I’m sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with us. It’s always our intention to provide great customer service and useful, transparent advice. Please accept our sincerest apologies that we didn’t live up to your expectations on this occasion.
Cesar did a wonderful job inspecting the plumbing to our house. He asked what we thought might need some extra attention and was able to show us what he suggested with no pressure to buy anything.
Very thorough and friendly service who gave us information of what was going wrong and how to correct the problem in the future. Serviceman completed the service and fixed the problem within a short amount of time.
Technician explained everything to me very knowledgeable!!!
Very happy with the results.
Patrick did a very thorough job for us.
I was always told If you have nothing good to say say noyhing
Very patient on explanations, questions and follow up!
Adrian and Sam came by and were great! They were very professional and polite. They answered all of our questions with a positive attitude. They took their time to explain in detail our plumbing situation and walked us through it all and answered any question we had even after they were done with what they were originally scheduled for. They definitely went above and beyond
Scott told me upfront I will need a replacement. He is in the process of seeing if I qualify for financing. He has been helpful and honest.
Our furnace was not heating efficiently. Scott/Dallas diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Great job!
Arrived to do performance maintenance. Set up for combustion analysis and static pressure tests. Found that the system is operating with failing static pressure. This is causing the furnace to struggle to move air. After trying and failing to bring the system within compliance with factory specifications, reached out to a field supervisor to finish the diagnosis on the systems static pressure. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components in the furnace. Found that the inducer is drawing its maximum rated amp draw and is making some bearing noise as it gets up to speed. Cleaned the flame sensor and tested its performance. Checked blower for cleanliness and to see if there is any play in the bearings. Found that the fan for both heating and cooling is heavily coated in dust debris. Checked systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Found bacterial growth on the evaporator pan. Performed an electronic gas leak search. Went outside and checked the electr
Arrived to remedy an inoperable cooling system. Homeowner mentioned the system was giving a fault code for the low pressure limit. Checked the system air filter and replaced it with a new one. Tested the systems static pressure to ensure we are not encountering a poor airflow issue. System is functioning well within manufacturers specifications. Went outside and reset the fault code to start the system. Started the system up and the condenser fan was not spinning. Performed diagnostic and determined that as the capacitor failed it transferred that electrical strain to the condenser fan motor until the condenser fan motor finally stopped. Evaluated the rest of the outside unit and found that the contactor is charred and pitted like it has been throwing a spark for a while.
Arrived. Customer explained that her kitchen sink was not draining at all. Upon inspection her kitchen sink had standing water. Unhooked trap and drain water. Open kitchen clean out and saw that it was holding water leading me to believe the blockages in between the main and the kitchen stack. Ran line into kitchen clean out and push the blockage into the main. Ran hot water for about 10 minutes without back ups. Line is open and flowing
Upon arrival customer had to leave for work. He would like to reschedule for Thursday, March 21.
Upon arrival, customer informed me that she’s having problems with one of the toilets not flushing. Customer had turned off water to all toilets before leaving town a while back. She was able to turn on water to all toilets except for this one. It took quite a bit of force, but eventually was able to turn the valve. Explain to customer that the valve had become stiff because of all of the hardness in her water. Tested water hardness, and it was found to be very high. Currently reading 12 grains of hardness. supervisor came out and performed further water quality test. Presented customer options to replace toilet as it is older and sits lower to the ground than she would prefer. Customer authorized us to come back out on Thursday and replace both toilets. Toilets are located near garage, internal entrance and main floor guest bed bathroom.

During this visit I performed preventative maintenance and function checks on the split system A/C that serves the office. The filters were replaced (1) 14x24x1 and (1) 25x25x1. The outdoor condenser located on the roof was washed today. In addition to this the the condensation drain was cleared and confirmed to be not clogged, all motors were checked and the unit was cycled to check the temperature and airflow. The checkout sheet with todays test results was emailed to Gina. While on-site the unit heater that was installed on 9/29/23 was also reset and cycled three times. The run time on these cycles were 10mins each. I was able to view the unit heaters function from the mezzanine during the prevent maintenance. This unit performed all functions in the proper order of operations during each cycle. Thank you, Jon Tech notes: p.m. Ruud split system on mezzanine.
Upon arrival I confirmed with the customer I was there for an AC tune up. I found the static pressure to be failing at a .7 when the max the manufacturer wants is 80% of .5. I found the delta T level to be at 18 degrees which is within specifications. I checked the refrigerant charge and the running amps on the fan and the compressor were within specs. I cleaned the outdoor unit with water(it was very dirty). Nick arrived and found a crack in the heat exchanger and he is discussing it with the customer. Customer signed up for the Perfect Service Family and advised todays visit would not count as one of his tunes per supervisor Eli.
Sent out today to Scot and Paula’s in regards to a leak at the kitchen sink. Upon arrival I was greeted by Paula who let me in and I went over the purpose of today’s visit and answered any initial questions they had at that time. I requested a few minutes to inspect the cabinet and determine where the leak was coming from. After inspecting the cabinet, I noticed that the leak was coming from where the sprayer hose connects to the valve body. It appears that the leak is coming from inside the valve body, and if this is the case, the entire faucet should be replace. I then went over options covering: -Kitchen faucet w/ side sprayer -kitchen faucet with pull down sprayer I answered any questions they had to ensure they understood everything that could be done for them. Paula Opted to have the site sprayer faucet installed. Paula mentioned that the best day for this to happen would be Wednesday morning. I reached out to the office during today’s visit so we can schedule for the
3/11/24 - Completed a full cooling maintenance on 3 split systems. Changed filters, cleaned coils, and took temperatures and amp draws. All systems seemed to be in tolerance and were running fine. Overall, there were no problems found at this time, and everything was running well.
Arrived. Customer explained that her kitchen sink was not draining at all. Upon inspection she had standing water in her sink. Found kitchen stack in basement and open kitchen clean out. Clean out was holding water leading me to believe the clog was in between kitchen stack in the main. Ran line through kitchen clean out but did not clear the blockage because when testing water wasn’t making it past the clean out. Unhook trap under sink and ran line into drain pipe and was able to clear the blockage. Line is open and flowing. Recommended having Jetter come out. Small leak in water supply line handed off to plumber
