no idea if the service is cost competitive would have preferred appointment later in the day the guys came on time and appear to have done a thorough job. if we have no problems, then would assume the service was of good quality.

We recently installed a Coleman TM9E080 95.5% gas-fired furnace with a standard ECM motor, ensuring efficient and reliable heating for the homeowner. The installation included a standard air filtration system to improve indoor air quality, as well as supply and return duct transitions custom-fitted to seamlessly connect the new furnace to the existing ductwork for optimal airflow. Arrived onsite for no heat. System intermittently won’t fire. Observed noisy exhaust system. System was not overheating but did not fire 2 of 10 attempts. Possible fuel supply system fault. Homeowner elected to replace system and take advantage of 10 year part and labor warranty.
Arrived onsite for heating maintenance 2 high efficiency gas fired furnaces: 1 in basement and 1 in the attic. Attic Furnace System. Turn heat on and confirmed operation. Changed filter 16x20x1 provided by homeowner. Brushed and Wiped down furnance blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. Blew out condensate line for the condensing furnace. No visual impingement detected. Checked electrical. Cleaned the flame sensor. Measured temperature rise at 38 degrees. Note homeowner requested that humidifier remain off. System is operating as it should.
