Arrived on the job site, and the customer stated that he was looking for a free quote to upgrade his Sylvania panels after learning they are not up to code and pose a potential safety hazard. Opened both panel covers for inspection and noticed that the left panel shows signs of melting and arcing damage on the bus bar and breakers, indicating the panel needs full replacement. The right-side 150-amp main panel also appears outdated and in need of replacement. Additionally, observed that there is no 320-amp meter base even though it is feeding two main panels. When contacting Encore to cut the meter seal and open the meter base, I found that both feeder wires on the load side are double-lugged, which is not up to code. Provided the customer with two possible solutions: 1. Replace both panels and upgrade to a 320-amp meter base, or 2. Replace one panel and install a new 200-amp meter base. The customer would like some time to review the quote and will call back to proceed with the wo
