Customer was having an issue with an arc fault breaker for entryway can trims and outdoor up lights and sconce slides stripping. Explain to customer the breaker tripping could be anything in the lights or it could be the wrap up lights outside. Customers were claiming that it only cuts off when it rains outside. Explain to customer it’s only an art fall breaker and not a GFCI, but potentially could be the reason the breaker is tripping due to water getting in the lights. Gave different options and explained to customer that if we have to come back out, we will automatically charge for a major troubleshoot. Customer just wanted to replace the upload today to see if that will fix issue and said that she is fine with calling back later if the issue persist. 1.
