- Preform Whole home gas test on system ( air ) - turn off shutoff valves to fixtures ( water heater and furnace ) - any code issues / violations will need to be fixed ** if gas pressure gauge drops at all pricing will be given for locating leaks ** - Remove and reinstall water heater up to code - flex lines ( instead of cpvc ) - water shutoff for unit - gas flex , and sediment trap - 6in brass nipple for t&p before it transitions to cpvc - pan under unit w boiler drain - new vent ( double wall ) from top of unit to flashing - install lower combustion into water heater closet ( free ) 5yr warranty on work ** permit and inspection ** no warranty on water heater Installer will be out Monday morning Installed gas flex line on customers, water heater in hall closet. Customer is to reach out upon completion of gas work so that we can run gas test.
