4/30/25 Cleaned and televised all underground ductwork. Upon televised inspection discovered a leak behind bathtub. Told customer about leak in bathtub. Cleaned the rest of underground ductwork in preparation for trenchless spincast mortar. 5-27-25 Applied Trenchless spincast mortar to all underground duct work. Rebuilt all registers and plenum box with mortar. 5-28-25 Applied first application of duct armor to all underground duct work. Installed new section of galvanized metal pipe in the duct run in the bathroom where the pipe was removed. Sealed new section of pipe with hydraulic cement. 6-4-25 applied second coat of duct armor to all ducts registers and plenum.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are cardboard ducts with metal fittings and connections. There are some areas of the ducts that are either offset or are starting to deteriorate. Suggest spin cast mortaring ducts to restore and add structure to the ducts then spray lining ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings and connections that are rusted and allowing rocks and dirt into the system. Suggest spin cast mortaring the joints then spray lining system with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are spiral wound metal ducts and showing heavy signs of rust and deterioration. The two downspouts in the back of the house are feeding into the ground. Suggest they be moved above ground especially in winter time to avoid excess water accumulating next to the house. There is a storm sewer in front of the property that the downspouts could be run to instead of above ground or below ground. After the water issue is resolved the ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Customer is experiencing high levels of radon throughout their home. We are doing an inspection of the underground air duct system with our air duct camera to see if there are any holes or cracks in the duct work.
