Customer had three outlets and one switch for ceiling fan not working in bedroom. Says it is affected every time it rains. Explain to customer we will have to go through the entire circuit to figure out where the issue is and that the issue could literally be anywhere in the house. Customer wants us to call her back Thursday afternoon. Found on the first plug it was melted and burning, explained to customer we need to go through the whole circuit. Also explained multiple other things that were a major issue that will need to be addressed. The plug was behind the cabinets in the living room. Will not warranty anything on the circuit due to there being a fridge on it with old plugs and it is an issue.
