the compressor was working really hard. Presented options to fix issue. Customer declined at this time.
Performed maintenance inspection on a Lennox air conditioner. Checked all the electrical components and refrigerant for proper pressures and temperatures. Replaced dirty air filter. And washed out door condenser coil. Discovered that the indoor evaporator coil was really dirty causing the A/C to work harder. Customer approved on getting the evaporator coil washed. Washed Evaporator coil and checked temperature split. Air conditioner is operating under manufacture specifications.
Upon arrival I found system was low on refrigerant at this time. Customers going to have home warranty company repair system.
Upon arrival the customer shut off on the hot side of the shower wouldnâ€™t turn off. When I took the stem out of the hot side of the shower I noticed the washer was gone. I replaced the washer and notified the owner that the stem would have to be replaced but th supply house was closed do to the weekend. The customer decided to just change the washer out. I tested by running water and turning it on and off. Everything tested good. Customer saw the $50 off coupon.
Upon arrival the customers master bathroom shower drain wouldnâ€™t drain properly. I had to cable the line through the shower drain a couple of times. When bring the cable back both times there was hair at the end. I ran a bunch of water in the shower and the drain never backed up. Everything tested good. Customer had $30 coupon as well.
I performed a safety and maintenance inspection on Ruud RA1630 AC system. I found the system to be operating within the manufacturers tolerances at this time. I recommended an extensive chemical coil cleaning of the outdoor condenser coil to bring it to a like new condition but the customer chose to stick with the standard tuneup. I have included two separate estimates and pictures of todayâ€™s services. Thank you

Arrived to gather info necessary to completed proposal for the addition of Aerus air scrubbers to two units in Roof Runner Operations bldg.
Today I completed your annual cooling tuneup, Checked air filter and all indoor operations. Everything tested as it. I checked refridgerant and all electrical operations on outdoor system and they tested as they should as well. Performed chemical coil clean. Thanks for having me out today, Eli
I performed the preventative maintenance today. I replaced filters, washed coils and tested amp draws, capacitors, bearings, belts, and electrical connections. All units tested fine with no issues.

Upon arrival found the hot surface ignitor would glow and when it came time for the gas valve to kick on, the furnace would drop out. After running some voltage tests we found that the IFC board had failed. After replacing the board we also found that the gas valve was bad. After replacing gas valve the furnace is now operating as it should according to manufacturers specifications. Thank you
