Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 system. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical for loose or burnt connections. Use water only to cleaned outside unit coils, fan blades, and casing. Due to inverter motor, did. It measured pressures for 410a; outside temperature at 55 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 12 degrees 66/54 which is within range for the outdoor temperature. Cleaned condensate trap and primed trap with water. Condensate trap, pump and drain line are all in good working order. Discussed option for the air filter system. Currently there is an old electronic filter compartment with a 20x25x4 filter inside. The filter barely fits. Homeowner is going to purchase 18x28x1 filter. Cooling System has passed the inspection mechanical, performance, and safety systems.
