Arrived onsite for no heat call. Started united and notice it would not try to ignite. Observed LED flash code for high limit and pressure switch. Cleared pressure switch tubing. Reset flame rollout switches. System would not start. Bypassed the safeties sensors and system started observed the flame dancing and yellow instead of blue. Flame has significant rollout indicating bad heat exchanger. Observed significant rust in the unit. Customer would like repair and replacement pricing.
