Arrived to look at warranty for a chandelier on a 20 foot ceiling that we repaired a burnt wire and since then the fixture was buzzing and has stopped again. Scheduled a return for Tuesday the 9th for install crew to return and open the canopy cover and fix the wires properly. The homeowner will also have led bulbs onsite so we can replace the incandescents to reduce the load that is being applied to the 18 gauge fixture wire.
