Arrived onsite for heating maintenance on 1 gas fired furnace with humidifier. Basement Furnace System: Turn heat on and confirmed operation. Changed 16x25x1 filter provided by customer. Brushed and Wiped down furnance blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. No visual impingement detected. Checked electrical. Cleaned the flame sensor.. Measure temperature rise at 64degrees. This is slightly high but not as bad as last year’s maintenance. Explain to homeowner signs to look for in case of short cycling due to overheating. System is operating as it should.
