Arrived on the job site, and the customer stated that several lights throughout the home were flickering intermittently. Performed a full troubleshooting inspection, checking voltage at the panel as well as inside the meter base. All readings were normal, and there was no voltage imbalance. Informed the customer that the first step will be to have Oncore come out to check for any loose connections on their end, since the issue is intermittent. If the flickering continues and oncore confirms everything is fine on their side, the next step will likely be to replace the main panel and upgrade the grounding system, including pulling a permit and ensuring the work passes city inspection. Also replaced the GFCI and bubble cover on the back patio. Everything is working properly. The customer has a five-year warranty on the GFCI and connections. Customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
