Arrived onsite for no heating call. Performed diagnostic and found a fault in the Combustion Exhaust system. Homeowner elected the bandaid repair as he may be upgrading the unit before next winter. Removed wiring of failed part. Removed combustion drains and exhaust piping. Removed motor assembly. Installed new part. Cleared the combustion drains. Reconnect the drainage and exhaust piping. Wire in the new part. Confirmed operation. Found the system going off on high limit. Performed diagnostic and believe the secondary heat exchanger is blocked. System is functioning and homeowner would like to replace prior to next winter.
