Arrived onsite for repair. Immediately heard a bad draft inducer motor. Customer elected to replace the system in lieu of repair.
Removed old 80,000 BTU propane 95% furnace. Install new 80,000 96% Coleman propane furnace. Installed conversion kit from natural gas to propane adapted old duct work to new furnace re hooked up wiring condensate drains and flu pipe 2-in PVC. Checked pressure on LP. Reconnected gas line and tested. Everything operational at this time.
Arrived onsite for no cooling issue in the CEO office. Lowered the thermostat to start the AC system and observed the indoor unit operation. Initially directed to the wrong Lennox condenser, but found the correct unit and resumed troubleshooting. Identified an electrical fault, replaced the capacitor, and repaired burnt wires. Measured R22 refrigerant levels and confirmed the system is operating properly.
