Arrived onsite for heating maintenance. Homeowner mentioned the system seems to be running too frequently. Upon the arrival found the system off and not receiving a call for heat as it should. Received call for heat from thermostat and system started as it should and turned off as it should. System ran once in 45 minutes time frame. Performed inspection of the mechanical, safety, and performance system. System running as it should. Discussed findings with homeowner; he has elected to change older thermostat. Will provide an estimate.
