Around 3pm arrival; EPP 1C- Maintenance. Customer really wants these ballards done but wants Joe to do it. He might make you take pictures. Customer mentioned he does not know how old but unit was in good working condition last year.
Performed maintenance on all heating systems. Changed all filters and confirmed operation. Clean condensate lines on the high efficiency system. Measured temperature drop. All systems working as they should.
Arrived onsite for maintenance for one NTI High Efficiency gas fired boiler. Requested the customer turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of the boiler and each zone valve. Turned the boiler off and removed and cleaned all burners and wiped cleaner the burner compartment. Performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump. System working as it should.
For Leandros' EPP 1C-Maintenance service, we informed Spyros of a potentially later arrival. The customer is aware of costs and will provide filters. A card is on file for payment. You can park in the driveway to work from your truck. Contact Climate Plus LLC if needed.
