1. Fix incorrect grounding system with plugs that have 3-prong plug 2. Install GFCI/ AFCI breakers per code to protect 3-prong plug 3. Major troubleshoot for breakers and outlets that trip 4. Replace 60 amp electrical panel (lifetime warranty) 5. Install ground rod at panel per code 6. Pigtail 12 openings aluminum to copper plug 7. Add outlet for water heater flood stop (free) 8. Today’s work will be at no charge *Electrical panel is being fed from a 60 amp breaker and needs to be upsized.
