Arrived on site and the customer stated that five kitchen LED fixtures were flickering and intermittently not operating throughout the day. Performed a minor troubleshooting service by opening the switch box to inspect the switch and verify voltage, as the customer had already replaced all five fixtures with new ones. Found a Leviton dimmer switch installed with Mode A and Mode B settings. Manufacturer instructions indicate that if LED lights flicker or dim intermittently, the switch should be changed from Mode A to Mode B for proper operation. Adjusted the switch accordingly. While on site and during completion of the home safety evaluation, the lights operated properly with no further flickering observed. During the safety inspection, noted that the electrical panels are outdated and over 40 years old. The right-side panel main breaker was buzzing and contained double-lugged neutrals and grounds.
