Arrived on site, and the customer stated that there were several items listed in the inspection report that needed to be corrected. The first item was adding GFCI protection for the disposal, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The second item was properly sizing the breakers for the A/C units, as the existing breakers are oversized. The third item involved separating the double-lugged neutrals, which will require installing a ground bar to ensure all neutrals are properly isolated. The inspection report also mentioned a missing grommet at the panel entry; however, all metal entries into the panel have the correct bushings installed to protect the conductors, and the panel entry is safe. We will be returning on Thursday, October 16th, to complete all work. The customer has a five-year warranty on all materials and labor, which is transferable to any future home buyers.
