Arrived on the job site and the customer requested a new TV outlet to be installed above the fireplace. When cutting the sheetrock for the outlet, I discovered that additional sheetrock would need to be removed in order to route the wiring properly. I informed the customer that we are not responsible for sheetrock repairs and that they would need someone to fix the drywall afterward. I ran the new line from the TV outlet down to the existing outlet located to the left of the chimney in the baseboard. Everything is functioning correctly, and the customer understands that the work comes with a 5-year warranty covering labor and materials. The customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
