Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are cardboard ducts with metal fittings. Cardboard is collapsing and should be cleaned out then spin cast mortared and spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are spiral wound metal ducts and showing heavy signs of rust and deterioration. The two downspouts in the back of the house are feeding into the ground. Suggest they be moved above ground especially in winter time to avoid excess water accumulating next to the house. There is a storm sewer in front of the property that the downspouts could be run to instead of above ground or below ground. After the water issue is resolved the ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Customer is experiencing high levels of radon throughout their home. We are doing an inspection of the underground air duct system with our air duct camera to see if there are any holes or cracks in the duct work.
