Replace rusted out flange in down stairs hall bath in order to secure toilet properly to sewer system. Had to remove brick for access to the hose bib that had a cracked fitting will need a brick mason to come out and replace 2 bricks due to brittle brick. 5 year warranty on parts and labor. Remove and dispose of existing toilets. Install three 2-piece, non-skirted customer supplied toilets. Replace wax seal, closet bolts and water supply lines. Test emergency shutoffs.
