Thanks for sharing your review with us and the community.
Jack is great! He always does a thorough system evaluation and then takes the time to walk me through how everything works as well as the things I need to pay attention to in the near term and longer term to ensure my equipment remains reliable (and efficient). He’s definitely my go to person for my heating and AC maintenance.

Installed new blower motor on Left side furnace. Observed rusting in the motor shaft. May be water getting into the blower cabinet. Note that manufacturer may not cover parts warranty from water intrusion. Observed system and confirmed cooling.

Arrived onsite and homeowner explained he had a couple people look at his system and he prefer an estimate for replacement.
Arrived on site for no cooling. Went outside to the condenser and noticed the condenser was not on. Opened up the panel for the condenser and notice that the clothes were very dirty looks like the unit hasn't received maintenance in a while. The owner of the house has been living there for only a year but the unit is from 97. Opened up the disconnect box and pulled out the disconnect, had two fuses of 60 amps 250 volts. Check for both uses for continuity and one of the fuses were dead. Replace the dead fuse with a new fuse put it back into the disconnect box and the condenser turned on. Notice that the capacitor was slightly puffy but it was still getting its microfarads and customer refuse to replace the capacitor. Customer is interested in getting a new unit but once this one to last at least two more months. The customer was aware that the condenser turned back on and the replacement of the fuse and then signed off leaving both units fully functional.
Arrived onsite for no cooling. The system keeps tripping the breaker. Performed diagnostic. Found significant spider webs in the disconnect box. Also found fault in the voltage enhancement system. Homeowner elected Silver repair. Cleared the cobwebs. Replaced voltage enhancement system, voltage distribution systems, and added voltage performance system. Cleaned outdoor coil. Performed performance test. System operating as it should.
Arrived on site for maintenance. 2 inverter condensers, one on the left and the other on the right if the house. Older unit rear cage was loose. Vines going into them. Cut vines off and cleaned both coils off with just water. Removed all filters of every ductless air handler inside the house. Washed all filters down with water. Check temperature split of all units, all units are running in good shaped. Informed customer about their units status. Customer acknowledged and signed off.
Arrived on site for filter change. Changed filter of unit in basement, aprilair. Changed filter in the return register in the hallway of the second and third floor that leads to the unit in the attic.
Remove three dakin heads and they can condenser installed new Frederick's 454 condenser and three Frederick's 9000 BTU walong units. Everything is operational at this time
Arrived on site read a customer. Customer let me to two thermostats one downstairs and one upstairs. Set both thermostats to cooling. Went to the basement with air handler is change the filter. Checking temperature split between the return and supply and feedback 30° but also get bouncing back to 23°. Condenser was pretty clogged up, sprayed down with chemical and water left it like new. A customer the status of the unit and customer acknowledge and also signed off.
Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 2 systems. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Chemically Cleaned outside coils. Both these systems have had refrigerant recharges in the past. Will monitor as it is possible they will need to be upgraded due to leaks.
Arrived onsite for repair of AC exhaust system and leveling of the outside condenser. Homeowners neighbor heard loud noises from the AC system. Performed repair and leveling of the system. Conducted performance test. System working as it should.
Arrived onsite for no heat call on Fujitsu mini-split heat pump system with 2 head units on third floor. Homeowner had original installer comeback for service. He found the system low in refrigerant and out dye in the refrigerant and added 2.5 pounds. Utilized electronic leak detector and got hits around the condenser fittings. Also, around the head unit in the bedroom. Found the dye all over the head unit wall. Recommend replacing the system and head unit. Also need to ensure the line set is thoroughly inspected for leaks. The line set may need to be replaced with the system to ensure properly operation. Will have the office set up an estimate appointment.
