Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 units. Turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside unit, measured pressures for 410a at 108/189psi with 11 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 60 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 21 degrees. Changed 310 media filter provided by homeowner. Cleaned condensate line. System running as it should.
